Staff are diligent and caring. We are kept up to date at handover. Child loves going to pre school and has blossomed since attending nursery / pre school. Child always feels safe, we feel confident and assured with safeguarding and hitting milestones etc.
One issue is that child is charged for
meals and snacks despite being under 5.

The school has been a breath of fresh air since transferring from our previous preschool. Communication is excellent, and the care and attention given to my child is clearly evident. My child enjoys attending preschool and loves the teachers. I appreciate the weekly updates outlining what the
children have done and what is planned for the week ahead. Thank you for being so patient and supportive with my child, as it has been a long journey for us.
I feel that our child is thriving in this environment, and we are grateful for the positive impact the school has had. We could not be happier with the experience so far.

Very happy with the nursery. Polite staff. Daughter loves going and has learnt alot. Staff take time to talk about the child's day and explain what they have done. Cant fault the nursery and I recommend it to everyone

Our little one adores it here, his little legs and arms bounce up and down when he sees the front door.
The team are great and super helpful, it's very apparent that they love what they do. When he started he wouldn't take a bottle but the team both blended all his meals and helped us get him
onto a bottle.
The team are great at communicating with us. Every day they provide a in depth description of what they have been up to. Also I feel confident as they will call us if there is any concerns.
We'd highly recommend the place to anyone

My boys have been attending Brooksward Nursery and Pre-School from day 1.
They absolutely love it and settled in very nicely and easy. Staff have been so caring and thoughtful and loving towards our children. Absolutely love it there. I always receive a full report of what they have eaten during
the day and what activities they have been doing and also photos which is great. Highly recommend!

I have had children attending this setting for the last six years and did not hesitate to continue with them once the school took control after the private company previously running it pulled out with very little notice.
Luckily there was a high level of staff retention which made the transition
unnoticeable to my two and a half year old, but that also speaks volumes about how much the staff care for this nursery!
Every member of staff is approachable and accommodating especially during those occasional difficult drop offs.
Both my children enjoy going there and have a fond attachment to the staff (which includes the desire to invite them to their birthday parties)
The rooms are well equipped and there is constant rotation of activities. Especially as they now bring in football classes and a music/dance activity.
The PE lessons with the school coaches have been a great addition too and the constant forest school upgrades continue to be another jewel in the crown.
TLDR: It's great!

I have two children within the nursery and preschool and highly recommend it. The staff are friendly, welcoming and supportive of the children. Both my children have been in the setting since they were 11 months old, and settled quickly. The balance of learning and fun is good, and they are happy to
work with you on any areas of concern. I also like how much outdoor time they allow for the children, as the outdoor areas are good and they also enjoy forest school and PE.
