We are incredibly impressed with the progress our 3-year-old son has made since moving up to upper preschool. The transition from nappies to pants was a massive step for our family, and it was handled wtih such warmth and patience by the staff. What stands out most is the complete sense of trust we
feel when dropping him off each morning. The staff always greet him with a happy smile and a genuine check-in on how he is doing. We love the recent introduction of the app; it's wonderful to see his face during the day and feel connected to his learning. He's becoming so independent, even showing off his table manners at home (and occasionally shushing us if we talk too much!). At pick-up, we always enjoy the detailed updates; it is clear the staff truly know his personality and which activities he enjoys most. We couldn't ask for a more supportive environment.

My daughter loves going to nursery, she is thriving and learning so much through Kate and the team. The opportunities to go to forest school and to join in with Jeannette at kitchen school is a great thing to offer the children, she definitely loves to help more in the kitchen at home.

We couldn't be happier with our son's experience at this nursery. He has been attending for the past four months, and the support from the staff during his settling-in period was absolutely wonderful. They were so patient, caring and reassuring - not just with him, but with us as parents too. The activities
they provide are fantastic and really varied. He's always coming home excited to tell us about what he's been doing. We're also really pleased with the healthy meals and snacks offered. It's reassuring to know he's being encouraged to eat well and try different foods in such a positive environment. He talks about how much fun he's had at nursery every single day. Seeing how happy and confident he is now compared to when he first started says everything. We're so grateful to the amazing team.

A fantastic nursery! Our son has been here since he was 10 months and is now 2.5 years old. He has been through the baby, toddler and lower preschool rooms so far. The staff have all been amazing throughout, they really take time to get to know the whole family and support the child in their learning
and development. The outdoor facilities are brilliant; we like that there is some shared space with other classes - but it's also great that the smaller children have a different space to the older ones. We feel that our son is developing really well under the care and leadership at Culham. We like the verbal updates and regular parents' updates (instead of an app!). The food always sounds healthy and varied. Overall, we are so happy and - most importantly - our son is too.

Excellent facilities with kind staff. I never felt uncomfortable/worried leaving our son. He was assigned a key worker, and we were provided with regular updates on his development and daily routines. He loved his time here; if we weren't moving away, we would have loved him to stay. It's given him
a great start in life.

My child has been at the nursery since 2023, and in that time, he has thrived there. The support from the staff through his interests, which have been nurtured, and through big life events (moving house, sibling) has been outstanding. Now we are looking at primary schools for our child, it has become
even more clear how well 'set up' our child is for school, with not only more 'academic' type tasks - but also socially, and importantly - emotionally. Our children's language skills are tremendously nurtured at nursery, and the ability to articulate feelings because of a wonderful focus on wellbeing of the children is something that has really stuck out to us as parents. Thank you for such a wonderful environment for our child! All of the staff, in all roles, have been fantastic!

My wife & I love that we sent our son to this nursery. The staff are amazing and pay special attention to little details like learning our son's teddy's name. The meals they provide are exceptional, and they're attentive to gluten allergies like our son has. The teachers and management help provide
advice when asked for. As first time parents, we were concerned about various milestones for our child; the teachers put our minds at ease. The play area is great and has endless things in it to entertain our son. We feel our son is very safe and happy at this nursery - and this is confirmed every morning when he runs into class for breakfast,

Elise and the team made our daughter's transition to their first preschool room minimally disruptive and a joy for our daughter. She has thrived at the opportunity to join in with the 'bigger kids' and gain more independence. The team are so receptive to knowing when she's ready and how to engage her
with this. The whole room has supported our daughter (and W!) with vital potty training, allowing us to create a seamless transition between home and nursery. We continue to be impressed but their knowledge of our daughter and her likes, comfort and smiggles. Our daughter loves Ellie's magical way with her hair! It brings us joy when she proudly shows us her latest style. Thea had a huge role in helping our daughter transition to a new room. Her empathy meant a lot.

Our daughter has had a fantasic experience at Culham Village Nursery for the last 3 years she has always felt very secure there and attached to the staff and we have never had any worries droppign her off each day. The range of activities offered is brilliant and her development thanks to the staff

We've had such a beautiful experience with the Culham Village Nursery from very first day, the staff treated my daughter with so much kindness and care, and that immediately put me at ease. My daughter absolutely loves going in every morning. She has grown in confidence, made lovely friends, and learning

Our daughter attended Culham Village Nursery and Preschool for 3 years and had an excellent experience throughout. The facilities are well equipped with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The staff are attentive and friendly and are always coming up with fun activities and learning opportunities for
the children. The extra activities to help prepare children for attending school run ally seemed to have helped our daughter get ready. The fresh meals and snacks prepared onsite were always well balanced and healthy. Last time I checked the prices seemed comparable to other nurseries in the area so in my view they provided excellent value for money.
My only minor criticism is that many of the processes such as feedback and accident forms etc. are still manual. I'm aware other settings use apps for this so that might be an area for improvement.
But overall I would throughly recommend this setting as they are excellent in all the areas that matter.

Both of my children attended CVN, and I couldn't be happier with the care they've received. My youngest started in the baby room and stayed all the way through upper preschool, and throughout the years, the staff have been constantly kind, dedicated and attentive. They've truly taken the time to get
to know each of my children, supporting them to thrive in a warm, nurturing environment.
While I would love to see a more tech-forward approach, like having an app for updated and daily reports, the communication with the nursery has still been excellent. You can easily reach out to the team by phone or email, and they're always quick to respond and happy to talk through questions or concerns.
It's been a wonderful start to both my children's early years, and I'm grateful for the care they've received. We'll miss going to CNV regularly.
