Footprint Preschool is the best preschool I could have sent my children to. My son loves going to preschool, my daughter now goes to preschool and loves spending time there. The ladies who work there are warm, kind, supportive, and sweet. They dedicate their precious time to teaching them wonderful

I've used Footprints for 3 years so far for my 2 children. I'd highly recommend them.


All of the staff are kind, caring and professional throughout the entire nursery - including cleaning & reception staff. Generally staff turnover seems low, which is really important to us as it means my children

have built really solid relationships with all staff.


The facilities and activities on offer for the children are great. The food is cooked on site and offers a varied menu.

My daughter who is now 12 went to Footprints, my son who is now 6 also went here and my youngest son who is 3 currently goes here. Absolutely amazing nursery, always very supportive and I've never experienced any issues. I will be sad to say goodbye in a couple of years!

We use footprints for holiday club. My daughter loves the setting here, there's loads to do including full access to the church kitchen which means they get to do cooking/baking.
They always have a jam packed agenda int he holidays with loads of variety of activities - she's never bored.

I have never met lovlier stuff who are so loving and caring . My daughter started when she turned 3 and i left her with complete ease and she settled very quickly only because the staff were so caring and got time to know the child on her settling days. By far it is one of the cleanest and warmest nurseries
that i have visited in chelmsford and best believe i have visited a good dozen of them before we decided on footprints. The food is also amazing and tasty and i have a fussy eater at home so when she says she loves the food there i believe her.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Very enthusiastic about making the children's experience with them as amazing as possible. Great facilities, equipment and resources.
We have been using Footprints as a family for almost 9 years for 2 children and cannot fault the service.

My daughter is so happy attending this nursery. All members of staff work extremely hard and they are all so nurturing towards the children. It makes it so much easier (especially as a first time mum!) to see your child leave you content and excited to see what they have carefully planned for the day.
I absolutely love receiving updates through the day and the progress that she's making! All staff members take the time to get to know your child. I love the bond that my daughter has formed with her key worker and the other staff that work with her. Thank you ladies !

Since 2016 my children have attended footprints (from age 0-9) starting with nursery then holiday club and after school club provisions. I can't recommend footprints highly enough. There has been very little staff turnover in all those years which is testament to the positive environment there!
