My son joined N Family Club in Forest Hill in January 2025 at 1 year old. The Nursery was brand new and as a result the facilities are excellent, but there were some initial teething problems with staffing etc. I'm very happy to say that those were resolved and 9 months later my son loves going to nursery and has a strong bond with his key carers. He has made some lovely friendships and shows visible signs of the varied learning and play they offer there - his speech has come on in leaps and bounds and he is so confident and independent. The staff are kind and welcoming and seem to really know and care for my son in a personal way, which is so reassuring. I feel very happy that he will have another two years here and feel sure that he will make the transition to school armed with the skills and confidence he needs.

We are so thrilled Lucia is at this nursery most particularly because of Angie!! Lucia has really bonded with her and she makes a huge difference to how we feel about the nursery overall. It is very well run, efficient and there are other positives to the nursery, but Angie and some of the other staff members there are what has given us the confidence in this nursery. We hope the staff members are really taken care of and valued because they do so much and are so caring to our little ones.

Our daughter joined N Family Club Forest Hill in February 2025 aged 1. We have been impressed with the facilities and the wide range of daily activities planned for our child. Our daughter also loves the food - the menu is so varied and nutritious! In the 5 months our daughter has been attending her eating and communication skills have come on so quickly. We have also been amazed at how the nursery have taught our daughter makaton. It is clearly an environment that she thrives in and enjoys - she is always so keen to be dropped off in the morning. The staff have all taken time to get to know our daughter and us - everyone is on first name terms. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and management are always available to talk to. We are very happy with our choice of nursery.

We started at N Club in January and have been so happy with our experience. The staff go out of their way to make you and your little one feel welcome. They are kind and caring and very professional. My son is thriving with all the activities. As a parent I feel they communicate well and problem solve quickly. As with any nursery issues arise but they are quick to respond, address, communicate and resolve effectively. The parent bar is a thoughtful touch. The food for the kids is elevated and nutritious.

N family Forest Hill has been amazing. Our son has settled very well and has been supported every step of the way. They take every piece of feedback seriously and professionally and we're always greeted with a warm welcome. All staff know the children well and make their health and safety a priority. The chef makes incredible food daily and our son loves each dish- he's actually excited about it and tells us all about what chef made that day. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. We're really happy that we decided to move to this nursery

We have been looking forward to the nursery opening and I have to say, it does not disappoint. The overall ascetics are beautiful, it's clean with amazing natural light and a surprisingly large garden. The staff have been fantastic, so warm and welcoming. My daughter has absolutely loved coming into the nursery and has so much to say and share with us at the end of the day about what she has done in the day, which is so lovely to hear. The menu and food is amazing, my daughter has eaten more at nursery than she ever did at her old one which is so reassuring to see and she has taken more interest in cooking and where her food comes from and how it is made. The management team have been so helpful and detailed in making sure my daughter's settling suited her and made the whole transition so easy. They have been nothing short of amazing.
