I have had all my 3 kids attend this nursery and overall my experience has been very positive. The nursery provides a safe, structured and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to develop both socially and academically. The staff are professionals, attentive, approachable and they demonstrate genuine care for the children's wellbeing. Communication with parents are clear and consistent, we have always been informed about our children's progress, activities and concerns. Learning environment is well organised, clean and engaging with a range of age appropriate activities that supports pearly learning and independence. My children have really benefitted from the routine and structure, as well as from the encouragement to build confidence and social skills. Overall, we appreciate the dedication and efforts shown by the nursery team and are grateful for the role they have played in our children's early development. I would recommend this nursery to other families.

My son went to this nursery pre school 2 the teachers was amazing especially Shabana they all made him welcome but Shabana really made a difference in my sons life his every day learning and progressing. The head Mariyam and office staff Luke was amazing with everything they did they did it with with such professionalism, I am so glad I had my son attend Olive Tree Nursery in Croydon for 2 years.

The team at Olive Tree Day Nursery and Preschool are truly exceptional- warm, professional and genuinely invested in each child's development. From day one, the staff have gone above and beyond to create a nurturing, supportive and stimulating environment that has allowed him to flourish. My two kids attend nursery and they both absolutely love it! They enjoy all the activities and come home with big smiles, excited to share what they've done. We are so happy with the experience they're having and would highly recommend it to other parents.

I recently joined this nursery and was a bit reluctant having seen mixed reviews, however, I have to say they have been great with my little one and they have helped her settle in and met all my concerns from day one. I’m so happy to have chosen Olive Tree they have a calm environment and the staff are very friendly and compassionate. They have done well to engage with me and my child and ensured she integrated well into her new start. The advice given to me by teaching staff has been brilliant in helping me and my daughter get into a routine and feedback from them has also helped me with my daughter. Definitely recommend Olive Tree.

I am very very happy with the way my child is excelling at the nursery. All the staff are very friendly and my child looks forward to going to nursery every day. The 1 hour settling in sessions helped make my child feel welcome and safe and the manager/deputy manager as well as the staff are always available if I need to discuss anything.

The staff are friendly and kind I'm happy and content to leave my son here. The atmosphere is good, my son loves to come and he gets upset in the holidays. Overall it is amazing, the best. Pre-school activities are well prepared, clean and good value for money.

Don’t recommend this nursery to anyone. I registered my elder son but stepped back as I wasn’t convinced with the management and organisation. I then thought to give the nursery a 2nd chance with my daughter, but this was the worst mistake. On my daughter’s first day, her settling-in session, the teachers told me to leave after five minutes without telling my child that I am leaving. I found this strange as I knew this would make my daughter distressed. On my way out I asked the centre manager about informing my child and she said they don’t distress the child. This was a mistake as it made my daughter distressed. The next day we buzzed in and the centre manager opened the door abruptly which led to my daughter falling over. She didn’t even ask my child if she was okay or check on her. On top the “owner”, who I spoke to after logging a complaint was dismissive and claimed no one has ever complained about the centre manager, completely dismissing my complaint. Avoid, protect your child.

My overall experience with Olive Tree Day Nursery & Preschool is a very positive one. They have very good routines with the kids. Both of mine have become more independent. The staff are like family to us and I am happy to know my kids are left in the best hands. I always get feedback on how my son has done (eat, play etc) You also can find all sorts of information on the boards (holiday dates, dietary, children's comments etc).

I love Olive Tree Day Nursery & Preschool, my son loves it there, the management and staff are absolutely brilliant.

All three of my children have been at Olive Tree Day Nursery, all starting from baby room. The oldest if going to reception next month, and I am extremely happy with his development. I highly recommend this nursery as the teaching and learning is excellent, and management is great. They provide a variety of food at the setting for lunches such as lasagne, meatball curry and fish and chips, and there is a range of fruit and veg for snack.

Additionally, the staff are all very friendly and available to speak whenever needed.

I sincerely recommend this nursery. Professional, kind and friendly staff. My daughter started 6 months ago in the preschool class and she is happy and well settled. I’m happy with her learning. Built confidence. 100% satisfied.

Olive Tree Nursery is the best the management and staff are professional, helpful, kind, courteous and understanding. The food is delicious and the timings are very flexible and accommodating because I work shifts.
