My daughter started at Little Bears just before turning two and half years old. We chose the nursery at the time for the setting and its proximity to our home. Parking at drop off and pick up was also never an issue! Living in the area we do, we wanted her to enjoy being out in nature often and Little Bears offered just that. They go on forest walks regularly, visit the care home in Whiteley village, and they have a lovely outdoor playground that they can access every day. We have been so happy with the key workers assigned to our daughter. They have all been so caring, patient and nurturing. My daughter experiences big feelings at times and they have been understanding and proactive in helping her through these. We now have a son and we will definitely sign him up when he turns 2! We definitely recommend Little Bears Whiteley Village.

Thank you so much for taking the time and writing the review for Little Bears. We pride ourselves in providing a loving and nurturing environment for the children. Children are at the heart of our practice and meeting their individual needs.
Looking forward to welcoming you all very soon back to Little Bears.
My child has attended Little Bears for almost two years. From the start, he has been very happy there, always running in the door in the mornings. Staff are caring, kind and patient. There is always a broad range of activities on offer for the children, with appropriate amounts of challenge. My child has been well prepared for starting school in September. We will both really miss Little Bears!
Our son has been so happy there. It's great seeing the variety of activities they do, how much they nurture the children and also how much they build the kids confidence. They organise plenty of events to invite parents into the nursery eg christmas, end of term, harvest so you can get to know the team and other parents.
When you walk past and the kids are outside they are often happily playing together.
My son has been attending Little Bears Day-Care in Walton on Thames for just over a term now. I have been delighted with how well he has settled. He goes running into Nursery with a smile on his face each morning and I leave feeling confident that he is safe, secure and enjoying all the learning opportunities on offer. He has built very positive relationships with all the staff and they have got to know him quickly and understand all his like and dislikes. I would highly recommend Little Bears Day-Care Walton on Thames.

My son has been attending nursery for a year and he's been thriving! He absolutely loves going in, and always looks forward to it. All staff have been wonderful - they are extremely experienced, nurturing, patient and highly professional. The facilities are great too, plenty of outdoor space surrounded by nature! Andrea the chef makes delicious meals and my son always asks for seconds.
We are so pleased to have chosen this setting for our boy and are planning on sending our younger child there too once he turns two.

We are delighted with Little Bears nursery, we are so glad we have chosen this nursery for our daughter. The thing we love the most about the nursery is the staff, they all have such a caring, kind, nurturing character. They clearly all love looking after children. They greet all little ones with such a kind smile and enthusiasm each morning. The nursery offer a wide range of activities, and I particularly love how creative their approach is to learning. I would recommend Little Bears to anyone.

Little Bears are very grateful and pleased with your feedback. Children's well being and growth in their unique way is at the heart of our practice. Very are very proud of our great staff team who make this setting a special place. Kindest regards
The staff at Little Bears are amazing, we've been so happy with how our son settled and has progressed since he joined them there. They are welcoming, kind, compassionate, friendly, proactive and a wonderful team to hand out child over to each day he's there. They act on requests and questions extremely quickly and are always providing feedback and updates. The variety of activities they provide are brilliant and the resources are always updated.
They do a weekly update on what the children have been doing and also what will be happening the following week. As a parent, this is lovely because children don't always relay what they have been doing each day.
All Year Round Little Bears in Walton-on-Thames has been excellent. Every morning, the children queue up excitedly at the gate and come out happy at the end of the day. My daughter is always keen to tell me about what she has done. Throughout the week, the children take part in a wide range of activities, whether it's playing outside, creating arts and crafts, or participating in music and dancing. All of the activities are clearly linked to learning objectives, and as a result my daughter has developed rapidly during her time there. The team makes a real effort to keep things fresh throughout the year, with various parent-invited events where the children often perform well-rehearsed shows. Over the last year, these have included the Harvest Festival, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and the Christmas show. The Christmas show was a particular highlight, with the children performing multiple songs and presenting parents with gifts they had made themselves.
An amazing, friendly, and education

Our son has been attending Little Bears for just over a year now, and we couldn't be happier with the nursery. He absolutely loves going in each day and is always excited to arrive. One of his favourite parts is the free-flow outdoor area, which he talks about often and clearly benefits from. We can really see how much he has learned through the range of topics covered, and his language development has been excellent during his time there. They have also been amazing in supporting his toilet training. The staff at Little Bears are wonderful - every member of the team is caring, attentive, and clearly knows each child personally and very well. Their nurturing approach creates such a positive and supportive environment, and it's clear they genuinely care about the children.
We are so grateful for everything the nursery has done to support his development in all areas and would highly recommend to others.

