My son went from 2020 to 2023 when he started school. We all loved Snapdragons. The staff are professional and friendly, always taking the time to do a handover of my son's day. He loved going to nursery and taking part in forest school, yoga, farm vista etc. He learnt a lot about healthy eating and enjoyed most meal times. He made some very special friends whom he still sees and asks to see all the time.

There is always a wide range of activities going on throughout the week, and I like that my son is able to experience a variety of different things.

My one-year-old joined in January, and the growth of his confidence, independence and knowledge in four months is outstanding! From fitting pieces into puzzles to giving me high fives when I leave is all down to Snapdragons and his key worker! I can’t thank them enough, and I would recommend Snapdragons to everyone!

The setting has been perfect for my son and daughter. The staff truly care about each individual child and fosters their inquisitive nature. I cannot recommend Sanpd5ragons highly enough.

My two children have attended Snapdragons Nursery Grosvenor. They were babies. The staff are always caring, attentive and fun. My children love the staff. They have a yummy, healthy and wide variety of food. They tailor activities to support my children's needs and are great at communicating. Highly recommended!

My daughter loves Snapdragons! Having entered nursery during the lockdown, she had had little opportunity to socialise with others. Her shyness disappeared over the months, and she makes new friends daily, feeling secure in her environment as she grows among her peers. Her key person Is caring and smiley, and the staff in her room enjoy the company of the children, whilst providing a wide range of stimulating and creative activities, play-focused but with an understanding of and interest in developmental goals, without being dogmatic. The food is nutritious and home-cooked, the outdoor play area fantastic for a city centre, and the overall approach of kindness, fun and creative learning with a strong emphasis on safeguarding, allows us peace of mind as parents.

Both my kids went here. Staff are great. The kids love it. Timing is convenient, as is location. Had help with all the forms and timings for early years funding. Recommended by me!

Started our daughter going to Snapdragons in September 2021, and she absolutely loves it. She is always so keen to get in! The staff are all really friendly and helpful.

My son (now 14-months) started at Snapdragons in Nov 2021 while Covid restrictions were still in place, but we have since been able to start coming in for pickups and parent events, and it's such a lovely place. My son has settled so well and is really thriving. We had a gentle, unrushed settling in period. He plays independently there, which at his age, shows how safe and secure he feels there. The staff are proactive and friendly, lots of updates and emails. The facilities are wonderful, with a lovely outdoor garden and plenty of fresh air, tyres and climbing things. The staff help the children celebrate special occasions; they do lots of painting and drawing, messy plays, sensory play, baking and cooking. Everything is child-led, and the staff do scaffolding for existing skills. He really loves it there and has a set routine, which he enjoys; he loves his food there and naps well.

She has a great relationship with her key worker, and we get good open communication about progress.

Drop off can be busy in the morning with the small car park and often have to wait a bit for his worker to bring him inside. Also, some of the illness exclusion information on their website is inaccurate eg, slapped cheek recommends keeping them off nursery until rash cleared, but the link to the NHS website suggests that it is not contagious once the rash appears, so there can be no sensible reason for this advice. They also insist on seeking medical treatment/advice for simple conjunctivitis, which is not necessary.

My son has been going to Snapdragons Nursery Weston since he was 4 months old, now in his last year of preschool, he has experienced every class and developed a fantastic bond with all the lovely staff at Weston. It is a nurturing, warm and friendly nursery, which provides a variety of healthy meals, activities and focus on development. The outdoor space is a real bonus. They have adapted well to Covid procedures and communicate regularly via email with updates on their processes and what's coming up. If there are any issues, they are quick to answer the phone or schedule a meeting to answer your concerns.

After moving house and having to change our son's nursery, I was apprehensive about the move as he enjoyed his old setting tremendously. We were not able to look around the setting due to COVID, but the team in Panda's (Toddlers) are second to none, their knowledge, warmth and care are outstanding, and despite a few tears settling in, he is now walking in without even saying goodbye! There was no need for us to worry! Our son's speech has come on leaps and bounds, and this is through the dedication of the team. Medication is remembered daily and on time without any hesitation. I would recommend Snapdragons Weston to any parent not only for the team but also the facilities that they offer from meals cooked on-site, to the expansive garden and the new curiosity approach that they have adopted.

The staff at Snapdragons have done an amazing job, especially in the very challenging year. They have kept our children safe, and the company has communicated extremely well even when the clarity has not been there from the Government.

Our children always look forward to going into the nursery, which is a testament to the staff and the activities they put on for them!

Given the current circumstances (ie social distancing, bubbling, extra cleaning etc), they are doing an excellent job. Our daughter comes home well-fed, having a choice of good food and happy after doing a range of activities. Menu and play choice are varied. We have only experienced this nursery during the pandemic, so have not set foot inside during this time. Hence it is very hard for us to make absolute statements and impossible for us to know what "normal" is for this nursery. The staff are positive and are great with the kids. They have an online portal - parent zone - but hardly use it to share info with us. This is a real shame (particularly in lockdown) and we know other nurseries do more in this regard.

My son started at Snapdragons Grosvenor during lockdown, which made it hard for us since we could not see all the facilities. The staff made it really comfortable for us and we felt completely reassured he was in safe hands. He settled in immediately and loves his time at nursery. The quality of the food is excellent, we can't quite believe the range of foods he eats there that he often refuses at home (e.g. broccoli!). I would 100% recommend this place to all parents, the children are in safe, happy hands.

Excellent nursery, extremely well run, with friendly and helpful staff. Our child really enjoys going and loves his key worker. Looking forward to restrictions being lifted so that we can come inside!

So pleased that we chose this lovely nursery. Out baby daughter settled immediately and absolutely enjoy is there to bits. The staff know her very well - all of her funny little ways. She enjoys lots of different and interesting activities - much more fun and innovative than what we do at home. She sleeps and eats well there too, and I have complete confidence in the care that the staff provide. An excellent experience.

Such a friendly nursery and wonderful caring staff. My son loves his time at Snapdragons and always has lots to say about his fun-packed days. He's really developed well under their care. Highly recommended.

Our son has attended Snapdragons Grosvenor for over 2 years now. Not only has he formed some lovely relationships with other children and staff, he absolutely can't wait to be dropped off each morning. We cannot fault them at all and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
