A great nursery with wonderful teachers and kind staff. The daily activities enable the kids to learn something new and explore. My child is having a great time and I'm so glad we found this nursery.

This is my second review on this page as I feel the importance to document the progress as your child gets older. My son joined the nursery at 15 months he is now 31 months old and loves going to nursery, he lists all his friends and practitioners and talks about them a lot.
My son has been in 3
rooms as he has got older, he has moved up and the transition has been smooth, the staff were so helpful with potty training (thank you). I also wanted to say the updates and feedback on what the kids have been up to daily is great. He now comes home and tells me all about it.
Thank you for being the place that we feel good about leaving him for such a big part of our week.

Our child has just started at Bright Horizons Goldhawk Rd and I couldn't have asked for a more positive start. The staff are welcoming, professional and knowledgeable and they have allowed him to settle in quickly.
The facilities are great and we get wonderful updates throughout the day of how
things ars going and all the activities that the children are enjoying. We moved from a different local nursery and wish we had just joined Bright Horizons from the start!

We are so satisfied and happy for both of our little girls; Both Pre-school & baby settlements are filled with caring people and professionalism; Every week our girls are engaged in new activities that bring new lessons and fun!

I have two little ones going to this nursery so I can say that we have been through a fair share of the nursery's rooms. The nursery is very well kept. The staff in every room have been amazing and very patient with my kids. They have always worked towards understanding what both my kids need and
worked along with me to help the kids learn and feel a sense of belongingness. Although they have an app that updates me about my kids daily activities the room staff always make it a point to briefly inform me in person as well. I'm glad we chose this nursery.

My daughter has now attended Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road now for well over 12 months, having started as one of the first children in the centre. We are extremely satisfied with the level of care, educational experiences, and professionalism of the staff. In particular we are so grateful for the
multicultural aspect of the centre; the educators make considerable effort to incorporate language, music, literature and culture from all over the world. Our family is not from the UK and we delight in knowing our daughter can share her culture with her nursery friends as well as learn about the culture of others through authentic experiences. Our daughter is now in the toddler room, transitioning into preschool and we are delighted she has returned under the care of the exemplary educators she had started with last year.

I absolutely love this nursery, the staff are so friendly and attentive to my LO who has been going there for 6+ months, it truly is a home from home environment. A good balance of nutritious meals and snacks, my LO spend time learning through play inside and outside. The nursey has a plan that
hones in on things that my LO needs to develop whilst incorporating their interests through play such as motor skill and communication. I look forward to the weekly round up where I am updated with activities that took place each week which features pictures.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road nursery for about 7 months now and he really loves it. We have found all the staff so caring and attentive. It seems he is always doing fun activities that are also educational, and they try to get the families involved as much as possible
which is great. They spend a lot of time outside in the garden and even sometimes do trips to the park. He has developed so much since starting - we have been very happy with our experience here so far

My 1yr old daughter started her settling in last week and has loved it there so much. I can tell she's enjoying her time there, the staff are so nice and I can rest assured she is well looked after in a safe, clean environment. Love this nursery especially after visiting a few others nearby where
there is a lot of children in one room with limited staff members and doesn't look as hygienic.

Our daughter joined Bright Horizons just after turning three, transitioning from a much smaller setting. While the beginning was quite challenging for her, she now absolutely loves what she proudly calls her "big school." The preschool team has been fantastic in helping her settle in, and their
warmth, patience, and encouragement have made the difference.
One of the things we really appreciate is the structured yet fun approach to learning. The weekly book choices and the introduction of a different artist each week are such creative ways to engage the children and expand their curiosity. She enjoys talking about what she's learned at home, which is a testament to how well these activities are designed.
Beyond academics, the variety of hands-on activities is amazing-homemade playdough, water play, dressing up, storytelling, and so much more. She comes home excited to share her experiences, and it's clear she's thriving in this engaging and stimulating environment.

