Little Pips is a lovely nursery. My daughter has been going there nearly a year and couldn't be happier. She always looks forward to nursery days and is clearly very well looked after and entertained there. I love the amount of communication and upates I get via the app on days that she's in so I have
an idea of how her days going. Staff are always ever so friendly on pick up and drop off so have done a lot to ease any of my nursery nerves as well as my daughters. Would recommend.

The staff at Little Pips are polite and friendly and they are great with my daughter. My daughter has lots of fun at nursery and is always worn out when we get home so I can tell she has been learning and playing a lot! The activities my daughter does are varied and great for her development. I am regularly
updated on the progress of her day.
I am very pleased with my nursery choice and I would recommend it to other parents looking for a nursery! in particular, two staff members are fabulous and I think they deserve pay raises!
The only niggly comment I will make is that there are some organisational issues. My daughter comes home without certain bits quite often and she comes home with other people's items or in a different nappy to the ones I have provided. I also turned up to parents evening and the book we came to see was not available so it was a bit of a wasted journey! This is minor in comparison to how happy I am with the nursery and how happy I am with the care my daughter gets.

We always encourage parents to label everything which does help. We are pleased that the issue with the book was sorted out the next day but we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We are really pleased that you are so happy with the nursery overall!

Little Pips is an amazing little nursery, the level of care they show my son is fantastic, I get regular observations and always look forward to seeing pictures of what he's been up to. Little Pips staff take the time to understand my child and his likes/dislikes and encourage his growth and development.
I couldn't ask for a better nursery.

Our little ones love Little Pips, it is a lovely nursery, with great provisions to suit each age group. The preparation for school is really good too, with lots of reading, maths and writing in the year before they graduate, which really helps them to feel ready.

As the mother of the child who attends this facility, I am very pleased with the quality of services that this nursery provides. Children have a lot of different types of activity both inside and outside the building. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever you need it.

Our daughter has been attending Little Pips since she was 9 months old and has loved going in pretty much every day, she is almost 4.
The ladies care for our daughter so much and have a true interest in her well-being. Our daughter has grown in confidence and has made such lovely friendships.
We
love that the ladies prepare the children for school so much by delivering graduate sessions which our child loves!

Little Pips is a fantastic nursery with caring and experienced staff. There are loads of fun activities for the children to do and great communication with parents, both during the day via the app and at drop-off/pick-up. Both my children have been really happy there.

My son has only started going to nursery since September and I couldn't be happier. The facilities are fantastic with lots of outside space, great food and lovely staff. He has struggled a little with the adjustment but I have been made to feel perfectly at ease and they have been fantastic supporting
him through this period. Highly recommend this nursery.

We are really happy with Little Pips. Our little one is thriving. The care and attention from staff is second to none. There seem to be varied activities on offer for the children. I am also impressed with how much they are learning in preschool to get them ready for school.

My son has made some amazing relationships with the staff and other children at Little Pips.
My son always tells me about all the activities he has done each day.
There is a really good variety of activities at the nursery and I am really impressed with how my son has developed in his time there.

3 of my children have been to Little Pips and all of them have thrived there. Very happy with the nursery, they have a good balance of inside/outside play and will sometimes venture into the local community too which I feel is really important.
The variety of food seems good, the communication is
great and I feel like the sensory play set out for the children is fun and engaging. Overall very happy!

We value your comment about trips and visits and are pleased to share that our children go on regular walks which become more frequent as they head into preschool, including to the library, the fire station, our local care home and the surrounding area. We have also welcomed lots of visitors including the police, the dancers and parents who have come in to share their pets, musical abilities and stories! I just fell in love with the nursery on my first Visit. It has an aura of a welcoming one. My daughter hadn't been to any playgroup or nursery until two. I was so nervous but on the first day, she liked it. The second day was awesome as it was a long day. I was unsure how she was going to cope but the
team were so amazing when she realised Mum was leaving. I was worried when I left but nobody called me which gave me a positive note and an up-to-date event about the nursery's communication to guardians is top notch. I believe child safety is also paramount to them looking at the controls in place. I will recommend this nursery over and over again.

My little girl started in September. She thoroughly enjoys nursery, she walks in with much confidence and is always happy to see the ladies which is a reflection of the effort the ladies put in.
The team are great at communicating with us. It's lovely to see the range of activities offered. Although
my little one only goes one day a week, you can see the progress and the next steps are carefully thought through.
Thank you ladies for all your hard work. It's definitely not easy to manage all the little ones!

Where do I begin, my child has been attending Little Pips since he was 11 months old. Always beaming when he goes in, doesn’t look back and couldn’t get in quick enough.
As a parent, your worry is always that they can’t cope without you and will anywhere understand and adapt to my child’s needs. We’ve
been on a big journey with Little Pips as my child has been recently diagnosed with Autism so as you can imagine we’ve come across challenges.
Little Pips have always gone above and beyond to help my child, we’ve been guided through everything in regards to Springboards and now the start of an education, health and care plan. It can be really overwhelming at times but any questions I’ve had have always been answered instantly and our regular meetings have been so beneficial.
In regards to the staff, they’re outstanding! Especially as my child doesn’t fully communicate yet I can see the comfort he has with them. He feels safe and always has someone to confide in and has built so great relationships with them. Thank you!

Room staff and Management at Little Pips Chippenham are always wonderfully supportive of my little one. They keep us updated with the day’s events, and any plans to help behaviour etc. Activities are shared with us and they go to lots of effort to make them varied and exciting. Transition is well thought-through
with lots of time for settling into the next room. We had our first child go to Little Pips and happy to see the same high standards second time around! Great work ladies!

My daughter is absolutely thriving at Little Pips. She looks forward to her days there and always has lots of exciting stories to tell me about the activities and games. They seem to have the perfect balance between education. The most important thing to me is the attention to relationship building.
My daughter has incredible bonds with the ladies in her room and they support her emotionally as well as developmentally/educationally. I honestly cannot fault Little Pips and will always recommend them.
