Our children have attended Juniors over a time period of five years now and we have continually been incredibly impressed with the service.
The staff are amazing. They take the time to get to know the children and support them so well as individuals, helping them grow and flourish, challenging them
in a supportive way and always engaging with their interests.
Our children have been and are very comfortable, confident and happy in attending the nursery. We are always so impressed with the range and thoughtful detail of the activities put on for the children, and the food always sounds delicious and our children love eating it!
We are really happy with our experience at the nursery, and are really grateful we found somewhere which has, and continues to, look after our children so brilliantly.

The staff who work at the nursery are so lovely and my daughter absolutely loves her key worker and runs into see her in the morning, that tells me everything I need to know! Her development and social skills have come along so well since being there and she is so confident now! She has also become
so much better with her food and trying new things since being at the nursery. I can't thank the staff in the Teenies room enough for being so wonderful!
The management changed last year and I wasn't happy with a few of the changes so I sent a email expressing how I felt to which I never got a reply, very disappointing. I don't think they always have the best interest of the children or staff at heart and don't listen even when I know many people have expressed their concerns on the changes. It's a shame as overall I have always been so happy with the nursery and the care my child has received!

My child has loved coming to Juniors since his very first taster session at 10 months old. He has a great bond with his key person and is always happy to get to nursery in the morning. Communication via the app is always timely and detailed. Thanks Juniors team!

Juniors Boughton Monchelsea is a wonderful nursery. The staff are lovely & attentive- my son is thriving there. He is so happy on both drop off & pickup that I know we've chosen a good one! The nursery is secure with a lovely play area/ garden for the children. The food menu is varied & nutritious.
Great for encouraging new foods. I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

My daughter has attended Junior's since they opened in Tunbridge Wells, she has managed to have time in each room and has absolutely thrived here. The staff have been amazing in each room, especially the Pre-School room where she has spent the most time and her key worker was amazing but all the staff
that my daughter had here have been kind, caring and understanding. The garden area is lovely and has a forest school feel. They help the older ones with learning phonics and spellings, as well as having lots of fun and they also got to attend the local pantomime which was definitely a highlight of my daughters! We have now left so my daughter can start ‘big school’ and we will miss everyone so much at Juniors but we have made lots of memories and friends! Thanks so much
Reply from Denise Fuller, Owner at Junior's Day Nursery Tunbridge WellsThank you so much for your lovely comments. We are so glad you and your daughter enjoyed the Junior's experience and we wish you both well with your onward journey. Please do remember to remain in touch. The Junior's team.

We've been so pleased with Junior's! Our daughter is 18-months old and has been attending since she was 11-months-old. She's grown and flourished as a result of attending Junior's and is displaying new physical and social skills every day. We're particularly fond of the Teenies Room leader goes above
and beyond to reassure and encourage not just our daughter but us as well. The garden area is gorgeous, and the curriculum is excellent. I would definitely recommend!

Great nursery with an amazing outdoor area! My daughter loves coming into the setting, and she is always really happy when it's a nursery day! She has learned so much since she started in September, learning new words every day and using Makaton sign language. A big thank you to all the staff; they
are always very helpful, and they tried their best to accommodate my child's daily routine.

Could not speak higher about Junior's! The team are fab, and the nursery is beautiful. My baby is 18-months and full time. He is already starting to say sentences, and he is also uses signing, which is super cute! I really appreciate all of the reassurance the team have given me, and my son's key person
is amazing. The teenie team have been great, and I would recommend to anyone.

My son joined Junior's last July. Due to being with me since birth and lockdown, this was his first time away from me, and found the experience very daunting! I am so grateful to the staff team for all they have done to support me and my son during the settling in. He now attends four full days and
is thriving. He is always singing at home, and his app updates are such a joy to see! The room head is brilliant, and I have been recommending it to all my friends.

The service and care provided at Junior's Day Nursery were appalling.
They are constantly short-staffed and over-stretched, meaning they can never provide quality care. When dropping our child off, staff seemed disappointed they had another child to look after. If you don't love children, then you
are definitely in the wrong job and business!
We tried to give feedback and seek reassurance from the acting manager, however, it was very difficult to contact her as she was always covering for other staff, came in late, left earlier, or work from home (i.e not reachable). The room leader in the baby's room was hostile, when we asked for feedback, i.e. it's like they want you to leave as they know they can't cope.
When you join, they give a pack with their complaint process and the owner's contact details. When you send your complaint, however, they never respond.
Reply from Beth Goodright, Acting manager at Junior's Day Nursery Tunbridge WellsThank you for your review. We have staff ratios within our nursery that are adhered to at all times, even during staff absence. As acting manager, you and I had many discussions during your child's time here with us, where no concerns were raised. All of our staff team work four days a week, and a member of the management team was always on site should you have wished to speak with us regarding any concerns. We are sorry, and shocked to read yours and your partner's review, should you wish to discuss any of your concerns, as always, we invite you to contact us.

