Overall excellent on everything! Great communication flexibility. The staff and the owner are really kind. I mean so down to earth everyone. Prompt reply to any queries. Genuine people doing great work to the society. They need and deserve all the support and praise.

My daughter had a wonderful nursery experience.
Thank you for all the care, support, and kindness you've given our daughter. She has loved her time here and grown so much because of the amazing staff. We're truly grateful for everything. She will miss you all!

My son went to a different nursery where he was unhappy and I moved him to this nursery, Super Steps Watford, to see if it would make a difference due to the 5* ratings. My son has been much happier since and is developing well. I recommend this place. They have invested a fair bit in developing the
indoor space since my son started.

As a first-time mum, I was naturally nervous about leaving my 9-month-old son in nursery for the first time-but Super Steps has been an absolute blessing! The staff are incredibly loving, caring, and attentive. They took such wonderful care of my little one and made the settling-in process smooth
and reassuring for both of us. He adjusted so well, which is a true testament to the nurturing environment they provide. Communication with management has also been seamless they are approachable, supportive, and always willing to help. I highly recommend Super Steps Nursery to any parent looking for a safe and caring place for their child.

Best nursery ever! I highly recommend it. This place is clean and safe. My daughter is completely in love with the staff, and that's the most important thing. They are doing a lot of funny and educational activities for children. For me, as a parent, it is extremely important to know that my child
is safe and loved, and I found all these here.

Lovely little nursery with very caring and devoted staff. My son has been going there for a year and a half now, and he goes there very happily every day. Not only a great choice for daytime but also for after school club that they started recently. We will definitely miss it when my son moves on to
reception in September.

Super Steps is a fantastic nursery, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have their child in the nursery. My son loved the place and all the staff, especially the manager. The staff was very accommodating and caring, always helpful. My son is now in primary school but still remembers
his lovely time at Super Steps.

My daughter loves this nursery. She started when she was two, and since then, she did enjoy every single day. The staff did teach her so many things. They are all super professional and helpful. Best nursery in town. Highly recommended.

Love Super Steps Nursery - it is an excellent nursery.

Knowing that my kid is in safe hands is a kind of blessing.
Friendly and caring staff.
Easy to communicate - listen carefully.
Suggestion - would be nice if the school could create passwords for each kid between parents and nursery staff so that when someone (other than the parent) picks up the
kids, asks for the password.
Should have allowed more time for parent meetings.

Always very worried about the child. Every time I needed help with something, including English, as our first language is Portuguese, they were always very attentive. Care, attention, responsibility and dedication to my daughter. It truly became her second home.
