Snowflakes Day Nursery & Montessori - Northolt

My son attended Snowflakes Nursery for almost a year, and honestly, my experience has been amazing. I couldn't recommend them enough.

When he first started, he was very clingy and struggled with new environments, but the staff were so patient, caring and attentive. They helped him settle in beautifully, and he soon became more confident, made lots of friends and genuinely loved going to nursery.

Communication has always been brilliant. They have a great app that keeps you updated on your child's day, including meals and activities. They also upload loads of lovely pictures and videos, which is always so nice to see. They make it clear how you can contact them across their different communication platforms if you have any questions or concerns, and they're always approachable and happy to help.

As a Montessori nursery, they offer a variety of learning activities, and my son learned so much during his time there. It's lovely to see how much he has grown and developed.

I feel emotional writing this review, because it it not easy to find an excellent and outstanding nursery, it is not easy to find a nursery with staff that care so much for your child, it is not easy to find a nursery who are expert on SEN needs, and who put the work in to ensure your child is provided with the highest level of care. I now have my third child in this nursery and that says alot. My two other children are 10 and 11 years old now, and all I can say is that Snowflakes have gone from strength to strength. Staff who worked with my older children are still there. That speaks volumes. I cannot tell you enough how safe I feel leaving my son there everyday. Staff are diligent, robust, able to identify where there may be some additional needs and much more. My son always has a smile on his face, and I can see this is such a happy place for him. Thank you so much for being so caring and full of love for all of the children. YOU ARE AMAZING. Nirupa and her team have built this.

I am extremely happy with this nursery and the care Leo receives. It makes me so happy to see how much he loves coming here and how fond he is of the ladies and everyone at the nursery. It is clear to me that he feels happy, comfortable and cared for. The staff are lovely, warm and welcoming, and I really appreciate everything they do for him. Knowing that Leo enjoys his time at nursery and is surrounded by people he likes and trusts gives me great peace of mind as a parent. I am very grateful for all the care, kindness and attention he receives. I would happily recommend this nursery to other families looking for a caring and welcoming environment for their children.

I am sure the staff work hard and care for the children, but I believe there is room for improvement in transparency, communication, and providing more meaningful, child-focused feedback to parents. These changes would go a long way in building confidence and trust with families.

The staff are caring, professional and dedicated, and I always felt that my daughter was in very good hands. I would sincerely recommend Snowflakes to any parent looking for a high-quality nursery where their child can learn, develop and feel well cared for.

I had a very positive experience with this nursery. My daughter attended for two years, and she received excellent care throughout her time there.

She can sometimes be quite challenging to care for, but the staff were always very patient, caring and supportive. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful care and attention they gave her.

I would highly recommend this nursery, both for the teachers and the whole team. The organisation and communication from the office were also excellent. Overall, we had a really great experience, and I am very thankful to everyone who looked after my daughter.

As a mother, I couldn't be happier with the nursery. Seeing my son go in happily every day, learn new things and enjoy his time there gave me the peace of mind. Teachers are amazing, caring and very patient. It's comforting knowing he is safe and can thrive. I would like to publicly acknowledge my appreciation for this nursery, my son has been attending since August and he has come leeps and bounds with his developmental milestones. He has been diagnosed with autism and also being non-verbal the level of care and love he receives in unmatched. He had previously been in another big chain nursery and our experience was very differnt. Snowflakes have supported me every step of the way in accessing all the support my son can receive. They have supported his speech and language development and we are also seeing exciting results. The workers are very experienced and it shows not just through how they present themselves but through the children. I would highly recommend parents to send their children to this nursery if they are looking for a safe, compassionate and proactive nursery setting that prioritises not only active and fun play but education and development.

Watching her graduate was heartwarming. She is now a confident, friendly, cheerful little girl who is ready for reception. We are so grateful to all the staff - thank you everyone!

I enrolled my daughter in January 2025 (a year ago) and I can genuinely say that I have seen tremendous growth while she's attended Snowflakes. She's polite, helpful, attentive and overall a star daughter. These qualities have been amplified through the support and guidance of her teachers, and for that we (her parents) are grateful. She cares for her teachers and I know it's because she feels safe and cared for by them. As a testament to how I feel about this nursery, I am enrolling my son next term. The only downfall is that I can't find an outstanding Montessori primary school to follow through from Snowflakes once my daughter leaves!

The owners are very friendly and approachable, the ladies at reception are lovely and super helpful and the ladies in the room are like smiley fairies! Honestly so pleased, cannot recommend enough we seen only pros for the past year the baby has been there!

My daughter has been attending Snowflakes from 9 months and it has been 2 years. I think what makes Snowflakes different is the care and comfort the teachers provide for children. We had to change nursery due to change of circumstances when my daughter was 20 months old, and came back to Snowflakes two weeks later. I am not going to forget the moment when we returned to Snowflakes and how my daughter hugged her teachers and friends and how happy she was. This is truly her happy place! I can not recommend Snowflakes enough and would like to take this opportunity to say thank you again to everyone at Snowflakes for everything! I am grateful!

When my children were about to turn two, I was looking for a safe nursery where they would be well cared for while being away from me. When I found Snowflake Nursery, I was so happy I knew I had found the right place for my children. The staff have taken such wonderful care of my boys, from the baby room all the way until the day they were ready to start reception. They are so caring in everything they do for me, they have felt like family to me and my children. I'm truly grateful to all the teachers, and everyone at the nursery for everything they've done for my two sons. If I had to choose again, I would pick Snowflake Nursery a thousand times over

The nursery provided great care for my daughter and well as development. In 1 year, she learn to spell her name, read 3 letter words and built her confidence in communication and play. She starts reception in Sept and was applauded by her teacher for being prepared for school above the average. The nursery provides great overall development for children and staff works towards individual needs.

My son has been attending Snowflakes Nursery for the past year, and I can't express enough how grateful we are for the care and support he has received. The growth we've seen in him both socially and developmentally has been amazing and he is well prepared to start school this September.

The staff are truly exceptional, warm, loving, and genuinely treat the children as if they were their own. There's a real sense of family in the nursery, which has made it such a nurturing environment for my child.
