We couldn't be happier with our experience at Wolds pre-School.From the very first day, the staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and reassured - something that meant the world to us as a family navigating childcare for the second time.
Every day is filled with engaging activities, outdoor play,
and gentle routines that help build confidence and independence.I have noticed huge progress in my children' social skills , language development, and creativity .

My son settled quickly at The Wolds and has been so happy there for the past 3 years. I cannot praise the staff enough, they have been exceptional and provided support, care, fun and enrichment. The activities have been super and the communication with staff and access to photos and information reassuring.
There has not been a single instance where I have worried about my son which is invaluable as a working mother. The events like graduation and nativity have been so special. We will both miss everyone so much when he goes to school in September.

Absolutely fantastic nursery that I wholeheartedly recommend. My daughter has been at The Wolds Day Nursery since 11 months old and has loved every second. She always looks forward to her nursery days and really bonds with the staff which is a credit to how much time and effort they make with the children.
The
level of care they receive from the staff is incredible, the food is cooked on-site by the fantastic chef and the menu is varied.
The activities are engaging, age-appropriate, stimulating and clearly well thought out and progressional.
The links between home and nursery are exceptional with newsletters, a parent forum, daily updates on the parents' app and activities to complete at home such as planting beans, lollipop stick challenges etc.
Children are always outside either enjoying the amazing gardens or going for walks around the village.
Everyone is approachable and every decision made has the children at the core, and I can't fault them.

Our daughter has come to the end of her time at The Wolds, as she starts school in September - but it's safe to say that she has loved every minute of her time there. She has thrived in the care of all the staff that she has encountered, all of whom are incredibly kind, enthusiastic and committed. She
has also particularly loved the 'outdoorsy' nature of the setting and for a child who is at her happiest when covered in mud and surrounded by wildlife, it has been just perfect! The curriculum is broad, incredibly engaging and not least, great fun - and has prepared our daughter brilliantly for the challenges of 'big school'. Thank you for being such an important part of her life!

Rushcliffe Montessori, I believe has given my child the best start in life. They provide many opportunities, including trips to the local market from a young age, giving them a variety of experiences, my daughter loves collecting the eggs from their chickens.
Staff are friendly, supportive and passionate
about their job. It makes me happy at work knowing my daughter is having the best day!

The nursery has been fantastic, settling our son into the new environment. The staff are professional, kind and caring and took lots of time to understand his needs. My daughter started in September. From her settling-in session, she absolutely loved coming. She always comes out happy. As her mum this is so reassuring to know that she is happy and content. My little boy also went to this nursery and started back in 2019, he was equally as happy. The staff are wonderful.
They are so caring towards the children. They go above and beyond. Great setting with so much outdoor space. The nursery is also beautifully clean with great facilities. I cant recommend it enough.

Rushcliffe Montessori have nurtured my eldest child for three and a half years now. Every day we drop him off, we feel he is in the safest hands and part of a lovely community that he knows well. He gets ample time outdoors, along with just the right combination of stimulation and 'downtime' that he
needs. The guidance and teaching is second to none and the amazing staff guarantee a lovely, personal approach. The manager is constantly available and accessible, offering us personal updates and many opportunities to get involved as parents. Our youngest son is now in the baby room and adores his room teachers so much! We are so lucky to have found this setting for our boys.

My son has been attending full time since he was 9 months old (he's now 18 months) and can comfortably say, his development wouldn't be as far along if he hadn't attended Lambley Day Nursery. An example of this is, it was nursery who encouraged him to use a fork and spoon, we were still spoon-feeding
him at home.
There's plenty of space both inside and outside for the children and are encouraged to get involved with both messy play and playing outside in most-weather's, there's a slide that rivals that of a small, child's park.
Whilst he has a key worker who is brilliant with him, it feels like each member of staff considers every child to be their key responsibility. They also feed them proper meals.
If you're a parent who wants a structured (school-like) day, it's not as formal as that; but you receive a daily update on their day and in terms of allowing your child to develop their skills and personality, then I can't recommend anywhere else.

We could not have asked for a better preschool for our daughter. The attention the staff give to each day is inspiring and the kids love it! The experiences they get are mind-blowing and so fun. The preschool understands how to make learning fun.
My child has gained so much confidence in prep for
big school and we owe so many thanks to the manager and two other members of staff in particular for helping her. I wish we had sent her earlier.

Our daughter has attended the nursery since September 2021 and our second daughter will be starting in September 2023. The nursery feels like a home from home for the children. My daughter has never been upset or shown any kind of upset going to nursery. She is well cared for and all staff are able
to engage with her. There are strong links between nursery and home with communication through famly and on drop off and pick up. The children's interests are taken into account to help enhance their learning and open up their world to new experiences as they grow. I couldn't be happier and look forward to my second daughter attending too.

The Wolds Day Nursery is absolutely brilliant, the staff are all wonderful and friendly and look after the children with such care and attention. The activities they do are so fun, educational and engaging and my daughter has developed so much since being there. I especially love the daily updates and
pictures on the app to see what they’ve been up to and to check nap times and meals etc. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Our children have only been at The Wolds Day Nursery for a couple of months but we couldn’t be happier with how they have settled in. After viewing quite a few settings, we knew without question that it was The Wolds we had been looking for!
The staff are professional, knowledgeable and skilled whilst
being welcoming, nurturing and supportive. The range of activities and opportunities on offer for all children is fantastic and so well thought out; we feel very lucky that our children get to experience and have access to such wonderful activities and facilities at nursery. After only a few months, we have noticed our daughter becoming more confident and adventurous outdoors, due to her time spent exploring the field.
The Wolds have the balance just right between understanding and supporting children to develop and take their next steps, whilst providing a warm, welcoming and nurturing atmosphere. Thank you to The Wolds team, we are excited to see our children develop and thrive in your care.

Overall the Wolds team feels like one large family, everyone is approachable and every decision made has the children at the core, and I can't fault them.

We looked at a few local nurseries when deciding where to send our child and The Wolds really stood out for the lovely setting, facilities and professional and caring staff. It also came highly recommended by our neighbour. Both the children and staff always have such smiles on their faces. Our child
settled in so quickly and we put this down to the attention and care that the staff provide, always respecting their individual routines and adapting activities to ensure everyone is included. They put a lot of thought into providing a variety of activities each day and we love their focus on spending time outdoors.
