Overall Experience

We go out of our way daily to drop off and pick up our son from this truly exceptional nursery. Melanie and her staff go above and beyond on a weekly basis to ensure all children are supported and cared for. We couldn't be happier seeing our toddler run in excited everyday for the adventures that await

him.

Overall Experience

Our daughter has been with Cybertots from aged 2.5 through to starting school.
She has excelled whilst at Cybertots and we will be sending our second child early next year.
The staff at Cybertots at the crescent are incredible, their enthusiam is in abundance, which is infectious for the children

and parents. Our daughter never wanted to come home!
The additional activities of forest school, football, trips out and the theatre built confidence and an understanding of teamwork. To the point our daughter can walk up to anyone and ask them to play.
We have had no issues with the transition to school this september because of the foundations built by Cybertots. Our daughters maths, spelling and language have all been above average because of the time the staff take to help the children excel and by learning through play.

Overall Experience

This nursery is superb. It is on the smaller side and you could say a little dated but do not let that put you off. The staff are fantastic, always attentive and happy - can clearly see there is a good culture within. They care greatly for the kids.
Our son has been there since 10 month, and loves

it, mumbling all the way home the endless activities he's completed. From Spanish to Music, mud kitchen antics to painting, baking and trips to the park.
The food always sounds great and diverse and they clearly teach the children health eating habits and support with general development.
Would highly recommend this nursery and plan giving all our children the best start here.

Overall Experience

Our daughter attended Cybertots for over two and a half years, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff are caring, professional, and truly dedicated to the children's development.
Our child had the most wonderful early years here - she learned to read, recognise letters, and developed

her creativity through colouring and painting. She absolutely loved her time at the nursery, and we have such fond memories of those years.
We also met some amazing families and still stay in touch with a lovely group of parents from Cybertots.
I highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their little ones.

Overall Experience

Our toddler started nursery in the baby room and has now moved to the toddler room. We were supported and reassured throughout the adaptation process, and we've always been confident in the excellent staff and their care of the children. There are some lovely activities included weekly (Spanish, dancing

etc) and a great range of sensory/creative activities on a daily basis. We're provided with daily updates and photos via an app and are being kept up to date with a weekly nursery newsletter. Our daughter enjoys interacting with all the staff and other children, and is always happy to go in in the mornings. It's not uncommon for her to want to continue playing at pick-up time too!

We have two boys at Cybertots and we (and they!) absolutely love it. Everyday they are running inside from excitement, the staff is amazing and very involved. Overall Experience

One of the things we were most sad about leaving Ealing was saying goodbye to Cybertots on the Green. We had both of our children start at one year old in the baby room with our son progressing through the toddler room. Our experience was always consistently excellent - the staff are wonderful: affectionate,

attentive and knowledgable. We always felt our children were seen, supported and encouraged - and they flourished in the setting. We particularly like the outdoor space at the nursery and the amount of time the children spent outside. We often commented that the food our children had at nursery greatly surpassed what we were able to produce! The current management team are excellent - and we have no doubts that they are leading an outstanding nursery. We would wholeheartedly recommend COTG and will miss it.

My child started just a few months ago, the team has been amazing in settling him in and sharing all the information we needed for a very reassuring start.
There are lots of communications from the team and from management about nursery life, events and important information.
We get updates through

the app which is lovely. The garden space is huge and very well equipped.

My twin girls absolutely love Cybertots and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel a special part of a nursery family. The manager and all the staff are absolutely incredible at putting the kids and parents at ease, with thoughtful and gentle settling in sessions, creative crafts and activities

and a brilliant series of performances and parties to grow the children's confidence and make parents feel part of their kids' nursery journey. We have been so bowled over by the team's kindness and support - and the fun they bring to all our lives. Within days my daughters were running into nursery and waving me off. I highly recommend this nursery as the perfect setting to care for and inspire your children. Cybertots has been a huge factor in nurturing the chattiness, sassiness and happiness of my daughters. I have had my children at Cybertots Copley Close since we moved to the area, October 2022. Both baby room and pre-school staff are wonderful! They care for the children with love, dedication and respect. I particularly value the daily feedbacks at pickup: all staff is well tuned with what children have

been up to. Every now and then there is a event for parents to come and join the little ones nursery environment and peers. Communication with staff and management is smooth, open and friendly. I could not recommend them better!

This nursery is truly exceptional! The staff are warm, caring, and go above and beyond to make every child feel safe, loved, and valued. The children receive plenty of cuddles and emotional support, and it's clear they are genuinely well cared for. The team takes the time to ask about the children's

weekends, holidays, and any updates on their well-being and health issues, showing just how much they truly care.

Cybertots at Copley has been an absolute blessing for our family! The staff are incredibly warm and attentive - they genuinely care about creating a nurturing environment. My kids come home bubbling with stories about new discoveries and friendships. Their classrooms perfectly balance learning with

creative play, and the outdoor space is fantastic for exploration. What I love most is how they recognize each child's unique personality, tailoring activities to build confidence. It's amazing to see how much they've grown socially and developmentally in such a short time. My little ones are thriving in every way - their language skills, creativity, and independence have all blossomed. Couldn't be happier with our choice - seeing our children flourish here says it all! Our daughter started Cybertots On the Green when they were one year old and are now in the toddler room. The team were brilliant at supporting transition to the toddler room. They adapt the transition period depending on the individual child's needs. We are so grateful to the team there for making every

day fun and filled with exciting learning opportunities. Our daughter attends full time and has flourish at this nursery! She looks forward to nursery every day and comes home with lots of wonderful stories about her day. The nursery has a lovely outdoor area and the child gets outside multiple times each day to play, paint, garden and run around. They have a chef onsite producing a fantastic menu with great variety!

My little one has been with Cybertots Group since turning 11 months. She has enjoyed every transition from the baby room to the toddle room and now to pre-school!
Along with free play, there are very good learning opportunities and focused activities planned each day. They also have lots of sensory

play, visits to the park, going to the supermarket, nature walks and even learning languages (Spanish and Italian), along a weekly dance class. There have been staff and management changes over the past year but has has only a positive impact! The staff are very nurturing and genuinely care for the children with updates provided on the app daily. Yes, there have been some tough times recently, but the nursery has come out even stronger, supporting parents, enhancing their policies and procedures, communicating and making changes, dealing with the situation exceptionally well! Without hesitation, I would to recommend Cybertots to anyone wanting nothing short of the best care for their children.

Overall Experience

Cybertots at Copley Close does a wonderful job minding my son. My boy loves going to nursery and is so close with the teachers. I genuinely feel he is loved and cared for appropriately there. The teachers also have excellent daily reviews for my son and help with potty training, speech, social cues.

I have taken my son to several nurseries and a feeling of love and support is what matters most to me and I truly feel we have found it with Cybertots at Copley Close.
