We have been really impressed with how well Ralph has settled in to his nursery room. He adores Anette and the food. We enjoy updates when we receive them but I have mentioned to Liz that some days we don't get any pictures/updates so this could be improved as this is the highlight of our days. The
nursery environment is always pleasant and clean. We are looking forward to more updates and Ralph's learning journey.

As a family, we have enjoyed the journey of 2 of our children at this setting. Both are shy and cautious children by nature. It's down to the home-from-home feeling of the place and the loving support of the staff, that have helped our children develop their confidence. This is a happy place, where
imagination is nurtured, friendships built and memories made.

Our little boy has been attending Nature on the Hill for nearly a year now, and he absolutely loves it. All of the staff are very friendly, approachable, and always go above and beyond to make sure the he is happy and cared for during his days at nursery.
One thing we really appreciate is how often
they update the parent app. When I'm at work it's lovely to see what he's been up to during the day. They regularly upload photos, usually once or twice a day, which is very reassuring and shows just how much fun he is is having.
It's clear that he is not only enjoying themselves but also learning lots of different skills through a great mix of activities and play. We're really happy with the care and environment they provide and would highly recommend the nursery to other parents.

Excellent development program for my child.
The nursery nurses always display so much care and compassion when dealing with us. They represent the nursery in such a professional manor yet personal giving you complete trust.

My children have attended Nature Trails Nursery at Parbold Hill for the past 2 years and have really thrived in this time. The staff are attentive and supportive which allows the children to blossom within a learning environment.

I looked at 4 nurseries before choosing this one. It was small, in a nice location and when I visited the children had been playing with pinecones and sticks - there was a real emphasis on playing outdoors and bringing the outdoors in. This is something which was very important to me.
My child
has never had a bad day here, she's settled in nicely. Her brother is now there and he's equally as happy. Sometimes they even get to play together!
Because it's a nice small size, all the staff know your child and I've found the staff friendly and helpful.
The menu is really varied, I've even had to look up what a couple of the meals actually are!! :D

My 5 month old daughter has just started at the nursery, and the staff have been great. Annette had her in her usual routine pretty quickly. Holly seems to be enjoying it and has had some good days there and many to come!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this nursary. My daughter has attended since she was 12/13 months old and she's now 2. She's absolutely thriving. They send regular updates and photos throughout the day. They are keen to listen to parents and go above and beyond to accommodate. The
staff and management are kind, professional and compassionate to a high standard. I feel confident knowing they care for my daughter so well. Keep up the amazing work.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are honestly amazing-always friendly, welcoming, and so accommodating. No matter what's needed, they're happy to help and really go the extra mile.
My child is always so happy to go in and absolutely loves the staff, which says everything.
They've been amazing at supporting my child's extra needs and are always so patient, understanding, and flexible. It's such a reassuring feeling knowing your child is cared for by people who genuinely care. I couldn't recommend them enough.

My son moved to Parbold nature on the hill in September aged 2 from another nursery. At first I was extremely apprehensive how he would settle and adjust and found it very difficult to leave him. However, he had a few settling in days and the staff had been very understanding and ensuring he was
getting involved snd updating me. The nursery have an app so I can track photos, meals and general updates which they keep on top of everyday and I found it extremely comforting.
Fast forward 4 months and he is completely in his element. He fully enjoys himself and is extremely comfortable. The staff are all lovely.
The menu/meal choices are versatile and nutritious.

A lovely little nursery in a quiet, peaceful setting and run by friendly, caring staff. Our first child went there from 1 year old and our second has just joined recently as well. Would definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a nursery where you feel like you are leaving your children with family or close friends this is the place for you. A small community feel nursery that is nurturing and caring. The staff are happy to accommodate your children's idiosyncrasies and are child led rather than
sticking to a "rule book" as some larger places can be.
I've been really happy with the care my two boys have received. I think of the ladies who work there as friends who I trust, they will be honest and always respectful. Thank you so much, knowing the boys are happy and safe is invaluable. We are so grateful for everything you do.

We're so happy to have found Nature Trail on the Hill. From the warm, welcoming environment to the caring and attentive staff, it's clear this nursery truly values each child's growth and well-being.
The staff are incredibly passionate about nurturing both academic and social skills, and we've seen
our daughter's confidence and independence grow. If you're looking for a supportive, and creative space for your child, we highly recommend Nature Trail on the Hill.

This is a fabulous nursery.
All staff are extremely welcoming, comforting and encouraging.
Lots of different learning experiences, inside and outdoors.

A lovely setting, my child loves to go, and get lots of updates throughout the day, and at pick-up time too, they always seem to have extra fun things going on. Additionally, my child has severe allergies and I feel very safe sending him there because of their diligent attitudes to his safety.

Kind, welcoming staff who seem to genuinely care about my son and are nearly as excited by his development and character as I am. They provide a huge array of activities and experiences to play and learn. Feedback is always personal and they make me feel supported as a parent. Very happy and would
