The staff is very supportive and understanding. My child has grown and learned so much in the positive environment. Her key worker has identified her strengths and weaknesses and continuously supporting her to develop skills and confidence.

My daughter has been attending for 1 year now. Hamilton nursery is amazing and I can't recommend it enough. The staff are all wonderful, they truly care about each child and go out of their way to make each child feel special. We are always greeted with warm smiles every morning. At the end of the day, staff let you know what your child has done and eaten, they take the time to speak to you and ensure you know everything. As well as updating the app so you can check throughout the day. Staff and managers are always on hand to answer any questions you have and support you in every way they can. Special shout out to 7 members of staff in particular. Honestly I could name everyone as each member of staff is brilliant.

fantastic nursery which all my children have been to. All staff are fantastic can't help you enough. helped diagnosis with my son which I wouldnt have realised. Going to be really sad when my son moves up to primary school as worried he's not going to settle in as well as he did here

Most of the of the staff at this nursery are friendly and welcoming. My baby joined them early this year and she settled in well in the discovery stage and the staff are amazing. It is hard to choose which is better than the other. Keep the good work going.

Staff are fantastic, the nursery is placed in a convenient location. The facilities are excellent, the size of the each room is very open so then children can explore. My daughter seem to really connect with everyone.

My daughter has been going to Hilltop Nursery since she didn't settle in her previous nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The Hilltop staff made it so easy for her to settle in, and now she absolutely loves it. Some days, she doesn't even want to come back home! The team is incredibly warm and attentive, creating a welcoming and safe environment for all the children. The activities are enriching, from creative crafts to interactive play, and they put a big emphasis on outdoor time, which is wonderful. I can confidently say she is way better off here than at her previous nursery. Hilltop has truly been a positive change for her, and I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing place for their little one!

Our daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery. She has developed leaps and bounds there. Her speech is brilliant and she is so independent. She loves being with her friends and we can't speak highly enough about the staff. Every single one just wants the best for the children. Definitely recommend!

The staff have been amazing in trying to help my 3-year-old into nursery. The manager has shown kindness, flexibility and leads by example. From the moment you enter the nursery, there are warm smiles to welcome you and your little one. The staff have shown love, kindness and cuddles toward my little one (and me!) when we have been upset. The staff have taken time to find out what interests my toddler and plan activities to keep her happy and involved. The staff keep me up to date on how my little one is doing to provide me with reassurance. I'm most grateful to the team for making the whole experience a positive one.

I could not rate this nursery high enough, both of my children have attended and have been loved and cared for by all of the staff working within the care setting they have become like family and I couldn't recommend them high enough to anyone who asks and doesn't. Management and staff are amazing and will go above and beyond to make the family and children happy and content.

Great nursery with a lovely atmosphere with good management and experienced staff. The children love going and really enjoy their time there including the food! They love trying the different foods from the varied menus.

I came to see the Hamilton Nursery on an open day after visiting several nurseries. We came in, we were very welcomed by all the staff, they all are lovely and so warm. My daughter felt so comfortable in the first instance when all the staff tried showing her around bearing in mind I didn't see her as comfortable when I went to the other nurseries. The environment, the setup is amazing. All children's toys are clean no hazards to the children. The number of staff on the children ratio is brilliant. I started the settling-in sessions with my daughter, I was feeling so upset, anxious about leaving her and my daughter felt the same, however the manager and three members of staff in particular have been nothing but amazing in helping the both of us settle. The app where we can see activities and with the look on my daughter's face I wouldn't change a thing about this school. I am very pleased with my daughter to continue her first years of school with Hamilton Nursery, brilliant, I wouldn't change a thing about this nursery.

Both me and my wife are friends with other parents from the nursery and they have also expressed similar concerns about the quality of the childcare and this is also echoed on various social media groups so suggest you do your due diligence by reading up on the concerns/experiences from other parents.

During February my son had loads of changes. We moved house and he moved up a room. I was really nervous about how he would be. But the staff at Hamilton Nursery made his transition so smooth he did not even bat an eyelid at anything. He is coming on leaps and bounds and surprises me with some of the knowledge and conversations we have about what he is doing while at nursery. He loves it there and loves all the staff, talking about them even when his off. He remembers every single staff member. While out shopping he picked up a top and said one of the staff members would love this. Just shows me how highly he thinks of them all and that they are never far from his thoughts. Leaving him while I go to work is never a worry as I know that he is in the best hands possible. Thank you Hamilton Nursery. You're all so wonderful and such an excellent influence in my son's life.

Even as a parent all staff are very approachable and nothing is too much bother I highly recommend this nursery.

Very happy with this nursery my little boy struggling with needs and nursery knows how to go around them. So very grateful for all staff that work together, friendly staff. Would like at the end of the week to know how my child's behaviour has been. Even if it's good or bad over the week that he's been, that would help thank you.

My daughter started at this nursery in November 2022. She has settled in so quickly as the staff work so hard to build positive relationships. All staff are professional, polite and always happy to support. They provide loads of fun and creative activities and engage parents in what goes on through the day using the app. I feel so comfortable leaving my child to be cared for with them. An amazing nursery. Every single member of staff is always smiling. Staff take very good care of my boy. Organised, professional and always polite! Couldn't recommend them more. The best nursery you could choose for your child!

My daughter loves her nursery and her teachers. She is enjoying every day there and learning a lot. It was the best choice to send her there and I am 100% sure my younger boy will join it soon too.
