My son started in September 2025 and is in the Baby Room.
He is so happy to go in each morning and has really bonded with his key worker and when he sees her in the morning he puts his hands out to go to her.
It is such a huge relief that I can drop him off and know that he is having so much fun.
He has managed to do things that we would not have tried at home and I love the art work he brings home.
I always know how much milk he has had, what he has eaten and how long his naps have been which is great
Safety seems really important
The staff are amazing and have really made this the perfect choice for my son

Overall such a lovely nursery. My little girl always comes home happy and showing me new things she's learnt in the day/week. Staff are lovely as well as the management team and nothing is ever a problem for anyone. Would definitely recommend this nursery to others.

We really love this nursery. The staff are all so so lovely and kind. We feel very happy leaving our child there. She absolutely loves it and has so much fun there. She has never had any issues being dropped off, just runs in and waves bye!

Very attentive and really are creative with the plans for each day. You can tell the team is well disciplined as they regularly clean the windows and everything on site.

This nursery was absolutely amazing for my little boy. All the staff were so lovely when getting him from the door and I especially have to thank the babies team for how well he settled. He built such strong relationships with the staff and talks about them often at home. The manager is absolutely lovely
too and will always strive to help. The updates daily are really helpful to have and it's nice to see what he has done throughout the day.

A lovely nursery! It means the world to me my son gets a big smile on his face when one of the girls opens the door for him when I drop him off. He is obviously having a great time there.
Everyone I have met is really friendly and the app is great for all the daily updates.

It’s always a big decision when choosing a nursery for your child, and as a first time mum I worried a lot before my son’s first day - will he settle in? Will he sleep ok? Will he make friends? But I needn’t have worried, the staff at Pixieland, Stoke have been wonderful from the get go. After just
a few days, my son was settled in and excited to see his new friends each morning. The food and activities are threat, especially the sensory room and soft play. But to be honest, that’s all secondary to the staff who have been welcoming, nurturing (to both me and my son) and professional at all times. We have been at Pixieland for nearly a year now and my son has blossomed in his confidence and development. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for over two years. The manager and the whole team are brilliant, from helping her to settle in when she started, to all the amazing activities they do with the children and to always encouraging and bringing the best out of each child’s personality. The manager
and the team have been a big part in my daughter becoming more and more confident, creative and a well-rounded little human. As well as the ladies in the nursery, every time I have had to sort funding or been confused (which happens a lot!) a particular staff member in accounts has been so friendly and helpful and nothing has ever been too much trouble. We are excited to leave and start somewhere new but will be sad to say goodbye to such a lovely group of people and children. Thank you very much.

My son loves going to Pixieland and is doing so well there. There are a couple of minor areas for potential improvement (very high noise level, lack of greenery/grass and the need for a better communication app), but overall I’d recommend the nursery and the people that work there are so lovely and

My son has been at this nursery since the start of February and we couldn't be any more delighted with this nursery. My son has developed so much in the last few months, he is more confident, his speech has come on leaps and bounds. My son is even hitting milestones 6 months ahead of his age.

Had a tour of the setting. Nursery's manager is very professional and friendly, she showed us around, compared to other nurseries I have visited, this one has very professional staff, very clean and lovely environment for kids. I am sure my son will love the place once starts to settle in.

The staff genuinely seem to enjoy spending time with the children and my son is very happy in their company. They are caring and compassionate, and always happy to discuss how my son is doing. Even in the baby room there are fun and engaging activities to aid development. The staff are patient and respectful
of current routines, and helping both child and parents adapt. We've not had any problems and can't fault them!

We have been really happy with the preschool at Pixieland Mannamead. Our child comes home with a smile and has always had a nice day. Staff are really welcoming and are always really approachable if we ever have any concerns regarding our child. We would definitely recommend.

Excellent Nursery! My little girl is so happy there from day one. We started with a couple of hours a week but she enjoyed going there so we quickly changed to almost full-time. The managers and staff are very supportive and kind and very friendly. Can’t recommend them more.

Very friendly, approachable staff, who are happy to give lots of cuddles if/when the children want them! Both of my children have been very happy at Pixieland and we feel that they have been well looked after and supported. Preschool is preparing the children well for school.

All of the staff create a wonderful, nurturing atmosphere for the children. They all know my son’s name and welcome him warmly into the nursery every morning. He adores the activities they provide and enjoys exploring in the jungle gym, sensory room and garden. Communication via email and the app are
very good as is handover at the end of the day. My son always leaves smiling! Thank you!

The most lovely nursery. My child loves going, and their developmental progression has improved massively since attending. The staff are friendly and welcoming to every child. Wouldn’t dream of sending my child anywhere else and always recommend them to friends!

I cannot express how much my daughter loves going to preschool at Pixieland. The staff are incredible, like family to us. Their activities are fun, varied and educational. The whole team go above and beyond, they work so hard and really care for the children. I will be very sad when she leaves Pixieland
as she loves it, as I do. Hands down the best staff and facilities.
