Can't fault anything about it. Staff are lovely, wonderful with the kids and my daughter has learned and developed so much in her time there. Her creativity has flourished and they've been nothing but fantastic!

My little girl absolutely loves going to Footprints. Settled in so easily, get regular updates so my mind is totally at ease while she is with them.

I honestly couldn't have chosen a better nursery for my children. From the very first day, we were made to feel so welcome and reassured, which meant everything to me. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring-they treat every child as if they were their own.

All of the staff at Footprints Wallsend go above and beyond to ensure that my child is happy throughout the Nursery day. My child comes out of Nursery everyday with a huge smile and loves telling us all about their day and focus activities. He also enjoys outdoor learning time and has the opportunity
to go on lots of trips during the year. He particularly loves going to Seven Stories, local walks around Wallsend park and the summer beach trip - thank you to the staff for making these happen!

The nursery is just overall brilliant! The staff are all so warm and you feel that they really care. They take time to get to know your child and can easily tell if something is not quite right with them. I feel so comfortable leaving them both there as I know they are going to be cared for so well.
I'm going to be so sad when they leave!

My little one started nursery in January 2026 and, even though he's only 13mo, it's clear how much he enjoys it. He beams with joy at drop-off, which shows how wonderful the staff are at making him feel safe and welcome. The team keep me and my husband well informed throughout the day via the app which
we both have access to. I also love the observations that come through and the photos are just proof of how much he is thriving at Footprints.

Where can I start on our experience with this nursery has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development.
The environment is welcoming, safe, and full of engaging activities that clearly
support both learning and creativity. It's been wonderful to see how much our son has grown in confidence, social skills, and curiosity since attending.
What really stands out is the level of care and communication. The team consistently keeps us informed about his progress, daily activities, and milestones, which gives us great peace of mind. It's clear that every child is treated as an individual, with their unique needs and personalities understood and nurtured.
We're incredibly grateful to have found such a supportive and positive setting for our son. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and enriching environment for their child.

Always so caring! Little one loves to just run in, so happy! 5 star. Becky & Elisha are amazing in my child's classroom. Sometimes my little girl doesn't always eat meals but she is a picky eater but they always provide snacks throughout if she hasn't liked the main meals that day.

My little girl started at the beginning January and it been the best thing for her! So she started around her first birthday and the sheer excitement when I drop her off just tells me how much she loves the nursery. I'm confident that she receives the best care while she's there and they genuinely care

Can't Fault this nursery one bit, never felt so comfortable leaving my child somewhere when having to return back to work after a long 17 months off. The App is amazing! updates daily! Not sure how the girls find the time to
