The staff in the infant room take excellent care of my son; they are friendly, caring and listen to parents if they have any concerns, however small, my son loves nursery very much and often says his nursery nurses names at home.
My son has come on leaps and bounds since attending Step by Step Nursery, and I would recommend to anyone from our experience there.

been there, his speech has come along. He has settled in so well and I feel he has always been there. Any concerns are immediately dealt with. I find it hard to leave my child with anyone else, but the moment I drop him off he is in safe hands and I do not worry until I pick him up. All of the staff go above and beyond.
