My grandchildren have had great care and nurturing at Swineshead. The parents are kept informed and there are a range of stimulating activities which focus on lots of areas of social, physical and emotional development.
They have effective protocols for drop off and collection.

Fantastic nursery!
My daughter, who is now three, has been attending Mon Ami since she just turned two and she has absolutely thrived in their care. All of the staff are incredibly supportive, understanding and caring. My daughter loves attending nursery each week and has a great relationship with
all of the staff members. We have never had any issues or concerns over their care.
The activities they provide for the children are amazing and always follow the development of the children. They do lots of sensory activities, singing, dancing, outdoor activities, crafts and have a book that they focus on each week. The plans for each week are always communicated on the app for parents to view, as well as any observations of activities the children have taken part in.
I'd recommend this nursery to anyone looking to enrol their child.

We're really happy with this nursery. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's development. Our child feels safe, happy, and excited to go every day, which says a lot. The activities are engaging and support learning in a fun way, and communication with parents is always

My daughter has been attending this nursery for over 2 years now, since joining she has come on leaps and bounds. All the staff that have worked with my daughter have been a key part in her development and have gone above and beyond to ensure she is happy, comfortable & enjoys her time with them.
The nursery setting is welcoming, calm, and just a lovely home from home environment. My little girl is always so happy when she comes home and loves to tell us what they've been up to, I know she is always well cared for and safe while in their care. I'd recommend this nursery to anyone who wants their child to go to a loving and happy place to learn.

We have sent our daughter to Mon Ami in Alford since she was 5/6months old and we have nothing but good things to say about the nursery and all of the staff.
They were able to be really flexible with our schedule and are always accommodating to our different needs each week/month. Initially she went
for 1 day a week and now she's older does 2-3.
Considering her age when she first went we never had any worries or concerns about her and we were always put at ease.
The nursery are brilliant at updating parents, both online and in person at the end of each day.
All the staff know all the children regardless of how old they are and which age group they work with.
It's lovely and has a real family feel and we really feel so lucky it happened to be our local nursery. Our daughter is now 2 and she has come on leaps and bounds in her confidence and development and we do believe this is in no small part due to Mon Ami. Thank you Mon Ami

Mom Ami Swineshead are simply incredible. Our son has been attending three days a week for about six months now and the development and progress he has made is incredible. The staff at the nursery are always so kind and friendly and caring and it really feels like an extension of the family. Our son
always loves the freshly cooked meals and the range of fun, interactive and educational activities that he does at nursery. We simply can not fault them and we're so happy that we chose for our son to attend nursery here in his early years.

This nursery have been fantastic with my son and the amount of support I have received is amazing, the care and quality of the nursery is one of a kind and I am so grateful my son is able to spend part of his childhood here at this nursery - my son has developed emotionally and physically from starting
back in October 2025. Would highly recommend this nursery.

Initially moved my son here after a rocky time at another nursery, his behaviour improved rapidly after the move. He quickly developed his speech and later on learned how to go toilet. Although he had challenging behaviour this was dealt with in the correct manner, further advancing his emotional development.
Later on my daughter Harlow started here, she is a very particular child and safe to say Katie is her favourite. She always comes out the door smiling ear to ear, and as a parent you can't ask for more. I feel like her character is really coming out and the activities which she participates in has brought on her skill set greatly. Her clothes always come back clean, she never comes out with nappy rash, and always has a full tummy. Thank you!

Both my children have been to mon Ami Alford and I can fault them, my eldest who left 2 years ago is deaf and they helped with teaching him with the ACC program. And responded with out any hesitation when he went into anaphylactic shock.
My daughter is set to finish This year to move on to school,
she has thrived and grown so much in confidence since being there. We will be sad to be leaving but will definitely recommend to others

My son started at this nursery when he was just one year old, and now at four, he is getting ready to start school. Over the years, we have been incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention given to each child.


The staff truly take the time to understand every child as an individual.

