My son was at Blue Pear from the baby room all the way until he went to school. I was constantly impressed with the staff's warmth, energy, enthusiasm and patience as well as how the nursery was run. Communication was great with regular updates and pictures throughout the day and the menu was also varied and healthy with plenty of alternatives for varying diets. I also loved that they offered activities such as Spanish and tennis across the years.

Getting my son to leave at the end of the day was sometimes a struggle, which was annoying in the moment, but a great sign that he was happy there! I'm so glad we went with Blue Pear and I would highly recommend.

The team area AMAZING - so many team member who have been with us for our entire journey which we think represents a great working environment as there is limited turnover. We are very sad to be leaving but so very grateful that they have been a part of our children's early education and care.

Blue Pear has helped me raise my three children. The people who work there genuinely love and appreciate our children. They even helped identify a foot problem that needed treatment in my first daughter, and helped her complete regular physio exercises. Our children feel cared for and happy in their environments in everything from baby room, to toddlers to preschool. My daughter who now attends school is now top of her class, possibly the mix of gentle instruction, play and responsibility taught at Blue Pear. I recommend Blue Pear to anyone who needs a nursery and know that my professional life has been made so much easier by being able to trust the care that Blue Pear provides is stimulating, fun, caring and educational for all my kids at every stage. All of the staff were wonderful, the chefs always made yummy food, the play activities were always so imaginative and kindness that everyone showed has been amazing, we are really going to miss everyone, thank you so much.

Our son attended Blue Pear from the age of 13 months to 4 and a half. We couldn't have been happier with the nursery - he was nurtured and cared for by all the members of staff and it felt like a second home to him. The learning, playing and socialising experiences for him were all fantastic and we felt so happy and reassured that he was being looked after so well every day. We loved that they spent time in the community so often, accessing the local green spaces. The menu was also fantastic - offering a wide range of healthy meals and snacks.

Every child is truly known, valued and loved. Blue Pear hasn't just cared for my children-it has helped raise them. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

My daughter has attended Blue Pear Anerley since September 2021 until August 2025. In the almost 4 years she has attended, we have been incredibly pleased with how caring and creative the staff are, the nursery communication to parents and the way that they have developed her in all areas. We have signed up our baby son already. We had to choose a nursery in lockdown and then leave our lockdown baby with people we had been unable to get to know in the normal way, which was so hard, but we always trusted the staff and were put at ease that she was in the best place and we have not been disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery! Any child who attends is fortunate. The only small drawback is the outdoor space is quite small, but they do take the children on trips and to Betts Park.

My daughter had a wonderful experience in the pre school room at Blue Pear. The range of activities across the week was impressive, you could tell that every day had been planned with great care and creativity. She gained a lot from the beautiful space but also from the trips out. The menu was varied and healthy and she always enjoyed the food. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic and she really loved spending time with them. She built lovely relationships with them and the other children. Communication and organisation was great overall. We were sad to say goodbye but she was also very ready for school; the balance of free play with more structure developmental learning activities was great preparation for joining reception.

Both my children attended Blue Pear (the older one just for pre-school and the younger one through baby, toddler and pre-school) from July 2022 to Sept 2025 and I have to say it is just the most wonderful place. The management team are dedicated and run a very tight ship with care and attention and the nursery staff do so much for all the children getting them more than ready for school. The creativity and ways of teaching are amazing and the children have endless fun and education (plus lots of boogying!). Excellent food cooked on site, very well organised trips and other activities like tennis, language skills and imaginative play. They always provided very thorough information on what they got up to that day and the app showed us daily all the fun that was had - lots of photos which we loved to see. We honestly love Blue Pear and can't speak highly enough of the setting :)

My daughter attended Blue Pear from the age of 3 until she started school. I was so glad I moved her to Blue Pear from her previous nursery. The care is wonderful. She found it a safe, loving environment where she received the attention she needed to help her flourish. The staff and management care deeply about the children there. They help them grown not just with the excellent EYFS structure, which they execute brilliantly, but by understanding the children on a personal level and the parents in turn. My youngest daughter currently attends and I'm so grateful she will grow and develop in such a caring and fun environment where I know all children's needs are met.

Our son joined Blue Pear Day Nursery Anerley in the baby room in 2021 and attended until he left for school in August 2024. Like many Covid babies, he was so shy when he began and he left a confident, spirited boy, totally ready for the challenges of school, having made great friendships with children and staff alike. He always had so much fun and was encouraged to learn through play with considered and impactful activities. The team and his key worker always showed a great deal of care and interest in his development and emotional well-being. We felt reassured that he was safe and well-loved. We have been very happy with our time at Blue Pear and would never hesitate to recommend them to other local families. Thank you!

My daughter went to Blue Pear Day Nursery for almost two years after starting at Childminder. The team made her feel really welcome and she settled really quickly. The team are brilliant at creating a very positive culture for the children which results in good behaviour and a calm atmosphere. The kids are also very caring towards each other. The quality of learning is very high with a good amount of practice in phonics, numbers and wider learning. They are very thoughtful in putting on special events which welcome parents and guardians into the preschool. There's no outdoor space but the team take children to the library every day. Altogether, very pleased with our experience at Blue Pear.

Honestly, I highly rate this nursery.

However, I must say, if your child is on a funded place, they're not involved with certain events i.e Christmas lunch/ sports day which I don't think is fair for any child to miss out!

They get outside twice a day consistently and I liked that baby room just had six spaces, it was a very nurturing, calm environment for my son to start off in. He and we have made friends for life through the other kids and families. Communication always great and lovely atmosphere throughout. Absolutely recommend.

My daughter was attending this nursery for around two years and she has been totally transformed from being shy to extremely confident. They instill great discipline and my daughter was always happy there. The service they offer and the level of care are second to none and I would recommend this nursery to everyone. I never had to worry when my daughter was at the nursery. I had peace of mind knowing that she was being cared for which is something worth shouting about! Thank you so much for helping my daughter to grow and thank you for the outstanding service and care you have given us.
