Over the years, my daughter has had different key workers, and each one has been amazing - supportive, kind, and attentive to her needs. Brooke, the Deputy Manager, has gone above and beyond time and time again. She's always there to help, offering support not just to my daughter but to me as a parent as well. She consistently does more than her role requires, and her kindness and dedication truly stand out. I'm so grateful for the whole team and the nurturing atmosphere they've created. Our only negative is being unable to collect our daughter within the facility (to see her within the environment itself) however that is genuinely just due to the access/egress of the building's design and layout.

They put a lot of effort into the activities, especially the themed messy trays. I am regularly sent photos on an app which I love receiving. The food looks great too, I was jealous of the photo they sent of the Christmas dinner the children enjoyed! My daughter jumps into her carers arms at the gate every morning and appears pretty disappointed when I pick her up because she has to leave!
