Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to read your comments, particularly where they do not reflect the experience or procedures within our nursery. Since taking over the setting, we have worked hard to review and strengthen policies, procedures, safeguarding and children's development tracking, all of which did not exist before we took over.

We are sorry you feel your concerns were not dealt with thoroughly. We can confirm that attempts were made to contact you directly and offer opportunities to discuss and resolve your concerns with management, which were dismissed by you.

We would also like to clarify that children do not have access to screen time at the nursery. Our tablets are used solely for recording children's observations and communicating with parents and are blocked from access to programmes or other content.

The Mulberry Bush has always had an open and honest relationship with OFSTED and we have discussed this matter at length with them having SELF REFERRED inline with best safeguarding practice. The ongoing harassment from your partner and your family towards us has been reported to the police following advice from OFSTED. Read less
