Prabhjeet has worked in childcare since she was 18, starting her career as an apprentice and working her way up to becoming a Nursery Manager. She is Level 3 qualified and joined Monarchs in 2023, where she has loved being part of the team ever since.

Prabhjeet enjoys building strong relationships with the children and their families and believes good communication and working in partnership with parents is really important. She loves getting to know each child, watching them grow and develop, and being part of their early years journey.

Fatima Abbas has over 20 years of experience working across childcare and healthcare settings. She graduated with a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies and has developed extensive knowledge and experience supporting children, families, and individuals within care and health environments.

Fatima has had a varied career working with children and their families across a range of childcare and healthcare settings. She has experience working within perinatal services, where she supported mothers during pregnancy and after birth. Her role involved helping mothers to care for themselves and supporting them in developing confidence and skills to care for their babies.

Outside of work, Fatima is a stand-up comedian and comedy writer. She has always had a passion for performing and enjoys exploring her creativity through comedy. This allows her to express her personality, connect with others, and pursue a hobby that she has loved for many years. Read less

Flavia began her childcare journey in 2016 after completing her Level 3 qualification in Childcare. She started her career as a Nursery Nurse before taking a break to welcome her daughter into the world. During this time, she also completed her degree in Business and Management.

In 2024, Flavia returned to Monarchs as a Nursery Nurse, quickly progressing to Room Leader and then to her current role as Third in Charge.

Flavia is a calm, caring, and loving person who is passionate about working with children. Her job brings her so much joy, and she cannot imagine herself doing anything else. She loves creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and supported as they learn and grow.
