Overall, the handling of incidents and the standard of management fell well below expectations, leaving us feeling unheard.

Our 1 year started at nursery in the new year and Paper Moon have been just fantastic, we could not have found a better nursery. It was really tough at first but Yasmin and Mykala were amazing at making him feel safe and at reassuring us about the settling in period. After four to six weeks he was loving nursery and the nursery activities and routines seem to really suit him. I love that he's getting experiences and learning that I would struggle to provide at home: music sessions with lots other children, playing outside and even just eating with other children. All the staff are so lovely, caring and friendly and my son seems very comfortable and happy with everyone. I've not seen or tasted the food but the menu is great, really varied and healthy, and we love that they provide breakfast, lunch and dinner as it means we can spend some quality time together after work rather than having to cook/tidy a meal in a rush before bedtime.

My granddaughter has been going to Papermoon nursery in Compton Acres for 15 months and counting. When she first started she was having problems with her speech and we had been taking her to speech groups prior to starting at Papermoon. They have done wonders for her as she now won't stop talking which is fantastic. They really do work with you and the communication we get are superb. My granddaughter absolutely loves it here she wakes up asking if it's Nursery today as she only goes 3 days a week. All of the staff are so friendly and approachable. I can't thank them enough for everything they do and all the hard work and support they give. I highly recommend Papermoon.

We are very pleased with Papermoon Nursery. My son has made great progress both socially and developmentally since attending. The staff are caring, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work. I feel very comfortable and confident leaving my child in their care. I'm truly thankful to the whole team for their dedication and would happily recommend this nursery to other parents.

The environment is conducive and clean. I just love how the staff are gentle with the kids and caring too.the kids feel free and relaxed with their carers.I love how the kids feel safe with them too..

Wonderful nursery, my daughter has settled in beautifully! Yasmine and mikala in the baby room are wonderful my Milan loves them!

Our daughter has so far had a truly wonderful experience at this nursery. The dedicated key workers have supported her every step of the way, showing genuine care for her development. We love the calm, clean, and nurturing environment, and the variety of learning activities keeps her engaged and excited. It's also incredibly reassuring to know she's enjoying healthy, nutritious meals every day. We couldn't ask for a better start for her.

I was very anxious about sending my son to nursery but the staff made the transition easy for me and I can't imagine sending him anywhere else now. Although the staff have lots of children to look after, they always make me feel like my son is a priority!

All 5 of my children have/are attending papermoon and my 6th will soon follow. The ladies are amazing and dispite changes in faces their level of care has never subsided and if anything the nursery is getting better and better. The garden area is amazing! The baby room is looking beautiful, the daily activities are always creative allowing all children to explore, grow, learn, have fun and become independent little people. The skills my little one comes home with amazes me all the time. They really do allow the kids to be kids. They know them all so well and are extremely child focused. My little one does not have to apologies for her sassiness and her known favourites; the extra cuddles or crackers she may need on any given day . Having to go back to work when my little ones are still so very precious/delicate, I couldn't imagine being so at ease any where else.

Amazing nursery.

Paper moon nursery is a wonderful nursery my son loves going and never wants me leave when it's home time. He really enjoys playing with his friends and it makes me happy knowing how happy my son is when he is there!

Brilliant nursery. I had visited many nurseries prior to signing up and this was the best by far. My little boy is almost 4, been attending since he was 2. Great daily activities, staff are amazing and supportive too.

My son attends for full time and he is very happy and love all the staff. He loves food from nursery as well. He is always content and happy when we pick him up. I really appreciate for all the staff they are very dedicated at looking after children.

Papermoon nursery and it's staff members have helped my son's development so much, whether it's reaching his milestones, socialising, or even trying new things to eat. The staff are also very supportive to parents and family members. I'd recommend this nursery to any parent starting there child out in the nursery setting

The live app which provides updates on activities through the day is brilliant! And the no tailgate policy for access gives me comfort about security.

Amazing nursery with truly lovely staff who keep you well informed about what the children are doing through regular updates and photos on the app. They also give a helpful rundown of the day at pick-up. My grandson is always happy and settled, and it's clear he really enjoys attending the nursery.

My daughter has been coming here since age 2 & she's now 3 moving up to the next room. The staff are very friendly & it didn't take long for my daughter to settle & get excited about going. She's already learnt a lot & grew in confidence. Cosy rooms. Even did some Yoga which she loved.

The nursery Is a lovely the staff is very friendly and lovely to talk too they let u know how your child is doing and gives u feedback of how they been through out the day. Also they got an app so us parents can see what's they have eaten and when they had a nappy change and also when they are having a nap and how long they have had which is a good idea.
