We couldn't be happier with the care child has received at this nursery. From day one, the staff have been incredibly kind, caring, and supportive, creating such a warm and nurturing environment where he has truly flourished.

One of the things my child loves most is the variety of activities on offer. The farm trips are always a highlight, giving him wonderful opportunities to learn about animals and the outdoors, and the soft play sessions are fantastic for building his confidence, coordination, and of course having lots of fun!

The staff are genuinely amazing. They take the time to get to know every child, making my child feel safe, happy, and valued every single day. It's clear how much they care, and it's so reassuring as a parent to know he's in such capable and loving hands. The communication is excellent, and it's always lovely to hear about his day and see how much he's learning and developing.

We are so grateful to everyone at the nursery for everything they do.

We moved our daughter to Trilakes Nursery from a different nursery earlier this year and are beyond happy that we did.

One of the standout things about Tri Lakes is the regular visits to the farm. It's such a unique experience being around all of the animals so regularly, and our daughter absolutely loves it.

We absolutely adore Trilakes Nursery and Pre-School. When we first visited, we thought it must be too good to be true, but our daughter has now been attending for over 4 months and it really is incredible. All the staff are so warm and lovely. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are great, and the best part is the fact the children get to visit the farm on a regular basis! Just wonderful!

My children have been attending Tri Lakes Day Nursery since it opened in January, and they have absolutely loved it from the very beginning. The activities are fantastic, and the care they receive is outstanding.

We are so grateful for everything the team does, especially as one of our children has additional health needs. They have been incredibly accommodating, supportive, and understanding, and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Knowing our child is so well cared for gives us great peace of mind.

We enrolled our child after an adverse experience elsewhere and provided extensive information prior to joining to multiple staff members about how our child needs additional support settling in and regulating, this was discussed at length and we were reassured of the SEN provisions and support on offer. In the initial few days our child was struggling to regulate and had begun acting out, which had already been anticipated ahead of joining. I was called into a meeting with the nursery manager (who was not present during our sign up) who said our child could not stay there full time and offered to reduce to 1 hour per day in order to continue there. This was unreasonable/unfeasible and we felt like obligated to remove our child on this basis. I would not recommend this nursery, especially if your child has additional needs as we saw no SEN support during our time. I will say that some of the staff members were amazing and understanding, it's a shame that the experience ended so poorly.

My Grandaughter started nearly 3 months ago at Trilakes Nursery and loves it. The staff in the baby room really helped my Grandaughter settle. I love seeing the updates on the nursery app they use and the daily handovers we receive. The staff team are kind, warm and always welcome me with smiles when I go to collect her. My Grandaughter is really thriving at nursery and has taken a shine to the freshly cooked meals she gets. The daily trips to the farm are amazing which has supported how happy my Grandaughter is. She is always smiling and squealing with excitement as we arrive at the nursery door.

Our daughter is absolutely thriving. She loves going in every day, which says it all. It's so reassuring as a parent to see how much the staff truly care about each child and their development. The facilities are also outstanding, creating a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for the children. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tri-Lakes to anyone looking for a nurturing and high-quality nursery for their children.

We are so glad that we decided to send our daughter to Trilakes. She has been attending four days a week for six weeks now and always has such an amazing time. It is wonderful to see her so confident and happy with all of the staff, and we truly appreciate the effort and care they put in every day. The activities on offer are always engaging, stimulating and fun, and we love that she has regular opportunities to visit the farm and soft play. Everyone is so friendly and helpful with any questions we have had, giving us great peace of mind from the very start. We also love the use of the app and always look forward to checking in to see what she has been up to each day. The food menu is also fantastic, offering a great variety of health meals and snacks, which is very reassuring for us as parents. I am so pleased with my child's start into his new nursery. The team at Trilakes have been so kind and welcoming to my son as well as us as parents! He has so much fun and I love that he gets to explore the farm/soft play on a daily basis! Mason has already built a great relationship with his key worker and staff in his room and it's lovely to see. It definitely puts my mind at ease knowing he is being cared for so well and learning so much each day :)

My son attends Trilakes Nursery and has had a fantastic start. Even though the nursery only opened this week, it already feels well established and I feel confident my son is being well cared for. Settling in sessions were facilitated before the nursery has officially opened. The opportunities my son is getting (time outside, spending time with the animals, walks around the lake) are fantastic and I am very pleased we chose this nursery.

Really pleased with the choice of nursery for my son. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, it's a new nursery with great facilities and lots of opportunities to spend time outside. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others.
