wasn't what I wanted for my daughter. We didn't go ahead with the place.

I asked about the key worker who would work with my child, I was never introduced to them. There was no learning schedule discussed, no information about the development updates and/or observations about the child. My child wasn't even addressed by her name for the first settling in session. On the second day, they asked me what's she called. Weird!
