We couldn't be happier with the Nursery, we love every member of staff that we have come across. We feel comfortable and confident having our daughter there and can see how much she is benefitting from being in such a positive, nurturing setting.

I am so glad we found key steps!! We searched high and low in Cirencester when I was pregnant, as soon as we walked in - we just knew it was the perfect place for our little lady! We decided to put our little girl in at 10 months old, I am not going to lie, the first few drop offs were horrendous, but wow the staff went above and beyond to make sure she eventually settled. The love, care and attention to detail is second to none, we are so grateful for all the staff, every single lady I have met knows her name, and is just so welcoming every time!! She has come on leap and bounds within 3 months of joining! If you are considering Key Steps, don't wait around, they are just the best!

We're so grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery for our little boy. From the very beginning, during what was a turbulent time for our family. The office staff went above and beyond to support us. Their kindness, flexibility, and understanding truly made all the difference. Now, just a short time later, our little boy is so happy to go into nursery every morning. Seeing the big smile on his face at drop off, especially when he spots the familiar, caring members of staff. This reassures us that he's in the best possible hands while we are at work. The team is not only caring and nurturing, but also helpful and informative, always taking the time to share updates, answer our (many) questions, and make us feel included in his early years journey. We honestly couldn't ask for more. Thank you for creating such a safe, supportive, and loving environment! It genuinely means the world to us, and we rave about you to everyone.

It's been a lovely journey with Key Steps. They constantly strive to make things better for the children and the parents. I have seen my son grow under their care, from a shy toddler who was always by himself to a more confident individual. Would definitely recommend to anyone that's looking for a nurturing place for their little ones.

Our daughter attended Key Steps from aged 1.5 to 4 years old. She loved her time at nursery forming wonderful friends and having fun. Importantly she was always keen to attend and now asks to go back! We could not have asked for a more caring and supportive environment. The staff really knew and looked after each child. They had our complete trust. Thank you for giving our daughter a fantastic start, helping her personality flourish and preparing her for the next chapter. We will remember her Key Step days as an extremely happy time.

My daughter has been attending Key Steps since she was 10 months old and we could not be happier with the care she receives. The staff working in the baby room, really are special and make me feel so at ease when leaving my daughter there. I feel like they truly care about her, and what they do day to day, which is a positive difference from other day nurseries we've experienced. She's always so happy to go in, it's actually difficult getting her to leave at the end of the day! We're looking forward to seeing the rest of her journey as she moves up through the rooms!

It is a fantastic nursery, our son was so happy there and the care and attention he got from the staff was amazing. We always felt that he was in safe hands. Great facilities, great resources, delicious food and an incredible team of staff. We are very sad to say goodbye. I would highly recommend Key Steps to anyone.

Picking the right nursery for your little one is so important and we definitely made the right choice with Key Steps. The staff are so friendly, the meals are full of variety and freshly cooked. The office/management team are amazing too and are quick to respond to any questions you may have. Brilliant team and the perfect environment for the little ones!

My son started Key Steps in September and since being there I have seen him thrive in the environment they have created. The staff are wonderful, caring, and attentive. The whole nursery goes above and beyond and we recently enjoyed a 'Stay and Play' where we were able to meet other parents and get to know some of the other babies. He is fed so well from a fantastic menu and all the staff truly seem to know him and his ways. Transparency and communication is so important as a parent and it is certainly a strength at Key Steps.

There is nowhere else in the world we'd leave our little boy with, Key Steps is absolutely wonderful. All of the staff are just the most caring and loving people who look after our son day in, and day out! They do such a fantastic job, we are in total awe of what they do. All the children are involved in so many wonderful activities every single day, often season projects, age-appropriate learning, and brilliant messy play! We adore seeing everything they get up to via photos on the app, fun and exciting updates face-to-face at pickup, and of course, the little projects they proudly come home with - always getting pride of place on the fridge! Thank you to everyone who looks after our son, especially his incredible key workers, and fabulous office team who are always happy to help no matter what! The trust and love we have for all the staff is unmatchable and that is down to their amazing culture, professionalism, and kind hearts, they truly love looking after children. Thank you for everything you do!