Little Bears provides a home from home environment. My little girl joined in September and has settled in so well. I think a lot of that is to do with the kindness and empathy shown from the team during that settling in period. I could honestly not ask for a better nursery to send my child to, they have been amazing!

Every day he tells us all the exciting things he's been up to and I feel like he gets amazing support from all the staff. We are well informed all of the time and couldn't be happier that we chose Little Bears for our son's nursery.

Such an amazing nursery. My son has been there since he turned 2 and I watched them help him grow from being a quiet, emotional and shy kid to a super chatty, confident, fun and interactive 4 year old, ready for school! They are so good at understanding kids and providing a nurturing role at first, to one that just lets them be themselves in a fun and family like atmosphere. They really understood my little one through and through, we were so lucky to have found them! Hugely recommended. Not too big a group of kids, outdoor space, beautiful setting, lovely food, lots of fun activities through the year to get families involved. Thanks Little Bears!
I couldn't recommend Little Bears at Whiteley Village enough. The team are fantastic, they take the time to really get to know your child, their likes and dislikes, and are so kind and attentive. Each evening at pick up, the team are excited to tell you about what your child has been up to that day, which I find so special. My son has an amazing bond with his key worker, who has gone out of her way to make sure he's happy every day. The children have access to outdoor play every day, and also take part in music and sports classes every week which I love. They also regularly take trips to the pond, for nature walks, and to spend time with the residents at the local care home. My son has come on so far since joining Little Bears. Although he will be sad to leave nursery as he moves on to school, we have already signed our youngest child up to join when he turns two, and I know he will enjoy Little Bears just as much!

We are very pleased and proud to read your views about our setting. Little Bears & it's dedicated staff team work hard to make the nursery a loving, nurturing and rich learning environment for the children. It's our pleasure to watch the little ones grow ready for their next chapter in life. Kindest regards Little Bears
We moved our son from another nursery in the area to this one when he was 2 years old (he's now four and a bit) for several reasons: The staff - the staff turnover is low meaning we and our child have built a strong relationship with them. They are all experienced professionals, and we didn't have the thing we had at the previous nursery where we would turn up and meet an agency staff member looking after our son. The setting - being set among green open space is an incredible opportunity for the children. They go on nature walks in the forest and play outside in the safe and enclosed nursery gardens every day. The previous nursery had AstroTurf and limited time outside so this is a huge bonus. Proximity to the old peoples home - unique opportunity for intergenerational interaction as the children are taken on visits to sing for the residents of a care home in walking distance. This is cherry on top of the cake.
We love Little Bears :-)

Little Bears is a very nurturing environment - encouraging each child to achieve their full potential. A very supportive, inclusive and fun filled setting. I feel they go the extra mile to make the environment educational, with a wide variety of activities, toys, and games.

The staff team care so much about each and every child and goes above and beyond to provide a warm and nurturing environment. We are so grateful to hear your kind words of support, so thank you again! Best wishes, The Little Bears Team
My son has been attending Little Bears for over two years now, and he absolutely loves it. Before joining, he was at another nursery where he struggled. Despite being very sociable, he found it hard to settle due to overcrowded classes and a lack of personal attention. The difference when we moved him to Little Bears was incredible. The outdoor space is great, and the indoor area is spacious, which allows for them to group the children in different zones for play and learning. My son is always learning exciting things, which we see on the app, the newsletter, and hear about at home. Over the past year, the team has helped get him ready for school, and we're so proud of how far he's come. The educators are exceptional. I don't have kind enough words to express how much we appreciate them. Kind, caring, and approachable. My son adores them, and we've always felt supported as parents.
He'll be starting school this year, and we'll genuinely miss being part of the Little Bears family.

My child had an awful experience at this Nursary it wasn't until we started looking at other Nursary's for him I realised how bad it was. There was a lack of organisation and structure which left him completely unregulated most of the time which led to outbursts and us getting feed back every day that he was just being aggressive. In the end they told me to look for a quieter setting as I'm sure they just couldn't cope with him. If your child has extra needs do not send them here. The 2 year olds are mixed with the 4 year olds so can be very noisy for the older children and again not a lot of structure or getting ready for school, after our experience my child has actually fallen behind. He's at a new Nursary now and seems to be doing so much better as is a lot more stimulated and with children his age.
