From day one, the team prioritised her emotional well-being, taking time to understand her background, triggers and comfort measures. They created a personalised transition plan and adapted it to her pace, never rushing her.

Their trauma-informed approach, patience and consistency helped her build trusting relationships with her key workers and feel safe. Communication has been exceptional, with regular check-ins, photos and handovers giving us peace of mind.

Seeing her run in smiling and growing in confidence has been an incredible relief. They have provided far more than childcare; they have given her a safe haven. We are deeply grateful and cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

My daughter has been at Daisy Day for 9 months, she has absolutely flourished during her time. Every member of staff is so welcoming and friendly, they make effort every single day from welcoming us in all the way through to coming home. My daughter knows everyone's name and speaks about them and her day at home, she wakes up asking "nursery?". She has so much fun and I feel like she's so cared for and so safe there. My daughter's speech, imagination and confidence has grown so much during her time so far, I enjoy seeing the updates of what she's been doing and what she's been eating. Would highly recommend to everyone!

I can't speak well enough of this nursery. The setting is amazing, big, clean and with all sorts of nice spaces for the children. But the staff is the best they have! They are caring and loving, my daughter absolutely loves the nursery, which is a blessing for every parent, as the last thing we want is to leave them! But I am so happy with them, I feel my baby is safe and happy with them. She is learning and I am updated about almost everything they do during the day, I even ask them for advice. Highly recommended!

Since starting at Daisy Day Nursery I have seen a huge change in my granddaughter who is 2yrs old, she is more receptive to family and friends as she had separation issues with her mother, her vocabulary is amazing for her age and she is able to communicate with her actions too. It is hard to leave your little ones in the care of others, my grandson was put into another nursery during his time with Daisy Days (due to his parents work commitments), and was quickly returned to their care as there was no comparison for his overall wellbeing and development. All the staff are mindful and considerate, giving you an overview of your child's day on pick-up, the centre itself is always clean and tidy, my grandchild loves the outside area and the little walks they take to see the horses. As a grandparent who regularly picks up my granddaughter, it is always a pleasure as the staff are friendly and informative and for me the best part is my granddaughter is always happy when I pick her up.

My daughter attends Daisy's twice a week and she absolutely loves going to nursery. She's always happy when I pick her up from a great fun packed day of activities. The girls at Daisy's are fab everything I have asked for the care of my daughter has been met. It makes me feel a whole lot less guilty knowing she's in great hands and having the best time. 5 stars all round.

We are so happy we made the decision to move our daughter to Daisy Day Nursery Barry. The staff have been amazing in helping her to settle in and nurturing her and she absolutely loves them all. I would highly recommend this nursery.

The team in Bumble Bees are always so welcoming every time I drop my son off. He is always buzzing when I pick him up and the girls really do care about all the children they look after. Well done, all A star.

Our little boy has been settled and happy since he started at Daisies almost a year ago. He has built up good relationships with the staff in his room who are friendly and helpful and keep us up-to-date and informed about his day.

Daisy Day Nursery has been fantastic. Leaving your little one with anybody is a scary process, but the whole time has been incredible. The environment is wonderful and our little girl loves the staff there. The app has been useful with constant updates throughout the day, including pictures and the development reports are a great insight into how our child is developing.

My now 2-year-old son has been attending this nursery since he was just under one year of age. He has progressed through to three classes and all three have had an incredible handful of staff members who have always been nothing but loving, caring and supportive in every way a carer would want their child to be supported. The growth and development my child has shown over this period of time is always so warming to witness. The classroom is full of tons of exciting and educational toys. The days are always mapped out with fun activities to keep the children on their toes which I think is great because my little one always returns home with an empty battery almost which is exactly what you need after a long working day. Their meals are also really well thought out. I love that my child gets to explore different eating options each day he is there and often I learn about new things he now likes to eat. The best decision I have made for my child and I will not be looking back.

On the handful of times I’ve collected or dropped off my grandson, I have found the staff to be really welcoming. The nursery is always clean and tidy and nothing is too much trouble for any staff member. Thank you to all.

Our son has been going for nearly two years now, and throughout his time, his confidence is forever growing. All the staff are incredible, and there are genuine connections built. He is encouraged to be himself and clearly feels the support around him to try new things. It’s a wonderful little community with genuine care. Genuinely feel fortunate we were able to get a place for him. The value for money, food, etc, is very fair indeed and they have such a wide variety of activities planned, trips planned, etc, that you can clearly see helps further develop their learning.

The smooth transition to Bluebells back in November worked wonders for our little girl. She waves us off each day, and the staff are fabulous! We love getting photo updates. Staff are always there to provide updates at the beginning and end of each day, which we love hearing.

My little boy absolutely loves going to nursery every day due to the outstanding work of the staff at Daisy Day Nursery. They work so hard to keep the babies so busy and happy every day. We can not fault them.

We very much enjoy seeing photos and updates on my daughter's day and overall journey during her nursery time. She is always happy to go, which is a sign of a good environment that she wants to be in.

Excellent nursery - my son has been going to Daisy Day since he was nine months old. I haven’t got a bad word to say about it. The staff are lovely and we get regular updates about his day. It’s spotless, a very safe and secure nursery with parking, which makes pick up and drop off a lot easier. My little boy loves attending which makes everything better. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Such a brilliant nursery, always update you through the app about your child's development and how their day has gone. Also amazing food offered and brilliant staff. He seems to really enjoy going to nursery and has learnt a lot in the time that he has spent here.

Lovely, professional and warm bunch of staff. We’re confident and our minds are at peace when she’s in, as we know she’s happy and safe. My granddaughter enjoys her day at the nursery every week. She is always happy to attend and has arrived home with lovely pieces of artwork and crafts. The staff are always caring, friendly, and supportive. The nursery is clean and tidy which is so important with Health and Safety laws being paramount.