Our son started at Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road about 6 months ago and absolutely loves it! At first it was tough to transition for him to nursery after he had spent a year at home with his parents, but the staff in his room are just so caring and amazing, he quickly bonded with them and especially
with his key person, whom he absolutely adores. Now his face lights up when he sees his practitioners and he practically jumps out of my arms when I drop him off as he's so excited to engage in the different fun and educational activities they plan every day. I am really impressed with how deliberate the staff are about helping the babies learn and develop--each week has a theme and there are learning activities to go along with it and lots of play to develop the babies' senses and skills. The facilities are positively amazing--the building has been recently refurbished and is positively beautiful, spotless, with a big garden. We could not be happier with every aspect of the nursery!

We absolutely love the nursery. Our toddler is so happy. She looks forward to going every day, she never cries when she is left. She feels safe, comfortable and content. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Whenever we have questions, they are answered quickly and efficiently.

with the nursery. It is always clean. The reception is so welcoming and always smells amazing when you walk it.
My child is well looked after, she is supported and she is loved by the staff.
The facilities are impeccable and impressive. The toys and learning opportunities are next level. The app is brilliant to use and we get regular updates daily and weekly.
Our child loves the food. The food seems to be nutritious and healthy, although I have not seen it, the menu sounds great.

Our son has settled in incredibly well with the wonderful help of the staff and his key worker, amazing.
Communication from the nursery has been great and the manager is always available should we have any queries.
The classrooms are clean, bright and engaging for the children and all the staff
are very friendly and welcoming.

We are very happy with Bright Horizons, Goldhawk Road. The staff have been excellent and the management is impressive. Our son is learning lots and we notice big changes in him. The staff really took the time to get to know him and have bonded very well. The activities they plan are lovely - last
week they all went on the bus as the children had been singing 'wheels on the bus'!
The premises are lovely and the baby rooms are perfectly set up. The small size of the baby rooms means that my son has built really lovely friendships.
I really value the amount of communication from the nursery; from hosting a parents' evening to the detailed handover each day, I feel very well informed and able to share any concerns or opinions I may have.

Our daughter has been with bright horizons Goldhawk branch since inception. We are grateful to have her there and we couldn't thank the staff enough for their support and care. They've been fantastic! The nursery setting is quite unique and warm which helps the kids learn and be curious.

We have been completely blown away with how well our little boy has settled into Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road Day Nursery and Preschool. He has always been tricky to leave with people he doesn't know but the team are so warm and welcoming that he felt at home in no time. The rooms are lovely and
light, with great toys and games suited to the children's development stage. They have lots of fun activities from messy play to painting to learning about nature, so he sleeps like a log every night! But the thing we have been most impressed with is how brilliant all of the nursery staff are. They are kind, caring and full of energy, they are angels and we so appreciate all of their hard work.

Our experience at Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road Day Nursery and Preschool has been exceptional since day one. The welcoming, homely atmosphere is complemented by a fantastic team of staff who are attentive, caring and always go the extra mile to ensure our daughter feels safe and engaged. One of the
standout features is the app which keeps us updated on her meals, naps and activities in real-time. It's such a comfort to see her happy and thriving through the photos they share. The creative activities they plan keep her excited about going to nursery and it's clear she's learning and growing in such a positive way. We couldn't recommend the nursery more!

What a joy to have found this nursery! My son joined a few weeks ago and settled in in no time. This is undoubtedly due to the attention and care of all the lovely staff who work there. The food is amazing, the activities are fun and inventive and they keep me up to date on everything making me
incredibly relaxed. I think most importantly, the nursery is incredibly clean, tidy and well looked after. Thank you for your hard work!

Beautiful setting with cosy rooms and a homely atmosphere. The resources are age appropriate and the environment enables the child's development. The management team has been helpful and supportive and they're always happy to assist with any questions or concerns. The chef is very friendly and
polite, prepares all these nice and nutritious meals for the children. Our experience so far has been very positive and how couldn't it be having this amazing staff? All the lovely girls in our daughter's room make us feel safe leaving our child in their care. They plan fun and creative activities for the children which we get to see through the app they use to update the parents on their child's day. Kind and reassuring, the girls provide the best care for our daughter and we're grateful to have this group of people looking after her. Overall, we're very pleased with the nursery so far and we do recommend it to other parents.

We have been very happy with our 9-month-old daughter there, it has been a couple of months now and I can see so much development in her, she's so happy and chatty and it's lovely to see. The staff are wonderful and kind and loving and I find it very comforting knowing that while I'm working she is
being cared for very well.
