From day one, the team prioritised her emotional well-being, taking time to understand her background, triggers and comfort measures. They created a personalised transition plan and adapted it to her pace, never rushing her.

Their trauma-informed approach, patience and consistency helped her build trusting relationships with her key workers and feel safe. Communication has been exceptional, with regular check-ins, photos and handovers giving us peace of mind.

Seeing her run in smiling and growing in confidence has been an incredible relief. They have provided far more than childcare; they have given her a safe haven. We are deeply grateful and cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

My daughter has been at Daisy Day for 9 months, she has absolutely flourished during her time. Every member of staff is so welcoming and friendly, they make effort every single day from welcoming us in all the way through to coming home. My daughter knows everyone's name and speaks about them and her day at home, she wakes up asking "nursery?". She has so much fun and I feel like she's so cared for and so safe there. My daughter's speech, imagination and confidence has grown so much during her time so far, I enjoy seeing the updates of what she's been doing and what she's been eating. Would highly recommend to everyone!

We absolutely love daisy day! Our little one loves it there and is extremely well looked after. She is creatively and intellectually challenged and given space for outdoor exercise too. Were chuffed we chose this nursery to send our child to.

Daisy Day is a fabulous nursery. The staff are always really friendly. My daughter has made a lovely group of friends and she absolutely loves attending! The garden space at the Llanishen nursery is great and inclusive of all age ranges. Thank you and highly recommended

My little girl is in Bluebells at Llanishen Daisy Day and has been since Jan this year! She goes in everyday with a smile on her face and adores her key persons.

We get lots of lovely updates with pictures from the nursery of all the activities she has been doing which are fab to see! She is often on walks and trips / garden play so great that the nursery takes them out so often! Really pleased with the nursery and also with how easily her settled into the environment. Really great that they have things like Parents Evening and Mother day play sessions too that we can attend.

Would not hesitate to recommend Daisy Day at Llanishen, the nursery staff went above and beyond to help our son settle in when we moved nurseries and he has so much fun and is learning new things every day. Staff are all lovely and really have got to known our son well. He's thriving and we really appreciate all that they do.

We always have great communication from staff from what they do in the day to their overall development as well as handy tips for development at home. Their interactions with my child are always very pleasant. My child talks about her day with staff positively everyday. We are thrilled that she eats so well there also. All round I highly recommend Daisy Day to anyone who is looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their child

Fantastic nursery, always feel reassured and confident dropping my children off. Staff are warm and caring, and have a good knowledge of the children they care for. Lots of activities available that are age appropriate.

Daisy Day Nursery have been fantastic at looking our little girl! She only started nursery in January 2025 and has settled in extremely quickly. A huge thank you to Nursery Practitioners who have been absolutely brilliant with our daughter.

I get regular communication throughout the day and anything I feel I need to communicate there is always someone on hand to help. I have never had an issue with my son wanting to attend. He looks forward to being at the nursery even on a weekend when it's closed! I find that I have been able to add extra days last minute if the nursery have the availability and always feel welcomed by all. My son is currently in Daisy Day Llanishen, and has been for 3 years. He absolutely loves it there and myself and his mum have the upmost confidence in the staff who always go the extra mile. The nursery is really welcoming and my child has been very happy in each room they have gone to as they have grown. My son is happy and likes all the staff and is happy going in and coming home. I get good regular updates on his day and he enjoys playing in the garden. It is clean and well maintained and i am happy he is safe and having a good time while I am at work. He has also learned to love crafts and is starting to sing and speak in Welsh and English from his learning through play.

Amazing nursery with very high standards of care. The staff are delightful, and despite the size - all the staff make an effort to know my child. They have lots of varied activities so children don't bored. I would highly recommend

I can't speak well enough of this nursery. The setting is amazing, big, clean and with all sorts of nice spaces for the children. But the staff is the best they have! They are caring and loving, my daughter absolutely loves the nursery, which is a blessing for every parent, as the last thing we want is to leave them! But I am so happy with them, I feel my baby is safe and happy with them. She is learning and I am updated about almost everything they do during the day, I even ask them for advice. Highly recommended!

Since starting at Daisy Day Nursery I have seen a huge change in my granddaughter who is 2yrs old, she is more receptive to family and friends as she had separation issues with her mother, her vocabulary is amazing for her age and she is able to communicate with her actions too. It is hard to leave your little ones in the care of others, my grandson was put into another nursery during his time with Daisy Days (due to his parents work commitments), and was quickly returned to their care as there was no comparison for his overall wellbeing and development. All the staff are mindful and considerate, giving you an overview of your child's day on pick-up, the centre itself is always clean and tidy, my grandchild loves the outside area and the little walks they take to see the horses. As a grandparent who regularly picks up my granddaughter, it is always a pleasure as the staff are friendly and informative and for me the best part is my granddaughter is always happy when I pick her up.

My daughter attends Daisy's twice a week and she absolutely loves going to nursery. She's always happy when I pick her up from a great fun packed day of activities. The girls at Daisy's are fab everything I have asked for the care of my daughter has been met. It makes me feel a whole lot less guilty knowing she's in great hands and having the best time. 5 stars all round.

We are so happy we made the decision to move our daughter to Daisy Day Nursery Barry. The staff have been amazing in helping her to settle in and nurturing her and she absolutely loves them all. I would highly recommend this nursery.
