The staff are lovely there! Very caring, which is the most important thing, also the nursery is very good at communicating about your child's development every day after you pick up your child. The daily reports are very helpful for parents. I highly recommend this nursery to all parents. Thank you, Tots and Scholars!

I highly recommend Tots and Scholars nursery in Shenley, my daughter was the first child when they opened their doors and we were concerned as she was only 12 months old, being first-time parents. We had no reason for concern, as all the staff looked after her so well, she absolutely loves going to nursery, knows all the staff by names and vice versa. The staff and her key worker are very quick to put you at ease when you have any queries or concerns, not that we have had many over the three years we have been here. We will be very sad when we will leave to move to reception and will keep in touch with the school. The owner is very hands-on and approachable with any questions and advice, even during lockdown they were very good with providing activities that we could do with our children and eventually taking the necessary steps quickly so that the children could return to the setting as soon as possible. The staff greet you with a smile when you pick and drop off your child.

My eldest daughter has been going to Tots and Scholars in Shenley since she was 12 months old and my youngest, since 8 months old. After visiting a few nurseries, Tots and Scholars stood out and surpassed all my expectations of what I had imagined a nursery setting to be like. I continue to be impressed by the innovation around learning and the culture that has been built. Knowing that my children are in a loving and safe setting whilst having fun packed days, be it a trip to forest school, a teddy bears picnic or messy play with their friends, is so comforting. I've also been impressed by the level of attention on my children's development and ensuring we are kept up to date on their progress. Their communication with parents is fantastic with weekly planning emails, parent consultations, monthly newsletters and a daily debrief of each child's day. It really feels like a partnership and that I am part of the Tots and Scholars family.