This is a terrible nursery. They are new and busy, but they don’t have the staff and management in place to provide a safe and productive environment, especially during Covid spikes. The staff were hostile when we asked for feedback and information, and kept pushing us to do shortened hours (even though
we paid for half/full days). Strongly recommended you don’t’ choose this nursery.
Reply from Bethany Goodright, Acting Manager at Junior's Day Nursery Tunbridge WellsThank you, and your partner, for your review. We have staff ratios within our nursery that are adhered to at all times, even during staff absence. I would just like to clarify that you were only charged for the reduced sessions that your child attended here with us, not a full day or half day as you have stated, and you were refunded once you decided not to bring your child back to Juniors. Should you wish to discuss any of your concerns, as always, we invite you to contact us.

I can honestly say, hand on my heart, that Junior's has been absolutely amazing for my child. He is in the Teenies room, and I cannot praise the staff enough for their professionalism, warmth and unconditional care for my child. The staff have a good understanding of child development and ease any anxieties
that I may have. He has a strong bond with his key worker, which is fantastic, and he is always happy to see her at drop off. At pick up, there is always great handover of what happened in the day, which is always varied and motivating. There is a good balance of inside and outside playing with great equipment to keep everyone busy. They are in tune with nature, which I love as well, kids get to feed the nursery chickens and have walked down by the orchards come rain or shine! There is even a sensory room, which is a big favourite for my child!
Reply from Emily Fawcett, Office Manager at Junior's Day Nursery CranbrookThe management team at Junior's Cranbrook would like to say a big thank you for your kind words. It has been a pleasure to look after your little boy and we are excited to continue to watch him grow during his time at nursery.

My daughter has attended Juniors since she was 10 months old on a full-time basis. The care she has received has been brilliant in all three rooms: Teenies, Toddlers and Preschool. The staff take such an interest in getting to know my daughter, her likes, needs, interests and have provided her with
learning activities to suit it all. The staff take time to get to know our family, as well as my daughter, and I always feel I am leaving my daughter in the best possible care when she is not with me. My daughter is such a happy and social little girl who thrives off being at Junior's. She has developed leaps and bounds with the staff input and wonderful environment. We will be very sad to say goodbye to Juniors next year when she starts her journey to Primary school.
Reply from Stephanie, Nursery Manager at Junior's Day Nursery CranbrookThe management team at Cranbrook would like to thank you for taking the time to leave this kind review. It is lovely to read the kind words regarding the nursery and our wonderful staff team. We are excited for the year ahead to prepare your daughter for her transition off to Primary School. Thank you.

My son has been at Juniors since Nov 2018, I am extremely happy with them. His key worker is absolutely amazing. I have found the transition back to work extremely tough, but knowing that he is in such great hands has made it bearable. They do such fantastic things with the little ones, painting, cooking,
messy play, walks in the castle grounds. Really I feel so grateful to have them. I am always impressed to see them cleaning the room from top to bottom when any child has a bug. Advice: get your name down at the bump stage! That's how we got a place.

This has been a fantastic nursery for our daughter who has been attending since she was 9 months old. Her key worker is excellent and my daughter goes to her with open arms in the morning. The communication is outstanding, the weekly reports are very informative and I have received nothing but outstanding
care for my daughter. I would highly recommend this nursery, it is very hard leaving my daughter and the fact that she settles immediately and is so happy here makes it that little bit easier.

My 18 month old daughter has been going to Junior's 2 days a week since she was 11 months. She settled in really quickly and this was mainly due to the staff. The setting is wonderful with so many different activities, my daughter loves going and is always eager to go in the morning. Her development
has also come on and this is mainly down to her key workers encouragement. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My daughter is thoroughly enjoying attending Junior's. Her development, especially her speech has come on in leaps and bounds. The staff are all excellent, always provide proper handover each day and take and active interest in my daughter's activities outside nursery to include in her planning at nursery
so it feels like we are working together for both her development and well-being.
The nursery provides a wide range of activities that my daughter loves - music and movement and baking are particular favourites. She really loves her books and her carer patiently reads many with her.
