Our son thrived under the wonderful preschool staff at Pepperberry, who were caring and dedicated. Sadly, our experience with the finance and management team has been extremely disappointing. We paid our nursery fees a year in advance, meaning we couldn't benefit from the Government Tax-Free
Childcare scheme. Pepperberry offered a workaround - pay again through the scheme to receive the 20% benefit, with a refund promised within 30 days. We followed this in good faith, but over 46 days past the agreed 12th September 2025 refund date, we've had no payment or communication. Despite repeated calls, emails, and visits, we've been ignored or fobbed off. This is unacceptable and unethical, especially when families rely on transparency and trust. The finance team's lack of accountability has completely overshadowed what was otherwise a great experience for our child. I hope this prompts Pepperberry to finally honour their commitment.
