5* nursery, all the staff have been amazing and very supportive, my daughter loves going and has come on so well since being there.

My child absolutely loves this nursery and always leaves in the most brilliant mood. Any time I've had a concern, the nursery manager has dealt with it extremely promptly and is always so lovely to speak to. It's clear how much the staff care, as my child often talks about them in such a positive and
happy way. I couldn't be more pleased with the care and environment they provide!

So happy we went with Cherubs for our son, he absolutely loves going and interacting with all the other children/staff. They are so supportive and nothing is ever too much for them. Absolutely brilliant and couldn't recommend enough.

The staff that look after my little boy go above and beyond to make sure he has a great time at nursery. He enjoys doing so many things from dressing up, to baking, to getting muddy outside. He has been going to the nursery for almost 2 years and it is like his extended family. I could not ask for him
to be cared for any better!

Cherubs Ilkeston have been absolutely amazing with my daughter she always comes home so happy and tells us how much she has done. Olly has been amazing with her she always asks if he'll be in her room and even asks if we can see him at the weekend, it's lovely to see she has such a great connection
with him and feels so comfortable to go to nursery knowing he's there.

Our daughter has been attending Cherubs Ilkeston since September 2025. We have had a great experience settling in for both our daughter and us. Having regular updates and photos of what she is doing each day is really reassuring and makes us feel at ease knowing how happy and safe she is and having
a fantastic time. In the few weeks she has been attending we can already see a difference in how much more interactive she is.

Every one at South Normanton is so very helpful.
When we have had issues there was always someone to talk to & resolve the issue.
My child loves going & often can't get through the door fast enough!
My child does tend to cry on the way home after nursery because he enjoys it that much!!

I cannot thank the staff for all the support they have given not just both of our kids but us as parents. They've always done what is best for the kids while making sure their development is at heart. Honestly, could not have wished for a better nursery & team of staff.

We've now gone through a whole cycle at Cherubs South Normanton - from baby room at 6 months old to graduation at 4.5 years old. I couldn't imagine a better place to help my child grow & develop over the last 4 years. He is now a kind, generous, funny little boy & its massively down to the work the
nursery have done with him on feelings & being a nice person. I wouldn't hesitate before sending another child here.

My child was very happy and learned different things, because in the family we speak 2 languages, he learned English better. Our daughter has been going to cherubs since March 2025, having previously been at a childminding setting. We have been so happy with how she has settled in. From the beginning, the staff at cherubs have been so welcoming and enthusiastic with her. She has settled in so well. The app is great and is
updated all day with lots of information and pictures. We are just so happy with everything at cherubs, we cannot praise the staff in her room enough.

Our youngest daughter is currently at the nursery a couple of days a week as was our eldest daughter previously. The staff have been excellent and genuinely show such an interest in the children. The little stories at handover show you how much they have taken notice of each one. The newest app they
use gives real time updates with photos of the wonderful activities they do throughout the day. My little girl comes home beaming about her crafts and loves to show me how she has learnt new skills. She has also used makaton signs from long before she could talk and comes home with more each week. The food is varied and our daughter hasn't eaten well there.The senior staff are just as knowledgeable and hands on know the children just as well. Their outdoor space is outstanding and they spend most day out there all year and it shows in our girls living the outdoors any weather. We wouldn't have gone anywhere else it's fantastic.I feel like if we had problems they would listen and help.

I couldn't be more happy with Cherubs. They go above and beyond for my little one. He is always so happy from the pictures they send on his session and he loves to be involved in all the activities they set up. The food always looks and smells delicious, it's great knowing everything is cooked from
scratch on the premises.

2 staff members in particular and the team at Ilkeston are brilliant. They have been key into my child settling into nursery with no trouble. One staff member in particular was my other child's key worker so it is nice for her to have her.

It's moments like this morning that need a special mention and recognition. Thank you to the manager and my sons key wroker at Ilkeston Cherubs. My little boy was unusually upset going into nursery today and as I was about to leave the nursery manager acknowledged and asked 'is that my son I can hear
upset' and said I will go and check he's OK. And did so straight away. His key worker got his favourite toy out (a ball) and was soon to turn it around. I was quickly updated with pictures on the app to reassure me that he was OK playing with his sensory ball with his key worker. This isn't a little thing the acknowledgement, care and reassurance changed a sad little boy happy and a worried mum settled knowing that her boy is in the caring and safest of hands so thank you so much.

My daughter loves Cherubs Ilkeston, the staff are really friendly and attentive to your child's needs. The food is healthy and there is lots of variety. I have noticed a huge shift in my child's confidence and language since she started. She loves to come each week. I would recommend to any parent.
