I cannot recommend Hamond House Day Nursery enough! From the moment my child started attending, it was clear how much love, care, and attention goes into every day. The staff are warm, professional, and truly invested in each child's happiness and development.

The facilities are bright, clean, and full of engaging activities that keep the little ones excited to learn and play. The daily updates and photos give me peace of mind, and it's amazing to see how much my child has grown in confidence and skills since joining.

The team goes above and beyond to create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment. Whether it's through creative play, outdoor adventures, or structured learning, my child always comes home with a smile.

Great nursery, my daughter loves going and her development including her speech has come on leaps and bounds. Any issues that I have had has been sorted immediately. Thank you for helping my daughter grow and become the amazing little girl she is today.

My son has recently started at this nursery & I have been nothing but pleased since he started. As a special educational needs parent I constantly used to worry about my son but since he has started at Hammond House I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I can go about my day knowing he is 100% safe at this nursery. They meet his needs already just after a short amount of time. All the staff are so lovely & work as one amazing team to ensure they have the happiest environment for all children. My son runs through the door on a morning which just shows how happy he is to attend there. The building is so safe for my son who was an escape artist at his last provider to say the least! But at Hammond house he is so safe and secure in the setting with there automatically locked doors. My son just after a week has builded a great relationship with all staff which is so good for him. He can struggle building relationships but he hasn't here! He is so attached to the team.

My child has attended the baby room and now moved up to pre scool. He absolutely loves nursery and all the staff. They are very accommodating and supportive. Children participate in a vast array of activities and participate in outside and creative play. We would definitely recommend to others.

The staff at Hamond House nursery are amazing. They are so welcoming and give good feedback on my child at the end of the day. Both of my children have enjoyed it at the nursery and always want to go back in the holidays as they miss playing there.

My son has been with Hamond House since 2022. He has additional needs and Hamond House welcomed him with open arms. All the relevant professionals were involved and my son thrived. He still attends holiday club and he absolutely loves it. He has build a strong bond with the staff members and we as a family have build a beautiful bond with the nursery. I always recommend this nursery to family and friends.

I could not recommend this nursery enough, they have truly been outstanding from the beginning of looking round their nursery to settling in visits to now. My son has settled amazingly with the nursery and this is due to the amazing staff. They always put him first ensuring that his needs have been met. I can see how my son's personal and academic development have grown within less than a year with their incredible support of him being there. All of the staff communicate with ourselves ensuring we are kept upto date and we can feel at ease. I cannot thank them enough.

I really did my research before putting my daughter in and based on the reviews and Ofsted chose Hammond House and I'm 100% so happy I have, I will be sending my second child here and have no doubt he will love it just as much as my daughter has, she loves the school and the nursery teachers, they are prompt and efficient on the app so you're always up to date with everything, it really is a brilliant nursery. If it were a school I would keep my child here and carry on her education!

My son has loved coming to nursery and always tells me he can't wait to come back the next day. He has enjoyed making new friends and building new relationships with the staff. He always looks forward to going and playing with his friends.

My daughter has been thriving at nursery. Staff are brilliant with her. My daughter is very happy and she has been progressing lots. Staff work great in partnership with myself, and anytime I had concerns etc. they have always listened and helped with my queries.

He is always happy with food and we are getting all updates from the team on the app and when picking him up always knowing how his day been.

My son really enjoys going to nursery. He talks about the adults all the time and loves the activities there. Communication is good and I am kept up to date with observations and photos. Staff are always welcoming and supportive. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic setting with loving, kind, and friendly staff. Very flexible and very understanding of parent's needs. The staff are genuinely excited to give progress reports every single time you pick up your child. Absolutely wonderful! I have used a different nursery in the past for my first son and definitely prefer Hammond House, Battye Street. I can’t recommend it enough.

I am satisfied with the care and learning the setting provides to my child. I am also reassured with her day-to-day activity in the settings due to the excellent communication from the key workers and other staff. Thank you.

They've been absolutely brilliant in supporting issues inside of the nursery and also at home. The support I've felt as a parent has been incredible. My boys know the staff by name and absolutely love going and playing with them and their friends. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My child has been attending Hamond House Day Nursery (Leeds Road) for over a year now and after having little contact with different people after covid, he settled in perfectly, they have been very supportive when he's been Ill with hospital visits and medical needs. I couldn't ask for a better team to help with our childcare needs and is always happy to be passed over each morning.

I was so anxious about our daughter starting nursery at 9 months old, only ever spending time with us and being so small. However my mind was quickly put at ease by the fantastic team at Leeds Rd. Staff gave us all the information we needed and we met our daughter's key worker, Laura, who was fantastic. Forward on 5 months later, and our daughter is flourishing. She's always so happy to go to nursery and when I pick her up she usually wants to stay! Every day she is doing something fun and exciting, which I'm always updated on by the app. 100% would recommend.

My daughter has been attending Hamond House for just over a year now, and honestly, I cannot recommend this nursery enough! Friendly staff and very informative of what activities throughout the day the app is amazing and gives you all the details of what your child does in a day at nursery even down to when they had nappy changes. Fast replies from staff too. Since starting nursery my daughter has been thriving and even started to crawl with her key worker for the first time, I would 100% be bringing any future children to the same nursery for sure. My daughter attends this nursery and has been going here for two years. My daughter has the most amazing bond with her key worker and cherishes her. She comes home and talks about her day and how much fun she has had. My daughter has blossomed in so many ways from attending this nursery. She has learnt her numbers, colours, speaks so fluently and has smashed potty training. I couldn't think of anything they could do better.

Absolutely brilliant nursery. My daughter really enjoys attending - she has attended both Leeds road and Battye street and all the staff are brilliant with the children. I will definitely be recommending this nursery to all my friends.
