We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. It provides the perfect balance of learning and play, helping our daughter develop while making every day enjoyable.

The nursery goes above and beyond for special occasions, whether it's Christmas, Eid, Diwali or Sports Day. Every event is organised to such a high standard, and the performances for parents are always great to watch.

The facilities are always clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning has been a huge benefit during the recent hot weather, keeping both the children and staff comfortable.

Most importantly, the staff are caring, dedicated and genuinely invested in every child. The management team is visible, approachable and clearly passionate about creating the best environment for the children. We highly recommend this nursery to any family.

I would like to publicly acknowledge my appreciation for this nursery, my son has been attending since August and he has come leeps and bounds with his developmental milestones. He has been diagnosed with autism and also being non-verbal the level of care and love he receives in unmatched. He had previously been in another big chain nursery and our experience was very differnt. Snowflakes have supported me every step of the way in accessing all the support my son can receive. They have supported his speech and language development and we are also seeing exciting results. The workers are very experienced and it shows not just through how they present themselves but through the children. I would highly recommend parents to send their children to this nursery if they are looking for a safe, compassionate and proactive nursery setting that prioritises not only active and fun play but education and development.

Before enrolling, we visited all of the nurseries in the area because, like any parent, we wanted to make sure we were choosing the very best for our child. At the time, this nursery stood out from the rest, and after three years, I can confidently say it was absolutely the right choice. They have always been so accommodating and have helped us with last-minute needs whenever possible, which has made a huge difference for us. An Amazing Team!

Fantastic nursery. The staff are so caring and i love the way they notice the fine details with my son. Nothings ever to much and they always go the extra mile. Communication is always exceptional. From day one of my son attending this nursery, due to the kind nature of staff he settled in very quickly. Vikki is fantastic at answering quieries and always happy with a welcoming smile on her face, Aga is fantatstic around allergies and always happy to help share recipes for us to try at home, and Yvonne, Leeanna and Aga are a great comfort to my son and he is very fond of all three of them . Thank you so much for everything you do.

I always know that my child has had a cuddle when he comes home. The staff show outstanding kindness and patience, and have done so towards both my children. My children are always welcomed warmly even the child who has grown up and now in school. Every day my child is engaging in new education activities that keep them motivated to attend. My child is always happy to step through the door in the morning. I feel very lucky to have such a brilliant nursery available to us.

We are so happy that we chose this nursery for our daughter. The staff are incredibly loving and caring, and it's clear how much they genuinely look after the children. Our daughter absolutely loves attending, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. One of the things I really appreciate is the daily updates on the app. As a busy mum, it's amazing to be able to check in and see whether she has eaten or slept during the day. The staff also give us feedback when we collect her, which is always lovely to hear. It's so nice to see how happy she is there and to hear about the things she has been learning. Since starting at the nursery, we've seen a huge improvement in her speech and independence, which has been wonderful to watch. Another thing that stands out to me is that many of the staff have been there for a long time. To me, that says a lot about the nursery. we couldn't be happier with our choice.

The team at Snowflakes is the best, my son loves it and everyone really go the extra mile to look after him. Aga is one of the superstars there, always caring and ready to assist with our enquiry. The facilities are well equipped and they always have nice activities.

I have nothing but good things to say about snowflakes. My daughter loves the staff, the environment, the food and feel of going to nursery here. Enough that she doesnt even say bye, as she is too excited to go and play with her peers and carers. Ive had good communication from the owners, the teachers and the management from the nursery since day one, and would - and have - highly recommended snowflakes to other parents and future parents.

We are very happy with this nursery. Both of our children loved attending every single day. We can see the progress and our kids have learned a lot. I highly recommend this place.

My son attends Snowflakes, and the care and dedication shown by the staff has been truly outstanding. From the very beginning, everyone has looked after him with so much kindness, patience and understanding. They have handled his behaviour incredibly well, always approaching situations with professionalism, compassion and reassurance. The staff have gone above and beyond to make both me and my son feel welcomed, valued and supported as part of the nursery community. All staff communicated excellently, keeping me reassured about my son's progress and wellbing. I am extremely grateful for their passion, support and the safe, nurturing environment they provide!

Snowflakes Nursery in Norwood Green is excellent place for little ones to start their educational journey. The ladies are very loving and taking very good care of all the children. I have a son who is 8 years old, and he was attending Snowflakes Nursery when he was 3 years old, and he still remember the fun times spend there, and lovely staff at the time. My daughter who is nearly 2yo absolutely loves to go there, loves all activities, dances, she is always happy to see all the ladies working there. I could not recommend enough this place.

I enrolled my daughter in January 2025 (a year ago) and I can genuinely say that I have seen tremendous growth while she's attended Snowflakes. She's polite, helpful, attentive and overall a star daughter. These qualities have been amplified through the support and guidance of her teachers, and for that we (her parents) are grateful. She cares for her teachers and I know it's because she feels safe and cared for by them. As a testament to how I feel about this nursery, I am enrolling my son next term. The only downfall is that I can't find an outstanding Montessori primary school to follow through from Snowflakes once my daughter leaves!

The owners are very friendly and approachable, the ladies at reception are lovely and super helpful and the ladies in the room are like smiley fairies! Honestly so pleased, cannot recommend enough we seen only pros for the past year the baby has been there!

Great experience for my son to learn everyday skills. He has become very independent and we are very happy with the friendliness of the staff. Also that the nursery give parents an opportunity to meet other parents of the children my son plays with.
