Pixieland Stoke has amazing facilities for all age ranges of children, from birth to 5. The nursery has been awarded a Level 4 in Healthy Eating in the Early Years and The Early Years Healthy Child Quality Mark. So from snack time to playtime, Pixieland children are extremely well fed both in body and in mind.

The sheltered, heated and lit outdoor area is spacious and suitable for the children to learn to ride bikes, use their imagination in the pirate ship and discover the world around them by growing and planting their own fruit and vegetables. The nursery has free flow for the preschool children so they can independently choose whether they want to play inside or outside.

The purpose-built soft play area allows the children to have gross motor play all year round. From drama and imaginative play to yoga and music instruments, there is so much for children to do.

My son started in September 2025 and is in the Baby Room.


He is so happy to go in each morning and has really bonded with his key worker and when he sees her in the morning he puts his hands out to go to her.


It is such a huge relief that I can drop him off and know that he is having so much fun.

He has managed to do things that we would not have tried at home and I love the art work he brings home.


I always know how much milk he has had, what he has eaten and how long his naps have been which is great


Safety seems really important


The staff are amazing and have really made this the perfect choice for my son

It’s always a big decision when choosing a nursery for your child, and as a first time mum I worried a lot before my son’s first day - will he settle in? Will he sleep ok? Will he make friends? But I needn’t have worried, the staff at Pixieland, Stoke have been wonderful from the get go. After just
a few days, my son was settled in and excited to see his new friends each morning. The food and activities are threat, especially the sensory room and soft play. But to be honest, that’s all secondary to the staff who have been welcoming, nurturing (to both me and my son) and professional at all times. We have been at Pixieland for nearly a year now and my son has blossomed in his confidence and development. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My son has been at this nursery since the start of February and we couldn't be any more delighted with this nursery. My son has developed so much in the last few months, he is more confident, his speech has come on leaps and bounds. My son is even hitting milestones 6 months ahead of his age.
All the
staff at this nursery are incredible at what they do especially ladies who have helped my son transition into nursery. Just want to say a massive thank you for really looking after my little boy.

We have a son who has been in both the baby room and little todds so far. We have had nothing but good experience with both rooms. The staff in the baby room had always gone above and beyond to ensure our son had the best days and encouraged so much development within him, two members of staff in particular.
We are overwhelmed with how well our son is looked after and can't wait to enrol our next child here.

Our little boy has been at Pixieland Day Nursery Stoke, since he was 14 months old and has been through Babies, Little Tods and is now in Toddlers. He has been so happy in each room and has formed some very close bonds with the staff, who are amazing. He learns so much, as well as having lots of fun.
They do a wide range of activities and play in the garden every day. The facilities are excellent, with a sensory room and a jungle gym. The office staff are also brilliant, and have been so helpful and accommodating when we’ve had issues such as needing to change sessions, and when our little boy needed extra care and risk assessments putting in place due to an injury (sustained in the park not at nursery). The fact that over the Christmas holidays he kept asking if today was nursery day, and was disappointed when we said no, shows how much he loves it! Highly recommend.

I have two children at the nursery, one in the baby room and one in the pre-school room. The staff are brilliant and engaging, and you feel they take a genuine interest in the childrens' wellbeing. There is a definite shift in the pre-school room as they try and prepare the children for school and more
independence, which takes a bit of getting used to at first but it is really worth it in the long run and my son has adapted well and loves showing me the things he has learned - both education-wise (e.g they learned about syllables recently) and with personal independence (more toilet independence, getting shoes, socks and coat on himself, etc). The staff really know them as individuals and work well with them both. I had a couple of teething problems early on, and by raising these with the nursery, they were sorted really well and I am very happy taking my kids there.

The best nursery I have ever seen. My daughter is very happy going there. I wish all the nurseries could be the same as Pixieland. Very clean, the staff very polite, with very good care for the children. Great facilities.

We are extremely happy with this nursery. We have found all members of staff caring and communicative. Our daughter is always keen to go to nursery and tells us stories of times she has had fun with the staff here. She has built a fantastic friend group here and her development has continuously been
encouraged with frequent check-ins for us. Overall there is nothing I can say but that we are pleased we chose this nursery.

