My son absolutely loves nursery and all the activities they do. The staff are great and I am happy with the consistency that it always seems to be the same few staff members at pick up and he clearly has great relationships with them. I also like the app and its really nice to be able to see pictures of his day and get details on what he had eaten his naps and other things.

One of the most valuable features for me is the daily photos and personalised observations uploaded to the app. These updates help me understand what my son has been doing, how he is progressing and how he interacts with other children his age. The photos are a wonderful way to feel involved in his daily experiences and provide real reassurance that he is happy, active and well cared for. I am very pleased with the nursery and the positive experience it provides for my son.

We've had a great experience over the past nearly year with Little Pumpkins. Our son settled in quickly and is very fond of the staff. They provide a good variety of entertainment and stimulating activities for the children, combined with time outdoors which is really important. I like that we get updates via the app and can see everything from meals to pictures of what they've been up to. Everyone is very friendly and most importantly, our son seems very happy to go there every day!

My son loves this nursery setting. Every morning he happily goes in for his breakfast- he is that excited he sometimes forget to say goodbye. All the staff know him by name and welcome him with a smile and a cuddle. Throughout the day he is engaged by various activities like waterplay, messy play, puzzles, nursery rhymes and stories that are linked to his monthly interests. I couldn't ask for anything more from the staff who all clearly have an interest in him even if they are not the staff for his allocated room. He is in nursery full time so knowing he is happy is a weight lifted.

My son loves the staff at Little Pumpkins. He's always delighted to arrive and happy at pickup. The staff always keep us up to date via the app with all the activities that the children get up to throughout the day and share photos of all the fun times being shared.

Our daughter has enjoyed being a part of the nursery over the last 4 months. She's learning lots in a supportive environment and we love the enthusiasm and dedication of the staff to their work. My daughter is in the pre-school class and they offer a varied programme of activities that help develop important EYFS skills whilst being fun. They grow plants, partake in cookery and exercise classes and help build confidence with activities like show and tell. The nursery has really good modern facilities like the media projection room and nice outdoor spaces. The team are responsive to individual needs, letting my daughter nap with the younger kids, which is still a must for her. It's great to see them involve parents in special days like dad's day and cultural appreciation day. From our short experience we'd definitely recommend Little Pumpkins for anyone considering a nursery a in fact we already have!

Really nice place, excellent people who work there. They put there time and effort to make the children as comfortable and safe as possible. Nice healthy and fresh food for the children as well. My child has developed so much from this nursery I'm really glad that we choose it.

Little Pumpkins has been great for my daughter and continues to help her develop. The workers all seem very polite and patient and Addie looks forward to each new day now. I look forward to hopefully sending my 2nd child there soon!

My Son has been attending the nursery for nearly three years now and he loves it! He is always excited to go in which has been nothing but a comfort for us as parents. The ladies are very caring, engaging and provide a safe environment. Any previous issues they have acted quickly and the nursery is in a good place. We are so grateful for this wonderful nursery. Our baby started here at just 6 months old and is now 16 months old. From the very beginning, the Teddy's staff have been incredibly caring, kind, and supportive, making us feel completely at ease. Our little one absolutely loves going every day, which says everything about the warm and nurturing environment they provide. It's been amazing to see his confidence and development grow. An amazing, nurturing nursery. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention they've given my children. The staff are excellent at communicating with parents and my children have flourished hugely since being at Little Pumpkins.

Not too overwhelming for them in decor and getting them in, in the mornings too. So if my daughter has a bad start. She's always ok when she's in there. So it's a really nice feeling.

Positive experience with key practitioners and the leadership team. The staff are always warm and welcoming and share an amazing bond with our little one. They share the daily care like meal times and nappy changes through an app which h helps me plan my evening meals. We recoeve a daily news post about what our daughters class has done throughout the day and they hold lots of fun days where we can join in like a recent father's day picnic tea where we could go in for a bite to eat alongside our daughter and have time with other parents- mothers and other relatives were able to join too. They always celebrate everyone's cultures and religions and make everyone feel included. I would 100 percent recommend Little Pumpkins

Overall little pumpkins gives my son a warm family environment which has been the best part of it all!

Great nursery, with our kid enjoying the activities as well as the nursery staff being very attentive and supportive. Our child started to attend the Little Pumpkins South Norwood nursery when she was a baby and was looked after very well in each room. She gained valuable skills and formed amazing friendships with both staff and the kids. We would recommend this nursery a 100% to anyone looking for an excellent place to develop, learn and grow as well as feel looked after and safe like at home!

Little Pumpkin is the only place where my son happily waves goodbye to me...and sometimes forgets I exist for a full 5 seconds!

I am extremely concerned about the lack of transparency at Little Pumpkins Nursery. A safeguarding incident took place in the preschool room and parents were not informed at all and that the police are involved. Heading this from parents is completely unacceptable and goes against the basic expectations families have for communication and safety.

There also continues to be serious instability within the nursery. Managers keep leaving, other staff are following, and this constant turnover is affecting the quality of care. It's becoming harder and harder to trust the leadership or get clear answers to important questions.

On top of this, there seems to be more focus on money than on providing a stable, safe environment for the children. They have even lost a nursery that was already rated "requires improvement," which raises major concerns about how the organisation is being run overall.

Parents deserve honesty, consistency, and a childcare setting that puts children's wellbeing first
