My son went to a different nursery where he was unhappy and I moved him to this nursery, Super Steps Watford, to see if it would make a difference due to the 5* ratings. My son has been much happier since and is developing well. I recommend this place. They have invested a fair bit in developing the indoor space since my son started.

As a first-time mum, I was naturally nervous about leaving my 9-month-old son in nursery for the first time-but Super Steps has been an absolute blessing! The staff are incredibly loving, caring, and attentive. They took such wonderful care of my little one and made the settling-in process smooth and reassuring for both of us. Communication with management has also been seamless they are approachable, supportive, and always willing to help. Best nursery ever! I highly recommend it. This place is clean and safe. My daughter is completely in love with the staff, and that's the most important thing. They are doing a lot of funny and educational activities for children. For me, as a parent, it is extremely important to know that my child is safe and loved, and I found all these here.

Lovely little nursery with very caring and devoted staff. My son has been going there for a year and a half now, and he goes there very happily every day. Not only a great choice for daytime but also for after school club that they started recently. We will definitely miss it when my son moves on to reception in September.

Should have allowed more time for parent meetings.

Always very worried about the child. Every time I needed help with something, including English, as our first language is Portuguese, they were always very attentive. Care, attention, responsibility and dedication to my daughter. It truly became her second home.