Our 10-month-old daughter has been attending Key Steps for a couple of months now and absolutely loves it. The staff are so lovely and genuinely care about her and her well-being. I was apprehensive about leaving her at a nursery as I started back to work after maternity leave, but the team at Key Steps was so supportive and made it so much easier. She has gained so much confidence already, and they do learning activities with her that I never would have thought of. The staff keeps the app updated and frequently sends me pictures of her having fun at nursery, which is always the highlight of my day at work. We feel very lucky to have such a lovely nursery just down the road. Thank you Key Steps!

Key Steps is a fantastic nursery! All team members are lovely and they all genuinely care about the children and are very approachable, for both children and parents! They put in so much effort to make sure the children have so many activities on offer and tailor them to support their learning and development. I feel so comfortable leaving my son at nursery as I know that he is safe, cared for and extremely well-fed (they have a fantastic and varied nutritional menu for the children). My son loves this nursery and always has a smile on his face when he is there.

Key Steps have been extremely helpful over the last 3 years my son has been going. They have been very supportive in different situations. My son loves coming to nursery and I am so glad he settled in as well as he has.

I can't believe how well my little one has settled into nursery and the quality of care he receives. He is 9 months old and has been there for over a month now. As our parenting style is pretty gentle (feeding to sleep etc) I was apprehensive about how he would nap or feed at nursery, but he has been welcomed in by the staff and looked after so well that he naps every day, takes a bottle from them and has never cried when I hand him over! The staff are professional, kind and caring, and work with you to ease them into the nursery at the pace that works for you. So happy that we were able to join the Key Steps family!

My son loves coming here. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. My little boy has thrived since starting here and we couldn’t be happier! The food is good quality and healthy and my little boy always talks about what he eats in a day. The app makes it so easy to see what he’s been up to!

After my first child, who is now at school, attended Key Steps Day Nursery, I knew immediately that I wanted my youngest child to also be cared for by them too whilst I go to work. All the staff have such a kind and caring approach towards the child and the parents too and will do their utmost to make sure your child is happy. Staff will always listen and take on board any concerns that you may have about anything. The rooms are bright and they have some wonderful toys and learning activities to stimulate your child. The children have lots of outside playtime and opportunities to go on walks. Meals are always varied and food is always freshly cooked. I couldn’t be happier with the care that my child receives. We have been sending our son to Key Steps since he was nine months old. He settled in really quickly and absolutely loves it there. All of the staff are wonderful. Meals, snacks and nappies being included in the day rate is good value for money makes life a lot easier for us. The opening hours allow me to be flexible with my work pattern and its great being able to use the app to see what he’s up to throughout the day. Can’t recommend Key Steps highly enough.

Getting my son a place at Key Steps Nursery was such a good decision! He hasn’t been there long, but I’ve been so impressed with the care he receives there. The staff are always friendly when I pop in and are more than happy to fill me in on how his day has been. The communication is great from management too. They have taken my son’s food allergies seriously and I feel totally assured by this, he always eats well and has plenty of nutritious meals and snacks. The staff really helped him to settle in at the start and took his lead, this meant he felt comfortable napping and exploring in no time! I know he has loads of fun there and I have total peace of mind when I drop him off. Overall, I’ve been really pleased with Key Steps!

This nursery goes above and beyond for the children and the parents. The experiences the children have had is so wholesome, fun and educational. From a visit from the dentist, so he wasn’t afraid when he went for his first appointment, to going on a bear hunt and holding exotic pets. The staff are amazing and just having happy, smiley staff at morning drop-offs make it a much better, lighter start to the day. The nursery is always clean and tidy (as much as you’d expect from a setting with 40-odd children!) and the kids eat better than I do! My son makes me get up in the morning and out of bed so he can go to nursery - can’t get a better review than that!

Key Steps is one of the best nurseries in the Cotswolds. Not only has my daughter learned a lot during her time there, she is also becoming a well-rounded, friendly child. The staff are all fantastic and the management team are quick and efficient with any questions or queries I might have. If you’re unsure where to send your children, opt for Key Steps and you won’t be disappointed.
