Our son started at Bright Star in 2023 and I last left a positive review in 2024 when he was in the nursery room. He is now in the preschool room and we have been so happy with the care he has been shown and can see how much he has developed socially in the environment. He says positive things about the staff and he often pretends to be them when he gets home! Staff in the preschool room are helping him to prepare for starting school in September with learning introductory maths and phonics. The nursery also arranged a visit to the London Transport Museum and this was a great experience for him, travelling around London without a parent and a great experience to have before staring reception. The new app used by the nursery also allows very easy communication between parents and nursery. We are grateful to all staff at the nursery for their care and we are happy to recommend to other parents.

Honestly, if it wasn't for her, I would not have felt comfortable leaving my child there for such a long time. She gives me complete peace of mind and always makes time to listen and help. I'm very grateful for everything she does.

Lovely nursery for begging in life for out little one, staff is very caring and kids there are learning new things on daily basis, we're very grateful for the care that staff carries for our little one. She's always very happy in the mornings when we attend nursery!

The manager and deputy manager are great and quickly respond to emails and questions on the phone. Always greeting us with a smile and positivity.

Our daughter attends this nursery and we are happy with it so far. The staff are friendly, calm, caring and they accommodate your baby's needs. Whenever our daughter has nappy rash, they apply nappy cream. They encourage naps after lunch and try to get the baby to sleep. Our daughter didn't want to sleep at the very start due to new environment and new people looking after her but after a couple of weeks she was fine and started eating and sleeping well.

We are so delighted with Bright Star Day Nursery and their care for our son. The staff are kind and welcoming, they clearly know every child well and are warm and nurturing in their care. Every evening at pick up our key worker takes time to chat to us about our son's day and we discuss any plans that we have for him in terms of new skills etc so that home and nursery life tie together smoothly. Our son is blissfully happy going to nursery here, he can't get in the door fast enough! We couldn't say more positive things about our experience, would highly recommend to anyone.

The manager is an amazing lady I like that she or the deputy manager responds to emails quickly and she's involved with the children doing activities and so forth. Overall this nursery is one to have a look at I am sure your child would love it here.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for the past 3 years and now starting Reception in September. I really cannot fault all the staff, very approachable and friendly and dealt with enquiries promptly. My daughter loved the nursery from day one, she settled there very quickly and I never had any problems. Booking extra sessions for my daughter was never an issue. I am very satisfied overall, they are doing a great job.

I am very pleased with the staff and management of the organisation. My child is well looked after, any queries/concerns are addressed in a timely manner, we continued to use the nursery even after moving out of the area, definitely recommended.

My little one started in the nursery in February and he has settled in very nicely. He seems very happy when he stays there and when we pick him up. All the practitioners seem very caring and they always do a good variety of activities. The food offered is healthy and there is always variety on the menu. We are overall very happy with the nursery so far.

Very happy with Bright Star and the care they provide for my son (19 months, has been attending since he turned 1). He settled in well and is now very happy to be dropped off. He loves all the staff and has a great attachment with them. He eats really well there and staff always update us on all the activities he’s done throughout the day. He is quite an ‘intense’ baby and needs lots of physical contact with adults to feel safe, and lots of support to get to sleep - staff have always been amazing at meeting his needs and I trust them to look after him in the way he needs.

My son has been at the nursery since he was 8 months old (now 2) and I honestly couldn’t ask for better care. He absolutely loves going to nursery and we receive regular information on activities he’s involved with, as well as a daily update on how his day has been/what he’s done. The staff are brilliant, friendly and caring.

Our daughter has just spent two great years at Bright Star Day Nursery, going from 11 months to just under 3 years old. In that time, she has learned to crawl, walk and talk and we really believe the nursery environment and staff have been instrumental in her development. The nursery building and outdoor area are safe and secure and backs onto green space, parking is easy and the supermarket being right there is a bonus! We have always found the staff to be very friendly towards us and our child and to develop caring relationships with her that they really cherish. We are moving out of the area but would happily have kept our daughter in the nursery and also taken our baby son there; the nursery is one of the main things we will miss - highly recommend!

My son has settled in nicely with his key worker and the lovely team, and really seems to be thriving. Each of the team I've met has been caring and wonderful. The nursery manager has been great to speak to about any questions I have as well. We're very happy to be sending our son here and feel safe in knowing the team here is as good as they are.

My youngest has been attending Bright Star Day Nursery (Kilburn branch) for almost 2 years now and loves it. All the ladies at Bright Star are wonderful caregivers, friendly, loving and nurturing. Management are amazing and always happy to help, talk or listen to concerns. The curriculum taught at the nursery is very comprehensive and I've seen such wonderful development in my child over the past months. The facilities and nursery itself are lovely, with lots of space for the children to explore, learn and play. Monthly newsletters are sent out which are always informative and a nice insight into what's going on and what there is to look forward to. My firstborn attended the nursery when he was a baby and continued till preschool - he enjoyed his time there immensely and was the main reason I had no doubts to enrol my youngest there too when the time came. I have total peace of mind my son is looked after and cared for in a safe, educational and caring environment. I highly recommend.

My son used to love going to Bright Star and we are still in touch with other kids (and parents) from his time. We had a bad experience before that, and Bright Star Day Nursery gave him his confidence back. My daughter is now going and seems to have integrated pretty quickly. When I drop her in the morning, she is not looking back. Lovely people and everybody is very caring. The fact that the nursery is open from 7 to 7 and 51 weeks a year is also very helpful as we have no other support.

The outdoor space is perfect!

My daughter loves attending the nursery! The staff is very friendly and has supported and encouraged her development. I just wish they included more veggies and protein in their meals. Apart from that, I can only say good things about it.
