My eldest son attended KGems a few years ago, and I couldn't have been happier with the care, support, and genuine warmth he received. The staff were always professional, nurturing, and truly dedicated to the children. It felt like a real community. A special mention to one practitioner in particular who has been there a long. Time and continues to foster a great environment - she's an outstanding practitioner who always went the extra mile to make sure the children felt happy, safe, and supported in their learning. Because of the brilliant experience we had, I have no hesitation in sending my second child to KGems too. I know they'll be in the best hands!

My son has been attending KGems since he was 4.5 months old to 3 years 9 months old and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care and attention he has received over the years. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like family. They arranged brand new items (bed-swing etc.)for my son. The caregivers are incredibly loving, patient, and dedicated to ensuring each child thrives in a nurturing environment.

My son has grown so much emotionally, socially, and intellectually thanks to their efforts. Their communication with parents is excellent-they keep us informed of his progress, milestones, and even the small, heartwarming moments of his day. The app is really helpful.

I wholeheartedly recommend KGems Valentines Park to any parent looking for a daycare that genuinely cares for their child's well-being and growth. It has been a joy to watch my son flourish here, and we will always cherish the memories of his early years.

kGems hosts really enjoyable annual sports days and open days. Thank you kGems for taking care of the little one.

There is a real sense of community here - and it's a shame we weren't aware of this nursery sooner!

After many weeks of research I was successful in choosing a good nursery for my son from 18 months to 4 years old. I am very happy with this nursery and made a consecutive decision to move my daughter too. They have natural resources, a Montessori approach and full of fun and impactful activities. The staff are very friendly including the nursery manager. We have met with the director too and they have always found solutions for me. My children come home cheerful and happy. I can say that they have excelled in most areas of the framework.

KGems is a brilliant nursery. I have seen so much improvement in my little ones and they have excelled tremendously. The staff/teachers are very kind and welcoming. My girls absolutely love it here. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent for their child.

The manager is excellent, and fosters a caring culture of inclusivity and diversity. The team are clearly caring and have a fantastic relationship with the children compared to other local nurseries we have experienced. Our son is always excited to be going in and looks forward to seeing his friends and the staff too. When he's not at nursery, he often talks about the staff and other children which is a reflection of how much he enjoys his time there - it's an extension of his own family. He loves the food and the nursery has done a brilliant job of encouraging him to eat his greens which 'help him grow' - as he keeps telling us at home. The outdoor play area is bigger than any we've seen in this locality and they're placed within the park which is great for the children. We know our child is happy and safe here and the only regret we have is that we weren't aware of this nursery sooner.

Thanks to a particular staff member and the team, my son is now ready for big school.

kGems in Clayhall is absolutely wonderful. The staff are great. They're on point for everything. I really admired how they cared for my child while she was at nursery. Being at nursery really boosted her confidence. She became their little helper. I have built a good bond with all the staff members at the nursery. They have happily worked with me whenever it was needed. They have been so attentive to our needs. Me and my child, both, will miss the staff dearly. I have to say every single person in this nursery (from management to food prep/chef) deserves a big raise. They all established such a loving and caring relationship with my child. My child would hug the staff whenever she saw them. I will truly miss these specific staff members of Clayhall branch. I think I might be more sad than my child to be leaving kGems. I wish all these lovely hardworking people a prosperous future.

But I soon realised I need not have worried at all, the nursery staff cared for my child like their own, they worked hard, and went the extra mile!

The communication from the nursery is excellent, and we always feel informed about my daughter's progress and the events happening at the nursery. The dedication and warmth of the staff make kGems Clayhall a nurturing and joyful environment for my daughter. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring and engaging place for their child

My daughter attends the Clayhall kGems nursery and she absolutely loves it there. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make the children feel much loved and cared for. They use the app to keep parents notified of activities throughout the day including signing in, nappy changes /toilet visits, activities etc. The level and quality of communication is excellent and, as a parent, I feel like I am very much part of the nursery day. The team are very quick to respond to queries and are always there to address any concerns. My daughter is currently doing potty training and the team have been most helpful with this challenge. They hold events throughout the year including sports day, graduation and even a mobile animal farm day. My daughter starts full time infants in September and kGems have been instrumental in preparing her for what lies ahead. I'm very grateful to the whole team and I will be sending my other daughter there too when she's old enough.

We will really miss all the caring staff that go way beyond to make our little ones happy. We are so thankful to all the staff that have been so caring, understanding and always tried to help my son with any struggles he had. It was lovely to see him develop and grow and make memories. KGems Day Nursery - Clayhall Park is a wonderful nursery to send your children. All 3 of my children attended the nursery from 2021-2024 and all 3 of them have loved their experience there! The staff are so attentive and nurturing and always make you and your child feel comfortable! The smallest things are always the biggest things to them so you will never have to worry! They provide well-thought-out daily activities for all ages to take part in. The outdoor space for the children to burn off their energy is really large and also have a coach to keep those kids active taking part in sports! Snack and meal times are nutritious and also yummy! KGems Clayhall is a very safe and clean environment too. I really would recommend this nursery! I am really happy I chose KGems Clayhall for my children and it's been so lovely to get to know all the amazing staff over the years! To see the nursery grow over the years has been so heartwarming and I wish them many more successful happy years!

This nursery is an amazing place! Very clean with great staff. The management team are so professional. Please keep up the good work you do. My son is comfortable and very happy here. The new manager changed things very well, I’m happy.

I love this place and so does my daughter. As a single parent, I deeply appreciate the staff being nice and caring, and the director of kGems really cares about the children and works with the parents. The facility is well thought of, room is big and the garden is huge. My daughter is happy and that makes me a happy parent. The new manager is very friendly and the staff are polite.

My daughter has been attending KGems Clayhall for 2 years and has thrived in this setting. She has been looked after with utmost care and love with positive relationships. The communication through the app has helped be aware of events through her time there and though there is a large turnover in staff she has adapted well. As a small setting, she mixes with all ages and that has suited her with a spacious outdoor area and range of food provided. I would highly recommend this setting for preschool.

My son attended his preschool in 2022-23 with kGems Day Nursery and we can't express how grateful we are for the staff, manager and entire team of kGems for their lovely behaviour. I do not think I could have given a better start of education to my child than this school. We as parents feel proud to have chosen the school and our son who loves his teachers doesn't wish to leave which tells us how happy he is with the school.

My son is way happier at this nursery than when he used to go to the previous one and that says a lot to me and my wife. One of the things I like most is the facilities and open space. I'd also like to remark on the lovely staff. Who are very professional and caring. I also love the app where I can have real-time feedback on what's going on with my child.
