My daughter has been at the nursery since she was in the baby room, now in preschool and just thriving. The minute I walked in on the first visit I knew it was the right nursery for us! The staff are kind and caring and look after the children. They are friendly to parents and most staff provide a good breakdown about their day at pickup. Some staff just say had a good day used toilets etc. but don't provide a breakdown and say everything will be on the app however sometimes it's just a few pictures of the same activity so this could be improved, a description added etc. however I understand they are very busy! Good variety of meals too. Overall a fab nursery and not had any issues with any members of the team. I have the opportunity to move my daughter to a preschool attached to her primary school as she will be starting in September which would make my life easier but have decided to keep her at the nursery as she loves it so much, that should tell you what you need to know!

We really appreciate your feedback about handovers and updates on our parent app. Collection times can sometimes be busy, but keeping parents informed is very important to us. Our team is always happy to make time for a more detailed chat, alongside our regular parents evenings.

Our son started in toddler room before moving up to pre school. He enjoyed his time so much and made really close relationships with staff which asured us that he felt secure and well cared for. The staff were incredibly supportive and you can see they work hard to make sure the children thrive...
Our son started in toddler room before moving up to pre school. He enjoyed his time so much and made really close relationships with staff which asured us that he felt secure and well cared for. The staff were incredibly supportive and you can see they work hard to make sure the children thrive through all the activities they do. The pre school are amazing at getting them ready for school and communication between our sons key worker and us was excellent, we knew what he was achieving and what his next steps were at all times. The nursery owners are excellent and hold their staff to a high standard as evidenced in the quality of their staff. We were also impressed by the staff retention which was really important to us knowing that our child had that consistency.
Our daughter now attends she started in baby room and has just moved up to toddlers. The staff again have been great.
This nursery felt like a "choice" and an "opportunity" to us rather than just "childcare" highly recommend

Our baby was nine months when she started at this nursery. We considered a lot of local options, but as soon as we visited Children's Ark, we knew it was 'the one':
There was a very clear safety protocol when we visited. We were asked to sign in and to put protectors over our shoes. We were given a professional welcome by the team leader, who showed us round. The nursery also required evidence of immunisations.
The facilities are excellent. Baby room has a climbing area, safe sleeping, lots of paintings etc on the walls, lots of toys and activities. The nursery has two outside play areas, and also access to a woodland/duck pond.
Food is cooked on site and is nutritious
Reading is actively encouraged with 'book of the month' and a little library
Staff are amazing!! They settled our baby so well and are very friendly and responsive. Our daughter - now 15 months - can't wait to go to nursery in the mornings and is so happy there. She has really bonded with staff.
