We've had a wonderful experience with this nursery. My daughter settled in so quickly, which was such a relief as a parent, and I never worry leaving her in their care. It didn't take her long at all to feel comfortable and happy, and it's clear that the staff really take the time to get to know
each child individually. They know my daughter so well, which gives me a lot of confidence that she's in great hands.The staff are always friendly, helpful and approachable. They make a real effort to get to know you on a personal level and have a laugh with you, which makes the whole experience feel very welcoming and supportive. I love receiving the photo updates on the app -it's so nice to see what she's been up to - as well as general information about her day.
The little touches, like the crafts and small gifts the children make, are such a lovely bonus and something we really treasure at home.
Most importantly, my daughter is always happy to be there, which says everything!

We love Nature Trail Heskin! The staff are absolutely brilliant and would 100% recommend. Our Children LOVE the staff and develop a wonderful bond with them. Child 1 attended 2020-2025 and child 2 started in 2025, with both children absolutely loving their time spent at Nursery.
Outdoor activities
were a priority for us when choosing which nursery to attend, and Nature Trail Heskin does it all, from daily outdoor play to regular walks and park trips.
Both Children have excelled since attending, and I would recommend this Nursery to anybody.

My daughter currently attends nature trails heskin and loves her time at nursery, the staff have been amazing and she seems excited to go in every day, the team do an amazing job at keeping them entertained and engaged throughout the day with lots of activities too.

My little boy started with Nature Trail Heskin when he was about 11months old. He had a difficult few weeks acclimatising, but the staff worked with us to help put him at ease. Fast forward a few months and now he loves it! When I collect him, he's happy to carry on playing which is a sure sign hes
thriving in the social environment in nursery.
We love the updates and pictures we get in the app, it helps paint a picture of what hes been up to and helps put your mind at ease.

We love Heskin Nature Trail Nursery! My little girl started just before 12 months old and the transition was difficult for her at first but the staff were so kind and attentive towards both my baby and me they made us both so comfortable and now she loves it! The updates on the app are amazing and I
can see how well looked after all the children are, and how much fun they have, she has learned so much since being there and I would recommend this nursery to everyone!

Our second child currently attends here and we have had a wonderful experience for the last 4.5 years. When we first viewed nurseries we thought that the facilities were a little tired (and they are, compared to some larger/new build settings), but the warmth and friendliness of staff immediately
won us over. It is a very homely, nurturing environment and we've valued that very much for our little ones. There is daily access to the outdoor spaces and our boys absolutely love this. We love that they come home dirty every day!
There have been some periods of higher staff turnover which is sometimes unsettling, but the new staff always settle in so quickly and my husband and I have commented to each other numerous times that we shouldn't have worried - they always make excellent recruitment choices.
The app used to report on daily topics and development notes is well used and we highly appreciate the quality insight we get to our child's time in nursery.

We have always been thrilled with this nursery.
They were wonderful with my daughter and now my son is there, both thriving.
Really offered a wide variety of activities and a nurturing warm environment
We love the outdoor areas and the outdoor focus; and the open plan indoors and flexible play
areas, but it's the friendly fun and genuinely amazing staff that sets it apart

We've had a wonderful experience with Nature Trails Heskin, since our daughter joined in early 2024 and couldn't be happier. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's development and wellbeing. She has settled in so well into Hedgehogs and looks forward to
going each day, which says everything.
The environment is warm, safe, and stimulating, with a great balance of learning, play, and creativity. We're especially impressed by the communication from the team, they keep us well informed (both app and in person) and are always approachable and supportive.
It's clear that the children are valued as individuals, and the nurturing atmosphere has helped our child grow in confidence and independence. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and enriching setting for their children.

My child only started a couple of weeks ago at Heskin after the Euxton setting closed and we already love it. We feel that she is with safe, knowledgeable and friendly staff who genuinely care for her welfare. Our daughter is so happy at Heskin, it was the best decision we made to ask for her to
move to the this nursery rather then the one originally offered when Euxton announced it's closure. She is so happy at Heskin and is always excited to attend.