One word - wow. My two boys started Pixieland Day Nursery - Stoke in January 2023, one in toddlers and one in pre-school. They attend two days a week. Since the very start of contacting the nursery, I knew the boys would be happy and settled within the setting. I was so nervous about the boys going
as they are lockdown babies meaning they are only used to me and their dad. All the staff were amazing, taking my calls during the day to keep me posted on how the boys were getting on. The homemade food is another great point within the nursery as I know the boys will eat well when they are there. Also, I really love the app which is used so I can see pictures of the boys and see their progress. Thank you everyone at the nursery for all your amazing continued hard work.

My child has attended Pixieland Stoke for over a year now they started in babies and has progressed all the way through. The staff in every room and management are amazing, really friendly and great with the children. The nursery has been nothing but flexible changing with our family's needs and is
always clean, tidy and professional. The facilities are also brilliant for the children which really helped us to decide on Pixieland for our child. I always recommend Pixieland when people are looking for a nursery to feel comfortable to send their child to.

My child absolutely loves Pixieland Day Nursery Stoke, the staff are really friendly and great with the children. The nursery itself is always clean and the facilities for the children are great! I would highly recommend to other parents.

I came and viewed the nursery just before Christmas as I wanted my son to start in January. The nursery manager showed us around, she was very friendly and gave me lots of information. The rooms were very clean, I could tell which area was what. My son had his first full day at nursery last week, he
went in a little tearful, so I was very anxious. I rang once he had been there two hours and the staff member that answered was very lovely and reassured me completely that he was ok. When I picked him up the staff stated I can call up as much as I like which made me feel even more relieved. I believe this nursery to be very friendly and my little boy always seems so happy after he's been. Thank you Pixieland for making our experience at starting nursery feel so relaxed. You've all been so very helpful.

My daughter has been attending Pixieland for almost one year and has come on leaps and bounds. She has made many great friendships with children and has formed lovely bonds with staff members throughout the rooms. We always have a warm welcome in the mornings and a great handover at the collection time.
I'm very impressed with the way the nursery runs and how my daughter has progressed developmentally.
Pixieland also has a soft play area and a fantastic garden which my daughter loves and gets very excited to tell us all about when she comes home.

Nothing but good things to say about Pixieland since my daughter started there in the autumn. Staff are friendly and care very much about the children. My daughter is always happy to go in the morning and loves talking about what she has done there in the day.

My daughter has been attending for over a year now, starting in the baby room and recently moving into the little toddler room. She always comes out with a big smile in her face having been cared for excellently by the kind, friendly and professional staff. She gets to try new foods and learn new skills

This review is for the nursery in general. I feel so at ease when my daughter attends because I know shes going to have the best day. She always comes out so happy and smiling. The nursery staff are all really friendly and really make us feel so welcome. We are always kept up to date on our daughters
day through a daily diary which is nice to be able to see what she gets up to.

My children have been going to Pixieland for a few years now and I can't fault them. The staff are amazing and care so much. The facilities are brilliant, especially with the additions of the outside play area and the indoor soft play - both of mine have loved playing with it all.
The quality of care
is incredible, but the work they put in to helping your child learn is magnificent. My youngest is in pre-school and is regularly singing the whole alphabet letter perfect.
Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My son has been attending preschool at Pixieland in Stoke for a few months now and he absolutely loves it. He looks forward to going each day, has made so many friends and tells his father and I funny stories over dinner each evening about his adventures from the day. I can relax knowing he is in the
safe hands of staff members he adores and is provided with a nutritious lunch and healthy snacks throughout his day.
He had previously attended a different nursery, but they simply did not have the resources or the staff quality that Pixieland provides. My son is so happy here, I would not even consider sending him anywhere else.

The baby's area is great, the manager is great and doesn't mind you calling to check-in. They did really cute bits for Christmas which was a nice keepsake. Our child is always happy to go and happy when we pick them up!
My only negative is that the elog isn't updated every time my child is in with
what they've eaten and drank but I think this is just due to busyness and time so it's fine. But that's minimal as I highly recommend the nursery otherwise.

Both of my twin sons attend here and they absolutely love it!
All of the team are really attentive and it definitely feels like they have taken the time to get to know my sons, and they have created a great bond with them.
I was really impressed with the nursery's outdoor space and the toddler room
is perfect for my sons' needs and definitely keeps them entertained! I have noticed a positive improvement in my sons, from their speech to their manners (!) since starting early in 2022. They have definitely come on leaps and bounds which is definitely supported by Pixieland.
Would highly recommend to other parents.
