I would recommend Shapes to anyone looking for a nursery.

My daughter has attended Shapes for the past 2 1/2 years and it has been wonderful to see the special connections she has made with all of the staff members in each of the rooms she has been in during her time here. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, they always have time at the end of the day to tell you what your child has been doing, what they have eaten etc. They have been a great support with potty training too. The childrens artwork is always displayed outside of their rooms, and there are often themed days like world book day, space day etc plus the chicks at Easter time which is very cute to see the children interact with them. They have a garden they use regularly throughout the day aswell as their own soft play. I would highly recommend Shapes and I am very grateful my daughter attends here.

My daughter has attended Shapes for 2.5 years. It is a wonderful and caring environment, management and key workers are always available to speak with you, with a genuine interest in our child's wellbeing. We love being able to collect and drop our daughter off directly at her room and watch her settle in with her friends and teachers. Lots of staff members have been working here for a long time and our daughter has formed very strong and positive relationships with both children and staff members over the years.

A very disappointing experience

I have three children who have all attended or are currently attending Shapes Nursery, and I cannot fault this nursery. They have been wonderful in every way, providing support at every step of the journey. I fall in love with the teachers every time; it's so comforting to know you're leaving your children with such caring and nurturing individuals. I can't recommend Shapes enough.

It’s a really hard decision to make when looking for someone else to look after your most precious gifts in the world. Shapes Day Nursery made the whole process of going back to work so much easier for me. They helped put my mind and feeling of guilt at ease. The staff are so lovely and all the children love them so much. I love the way all staff know all the children’s names and likewise. I felt it was like one big family, which helped me make up my mind in choosing them, along with the lovely home cooked food menu, and great garden I have never looked back since, all the love care and compassion is shown every day. My baby has been going now since September 2021, and she was only 6 months old when she started. They have all helped her grow and achieve her milestones along the way. They have no problems in taking time to listen to your worries, achievements or even your babbles after a sleepless night! They are so caring. I am so glad I chose Shapes Day Nursery and would highly recommend to anyone.

I am highly recommending Shapes Nursery in Reigate. My son started in May and I can see good changes in his personality, he's become more independent, more sociable with other children and his appetite improved. I am extremely happy with the care that the staff are providing for my son.

My children have loved attending Shapes Day Nursery, Reigate, all staff members have been really friendly and we feel really sad to say goodbye, we would highly recommend Shapes to any of our friends and family.

We can’t recommend this nursery enough. Our eldest went there, and our other son and now our baby is there, and they have all absolutely loved every second. The staff are all lovely, and we can see that through our baby too, always a smile on to go to nursery. I have no doubts and have never had any concerns. A cut above the rest!

I've had three children go to Shapes (the eldest is now 13 years old!), and there is absolutely nothing I can fault the nursey on. The service and team are as good today as they were 11 years ago. All my children have been so happy there and can't wait to get there. Thank you all so much.

My daughter has attended Shapes Day Nursery in Reigate for six months now, and I cannot rate them highly enough. They were so lovely, kind and reassuring in the beginning when I was so apprehensive about leaving her, as she had never been with anyone other than myself or her father before. She now waves me goodbye at drop-off as she is so excited to start her day there. I love how the staff have a little story to tell you at pick-up about what your child has done that day. You can really tell they care.

From the moment I stepped inside Shapes Reigate, I knew this was the place for our daughter. It was bright, exciting, and most importantly, it felt safe. I could see children playing freely with all the different toys/activities set up on the tables, and the staff fully engaged with the children. My daughter was invited in to play, and the children were so kind and gentle; this I fully believe comes from having nurturing staff that creates a friendly and inclusive environment. My little one loves the outdoor playground, and it’s always a good day when they have visited the soft play area! We used to have tears at drop-off at a previous setting, but now I have to work hard to get her to come home! I have full faith and trust in the staff to not only look after but to nurture my child whilst she is with them, and I have seen this in person when catching a sneak peek at pick-up. We are so happy that she will have a few more years here! Highly recommend!

Fantastic nursery! Shapes have been looking after our nearly 2-year-old boy for nearly a year now, and we've already signed up our second child for next year. All staff are always extremely friendly, genuine and always go above and beyond!

By far this is the best decision I ever made for my children to send them here, and I cannot thank Shapes enough.

Both of our children have attended Shapes over the last four years, and we have been delighted with it. Our kids settled so well, and the staff have always been so supportive and caring towards the children and us. Both children have learnt so much and been prepared for starting reception perfectly. We have recommended Shapes to friends whose children now also attended and have loved the experience as much as we have. Cannot fault it at all and will be sad to say our final goodbyes in September. Thanks to all the amazing staff!

Shapes Banstead is an excellent nursery. The staff are so lovely and always professional. My daughter has learnt so much, and she especially loves her dance and Spanish classes; she's absolutely loved her time there and will miss it lots when she starts infant school!

We have been sending our son to Shapes for nearly two years now. We (and him) love it there. The facilities are amazing, nothing is dated - like other nurseries we looked at in the local area. The staff have been brilliant, and our son has flourished, whilst in their care. Staff and managers are always on hand and answer any questions/queries promptly. Our son is excited and happy to go to nursery and always comes out with a big smile. Highly recommended!

The ladies in the baby room who look after her are amazing! Picking her up at the end of the day and seeing her smile makes me know it was the right choice.
