Owls Nursery School Rochester Way

Owl Nursery is a very good place, very amazing staff members. My daughter has a beautiful time and she was always happy back there. Thank you a specially to our teacher Edita , she is a wonderful person and teacher. My kids had an amazing time there and I recommend this nursery to everyone. 5 star definitely

We've had a great experience with this nursery. All of the staff is so kind, friendly and welcoming. My daughter attends pre-school and it's so reassuring to see how happy and settled she is when going into nursery and when being picked up. The communication from the staff has also been amazing, especially when there's something we needed to be aware of. They're attentive, supportive and always make sure everything is okay.

We're really happy with the care and support provided and would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

We have been extremely happy with our daughter's experience at the nursery. The staff are warm, caring and genuinely attentive to her individual needs. She has grown in confidence, independence and social skills since joining, and it is lovely to see how happy and excited she is to go to nursery each day.

We really appreciate the effort the staff put into creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. The activities are varied and engaging, and the communication with parents is excellent. We always feel reassured knowing that she is well cared for and supported throughout the day.

I am very happy with this nursery. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely look after the children. My child enjoys going to nursery, which is the most important thing to me. My daughter received a call from Owls Nursery informing her that my grandson had suddenly started vomiting and was unwell. His condition was serious enough that he had to be taken to the Emergency Department for medical attention.

Following this incident, my daughter emailed Aiste to request some information and to express her concern about her son being given sausages at the nursery, asking that he not be served them in the future. Rather than addressing these concerns and working with the family, Aiste decided to remove my grandson from the nursery.Aiste made comments about my daughter that she is too much asking too many questions every day and judging my daughter .

I am sharing this experience so that other parents can make an informed decision. In our case, it felt as though genuine parental concerns were not taken seriously, and instead of open communication and support, our family was asked to leave the nursery. Parents should feel comfortable raising concerns about their kids

My 2-year-old son attended this nursery full-time and 10 hours a day. Recently, the manager, Aiste, informed us that our place was being terminated because I asked too many questions and raised too many concerns. She said i am too much.As a parent, I believe it is reasonable to ask for updates about a child who spends 10 hours a day in nursery care. My concerns related to my son's wellbeing, including his diet, safety, and development. Following a serious illness that required emergency treatment, I requested a discussion about his meals. Instead of support, we were asked to leave. Parents should never feel discouraged from advocating for their children.I found it very Unprofessional and just don't want to be bothered manager.I also noticed that the staff is changing very often.

Both my children went to the nursery and all experience was excellent. Great activities, communication, good food. Both of my children found lots of friends. They both liked all nursery staff. Especially we liked Christmas performances and end of the year where children were singing playing some roles. It's a very big effort of the nursery staff.

I couldn't be happier with this nursery! Both my children attend- my daughter is in the preschool class, and my son is in the baby class- and we've had such a positive experience. The teachers are truly amazing, especially one staff member in particular, who goes above and beyond to make sure the children feel loved, supported, and encouraged. That said, every member of the staff is warm, caring, and attentive, creating a nurturing environment where kids can thrive. The communication with parents is excellent, and it's clear that the team genuinely cares about each child's individual development. My children are always excited to go to nursery, which speaks volumes about the wonderful atmosphere created here. We are incredibly grateful to have found such a fantastic place for our little ones! Highly recommend!
