We're also delighted that you're enjoying the developments to the nursery, especially our new garden! We have put a great deal of thought and investment into creating an environment where children can learn, explore and thrive, and there is still more to come. Thank you again for your continued support - it really is appreciated by the whole team. Read less

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to read your comments, particularly where they do not reflect the experience or procedures within our nursery. Since taking over the setting, we have worked hard to review and strengthen policies, procedures, safeguarding and children's development tracking, all of which did not exist before we took over.

We are sorry you feel your concerns were not dealt with thoroughly. We can confirm that attempts were made to contact you directly and offer opportunities to discuss and resolve your concerns with management, which were dismissed by you.

We would also like to clarify that children do not have access to screen time at the nursery. Our tablets are used solely for recording children's observations and communicating with parents and are blocked from access to programmes or other content.

We always welcome constructive feedback and take genuine concerns seriously. We wish you and your child all the best for the future. Read less

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and ongoing support of the Mulberry Bush. We are so pleased that you and your child have enjoyed their time at Little Acorns/the Mulberry Bush. Thank you for highlighting the efforts of the team, they work so hard to support all the children and their families. Also for noting our work to make sure that all children are kept safe at nursery, always our first priority! We are very excited about the development of the setting and the amazing facilities that it will provide for the children. It is wonderful that your second child will be able to reap the benefits of these changes! Read less

Thank you so much for your lovely review and for trusting us with your daughter over the past two years.

We're delighted to hear how much she has enjoyed her time with us and that you've seen her grow into such an intelligent and kind little girl. It's wonderful to know that our team has helped make both her nursery experience and the transition from Little Acorns to The Mulberry Bush such a positive one.

We're also pleased that you have always felt supported and that any concerns have been addressed promptly. Your kind words about our staff, nursery environment, and garden mean a great deal to us.

We will all miss your daughter as she starts school, but we're so proud to have been part of her early years journey. We wish her every success and happiness in this exciting next chapter. Read less

As has been shared throughout this process these allegations were fully investigated in line with our safeguarding policy and best practice and found to be without substance. This included consultation with the LADO, whose instructions were followed throughout including the decision to allow the staff member to continue to care for children during the investigation. There was no police involvement in this alleged incident. We shared the allegation with the police at the parent's insistence, the police dismissed the matter immediately with no investigation. We of course respect all parent's right to refer to OFSTED if they are unhappy with our process, we have shared the full investigation and all pertaining information with OFSTED. Unfortunately we felt it necessary to terminate the children's contracts following parent's abusive and intimidating behaviour towards members of the team which was extremely distressing. We wish the children the very best in their next setting. Read less
