This nursery is honestly the best nursery in Eastleigh The staff and management are outstanding! They go above and beyond to help you no matter what! They are trustworthy honest and lovely people they are so professional. I have two children that go here, my daughter in preschool and her teacher Sophie is amazing! She lovely always gives us updates each time we pick her up lets us know how well she is doing.My daughters speech is not the best but with help with claire when she first started she now talking and communicating so much better. leesa is amazing she lovely and he loves her so much which is amazing to see. They have both grown so much since being with the amazing team! I can't thank team Eastleigh enough for your support help and encouragement it was the hardest decision I had to make but I am glad I made them with first friends. The manager Kieron he goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and does everything to fit everyone needs. Thank you team Eastleigh!

Fantastic nursery, I love the daily photo updates and reports we get on the app, staff are incredibly kind and treat my daughter with true kindness, she is yet to have a bad day. I am Very impressed.

Overall, I couldn't recommend First Friends New Milton highly enough.

My baby has a great time and loves his key worker, every morning he is greeted by the same smiley face and his face lights up to, this makes me no I made the right choice by picking first friends to look after my baby. He joined when he was 9 months and I would recommend this group to anyone. I couldn't praise how great the new Milton setting is enough.

Bella has loved learning to write letters, especially her name.

Lovely, welcoming nursery with a very friendly team! The baby room has a nice free flow feel and the meals sound delicious. The team have made the transition into nursery very welcoming. Jolie, Charlie, Alison and Katie are lovely key workers to our baby boy.

My son loves the staff at First Friends New Milton as they are all very positive and reassuring, which to me as a mother, is the most important thing when you drop your child off at pre-school. The staff are a real asset to the setting. I have found the enrichment activities to be extremely beneficial to my son's development. He talks about his learning in detail and is becoming more confident interacting with others in a social setting. I feel happy knowing that my son is safe and happy in a place that genuinely cares about him.

My 10 month old son started at the beginning on May as a mum leaving him for the first time I was very nervous. However New Milton First Friends were amazing at reassuring me. During the first couple of weeks I received regular updates which put me at ease. My goes into nursery smiling and comes out smiling after a 10 hour day. I know when I leave him he is ok, cannot recommend you guys highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic staff all very lovely and friendly. I have never had an issue of any kind there and my daughter absolutely loves it always comes home eager to tell me about all the fun she's been up too lots of crafts and outdoor play.

We have loved seeing the progress our daughter has made during her time here and can't wait to see her continue to develop.

My daughter has SEN needs and I wouldn't chose any other nursery. My daughter has flourished at FF and I will miss them when my daughter starts school at the end of the year. My daughter has loved every minute of FF and looks forward to going to nursery without any tears, which speaks volumes to me.

I was anxious about Aurora starting nursery and leaving her with people that we don't know. Since starting nursery, she has settled in amazingly and has become even more confident and independent. We can't thank you all enough for all the care love and support to not only Aurora, but us as parents. It is very reassuring to know that Aurora is so settled and is thriving at nursery. We look forward to seeing how she progresses in the future.

My child loves this setting- the staff, food, play equipment and the environment which the staff create (home from home.) The staff know the children on an individual basis- make time to understand them and respond to needs as appropriate. The activities and focus' are fun, there are opportunities for families to be involved and there is lots of variety to keep them all entertained! The setting always looks fab

His development has been a joy to watch. He is given the space and gentle guidance to explore, learn and grow, all while having so much fun. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a special nursery. Thank you for reliably being brilliant!

First friends in Denmead is such an incredible nursery. All of the staff are amazing, they show such genuine care for the children. They are always arranging events and outings for the children, some of which include the parents as well. My child is always so happy to go into nursery and has a great time. We will be sad when our child leaves for School this year, we wish he could stay longer. We can't thank First friends Denmead enough.

He really enjoyed the who's behind the mask activity and talks about it alot at home.

I could not be happier with Denmead nursery they honestly go above and beyond for the children and all the activities. going for walks In woods, taking them to schools to watch shows, and also doing stay and plays so that the adults can join in the fun with there children . also going to reptile shops so that the children can see the reptiles and what I love also about Denmead First Friends is that they always keep you up to date with what's going on in the month and also updating you about how your child is doing and getting them to learn new things everyday I couldn't be more grateful to them. And the children try new foods everyday which is amazing

My little girl started at first friends Chineham in January and settled in amazingly and so quickly. She always looks forward to going to first friends and asks to go every day. Emily, Beth and Rosie are so good with the children and always making the days so fun. My little one talks about them a lot and does role playing at home using Beth and Emily's name along with other children's names. I can tell she feels happy and loved when she is at first friends. I don't have anything negative to say at all. Thank you all for your hard work and helping our little ones grow.
