Overall Experience
Unfortunately, our experience with kingwood children hasn't met expectations. While we had high hopes based on initial visits and promises, the day-to-day reality has been disappointing.
Communication has been inconsistent, and it often feels like we're left in the dark with terms and conditions changing with only 3 weeks notice. Concerns we've raised haven't always been taken seriously or addressed promptly, which has been frustrating and at times concerning.
We've also noticed that the environment doesn't always seem as nurturing or well-managed as it should be, and children aren't always offered time outside.

We understand that no place is perfect, but we had hoped for more professionalism, transparency, and care-especially during such an important stage of our child's early years.

Overall Experience
Well, where can I start? Kingwood is an absolutely fantastic childcare setting and I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone and everyone.
The staff are the most loving, caring, kind and fun people I have met.
The activities that Kingwood offer are second to none, they really do go above and beyond for the children. Their days are packed full of different activities which involve learning through fun and play.
They have their own transport to take the children on many different trips such as the library, parks, farms, rivers, forests, beaches, the supermarket, etc and these are mostly all part of the price for the childcare, so you don't pay any extra for your child to have fun days out!
The staff are the most loving, caring, kind and fun people I have met.

My daughter has attended Kingwood from 2016 until the present day and I cannot praise Kingwood enough for the care and learning they have provided for my daughter. Her development, knowledge and confidence really has come on leaps and bounds. So thank you Kingwood, you're amazing!

Overall Experience
Our family love Kingwood!
They're the most caring, nurturing, genuine, fun and professionally run nursery we've seen by a mile.
Our little boy loves going and comes home happy and tired out from a day of fun, what more can you ask? The activities they do with the children are not run of the mill - they're amazing adventures that have the kids fascinated, learning through play, outdoors, out into the world and full of enthusiasm and excitement.
They log everything and keep in touch via an app, it gives us absolute peace of mind. There's no wondering what our child is doing or how he is, we can see photos for ourselves and they can ask questions (so can we) and get immediate answers. No more waiting for a paper contact book to come home, it's a brilliant app.
The staff are lovely, incredible and clearly love working there - they are a different breed of nursery and preschool and I cannot recommend Kingwood highly enough.

Overall Experience
Absolutely fab nursery, I would highly recommend it. Full of stimulating activities both indoors and out. Own transport to take children on regular outings. Lovely staff and great facilities. Lovely food made on site.

Overall Experience
Kingwood is a wonderful happy friendly setting, the staff are so kind and caring with a warm loving nature!
We could not ask for a better preschool/nursery for our daughter, they have so much to offer they go on trips weekly which includes visiting the elderly, farm visit, pond dipping!
There are so many opportunities for the children to grow i.e learning French, cooking, looking after the pets at preschool, shopping experience to a supermarket.
All the staff are so friendly they are like one big family their days are packed so full of activities and entertainment.

Overall Experience
Brillant, amazing, loving, caring, outstanding and any child would thrive by going here. The staff are 100% and breakfast lunch and dinner can be given here. After school club is run to perfection.
