Just intended graduation for the Class of 2026. Had a great time watching all the kids pick up their certificates and listening to what they all excel at. Our daughter has had a great year at preschool. She's really grown in confidence; I love seeing her interact with the other children and teachers. The teachers have been amazing. My child attended a different nursery; she was shy, didn't speak and made no friends. I was worried about moving her, but I am so glad that I did. She is thriving, and the staff are lovely. I would recommend this nursery to someone looking for a fun, safe environment for their child.

As a parent it is always a little daunting leaving your child in the care of someone else. But since my daughter has started at PlayPals I have felt nothing but reassured, comfortable and at ease knowing that whilst she is at nursery she is treated like their very own! My daughter is so happy when she is at nursery and after every session she is so eager and excited to tell me all about her day and all the new things she has learned! The staff are amazing! So caring, friendly, supportive and always happy to help. The nursery itself is fab! There is so much for our little ones to do and explore and no two days are the same. Both the indoor and the outdoor areas offer so many fun exciting activities for our children to to learn and thrive through play! I just want to say a huge thank you to all of the staff for all of your dedication and care when looking after our little ones, your hard work and positive impact never goes unnoticed! :-)

Since my son started this nursery he has grown in so many ways. Not just academically, but in confidence, self belief and in so many other important ways. The staff regularly feedback how he is doing and if there is anything we can do at home to help. Communication is great - we always know in advance exactly what is happening and if anything needs to be sent in. It makes life so much easier when you drop your child off knowing they're in good hands, feeling cared for and safe and this is very much how my partner and I have felt all academic year. Each member of the staff is friendly, approachable and cannot do enough to help. I would strongly and highly recommend this nursery. It is absolutely fantastic.

Our little boy started here at the end of April. The staff were excellent in transitioning him into nursery. Communication from staff is excellent, they're always updating the app with photos and what he's learnt within his day at nursery. Our little boy now loves going to nursery and says he's excited to go in. Would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone.

My little girl started Playpals in February 2026 and she absolutely loves it. Her confidence in reaching her milestones has grown so much since starting nursery. She absolutely loves the staff and gets on with them like they're friends too. The staff are lovely and easy to speak to if you have any problems they will fix the problem straight away.

We are really happy with the care and overall experience. Our baby truly enjoys his time and is always super happy attending!!!

I transferred my son in January 2026 he has absolutely thrived and loves going; he comes home telling me all the staffs and other children's names, I get daily updates and achievements on the app. The team are lovely and always welcoming

Lovely staff and my stepson loves coming.

They celebrate special events, inviting parents/carers to come and join them with stay and play days. Really thorough during change over, explaining what my child has been doing during her session. Daily updates on the app, showing what my child has been playing with and what she has been learning. Highly recommended.

The girls really do make learning fun with phonics and books of the week and a weekly newsletter to keep parents updated you can feel an tell that learning is lots of fun but most importantly that your child is cared for and valued.

I can't say enough good things about Playpals. Our son has been attending for six months and absolutely loves it. He asks every day if it's a "pre school day". It's been amazing to see how much he's learnt in such a short time, particularly with literacy and phonics. The staff are professional, organised, and they've built a lovely bond with him. Every week they do different activities, including walks to the local library, science experiments, and visits from members of the community. Seeing him excited to go in every morning makes us feel very confident in the care he's receiving.

Fantastic nursery and staff - They've really helped our son develop with a wide range of activities and trips, all documented and we're kept up to date with great communication through the app. Our son always comes home and tell us what he's been up to with Miss Sarah and the others, I would highly recommend - Keep up the great work

I highly recommend playpals, it's just an all round fantastic nursery, with amazing staff.

My grandson started Play Pals in September 25 when it first opened. He settled in straight away and loves attending. The staff are very friendly and informative at both drop off and pick up. They do lots of fun activities inside and out including trips to the library, parks and even took home made flowers and chocolates to the hospice. They are also involved with the school and go to church with them for school performances. I think his parents made the best decision when they chose this nursery and would 100% recommend it.

My son absolutely loves St Peter's Playpals. He moved here in sept 25 after being at his previous nursery since he was 8 months old so we was very nervous about the transition. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. He has settled in so well and loves coming to nursery. The staff are amazing. They have lots of fun trips out which the children love and the communication with parents is excellent. They provide updates daily and post lots of pictures of what they've been up too. His speech has improved so much in the 6 months he has been there and this is all down to the nursery staff and the activities they do with them. I would definitely recommend this nursery to any parents who are looking.

My daughter has been at this nursery for almost 5 months now and she has developed so much since starting. The staff have been absolutely brilliant with her and us. She absolutely loves going to nursery and she is looked after so well! They are always doing activities and helping develop her skills. I couldn't recommend this nursery more!

Our daughter loves going to pre-school at Paypals and often asks to go on additional days. She settled in immediately and we have been very happy with the support and communication from the staff. In her first term they have provided a huge range of learning experiences and had numerous trips out and regular outdoor play. It is lovely to hear her talk about the fun things that she has done and look at the pictures and videos which are regularly updated on the app. I don't feel that we could ask for anymore from a pre school setting and we are very appreciative to the staff for providing such a lovely environment.