They have worked hard to bring out my son's true character, helping him grow in confidence and develop his own personality. It's clear that the practitioners put a lot of thought and effort into planning activities that meet the children's needs and support their development.


We also really value the regular updates we receive through the app, which keeps us informed and involved in his learning journey.


I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough - it has been a wonderful environment for my son to learn, grow, and thrive.

My little boy Oscar has been going to Mon Ami for over 2 years now, As soon as I walked into the nursery and met the staff and saw how relaxed my son was. I knew this was the nursery for him, he started as a shy, quite boy who was in nappies and since starting his development has come on massively,
his confidence, communication and learning has really improved, he's now fully toilet trained due to the staffs help, he talks in sentences and is always singing songs and words he has learnt. he cannot wait to go and see the staff and his friends he has made, he comes home with lovely art work they have done and always tells me about his day. The staff's communication with us as parents is always really good and this is why I have also chosen for my baby to also join because I wouldn't want him to go anywhere else. I'll forever be thankful for all the staff in my children's learning journey they are just honestly outstanding with what they do!

Oliver has been going to Mon Ami since he turned 1 in Sept 2024 and he absolutely loves it. He runs in every day and always has such a great time. Knowing that he's absolutely well looked after and happy makes it so much easier to leave him in their care. The ladies who look after Oliver are so patient,
warm, lovely, kind, caring and friendly and could not do enough for him. I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone with young children because they are so genuine, lovely, warm and kind people!

My daughter has been going to Mon Ami Nursery since she turned one in September. All of the staff are so friendly, they have really helped grow and guide her. I feel comfortable leaving her in such an enriching environment where she has been able to develop her speech, cognitive and movement skills
so much. The app allows me to stay informed on her activities during the day. I can't imagine her attending nursery anywhere else!

We are very happy with this nursery. The food is excellent, and our child always comes out happy. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and supportive - always ready to help and give good advice.


Leon has been attending since September 2025, and we have never had any problems - quite the opposite.

The team takes great care of the children, and our child is always clean and well looked after when we pick him up. We highly recommend this nursery.

We have been using Mon Ami for over 2 years and it is the best childcare setting I have experienced, having used another which did not work out for us.
The staff are all fantastic and range in experience so I know my child is receiving all the best possible care they could need.
I wouldn't use any
other nursery at the point.
My child has thrived at Mon Ami and I have every confidence his transition to school this year will be okay thanks to the staff at MonAmi and the support they have provided him emotionally and intellectually.

Top quality care and our little one has developed so many skills since being here. Staff are always happy and give good debriefs of the daily events. The app is also very handy to track what my little one has been upto and how her day has been.

My little girl has gone to Mon Ami since she was 10 months old and she absolutely loves it there. She goes in with the biggest smile which gives me so much reassurance. I get regular updates and pictures which I love as I get to see what she gets up to. I know she is happy, safe and so well looked after
there which is all I can ask of a nursery. Her confidence has come on leaps and bounds since being there and she is spot on with her development

Great nursery. Have helped my child to settle in and they really enjoy going now. Wonderfully friendly staff, they give each parent time at patience when dropping off and picking up their child. They do lots of activities and parents are kept informed on the app on the day to day activities and special
events planned. The staff understand how hard it can be to drop off a child at nursery and help parents to adapt just as much as the children! Lunches/snacks are always nutritious and enjoyable.

My daughter goes to Mon Ami and I cannot praise the staff more than I do. She has been going since she was 1 and she is now 3.5 and she has thrived and come on leaps and bounds with her speech and learning. She eats all of the lovely food that's prepared fresh for her, and they've been really understanding
and helpful with suspected food allergies. She has a beautiful bond with all the staff members she sees daily, and especially with her key worker who has gone above and beyond to become a solid, trusted figure for her. I'm so pleased I put my daughter here and will be sad when it's time for her to leave.

Mon ami nursery is a Friendly, inclusive, informative, child centred nursery that is well lead. Doesn't feel like a nursery feels like family and my little girl loves it very much. They have weekly educational goal.
