Couldn't be happier with the quality of care at Key Steps. My son has been attending for almost 2 years and it's been a joy to watch his development at the nursery. I'm thrilled my youngest will be joining him in a few months.
The staff are incredible, so attentive and honestly care for the
children. The rooms are full of adventure and excitement for the children and the food is brilliant too. They are brilliant at adapting and moving alongside the children whether it's getting ready for school and learning or potty training!

I feel so incredibly lucky to have both my children at Key Steps Day Nursery. From the moment we arrive each morning, we're greeted with big smiles and open arms. There is such a strong sense of family among the staff and children, and it truly feels like a nurturing, supportive environment.
The
food provided is amazing, nutritional, balanced and something my children really enjoy. The variety of fun, engaging activities offered is wonderful too, my daughter always has stories to tell me when I pick her up, which is such a reassuring sign of how happy she is.
The rooms are filled with fantastic resources and toys that encourage learning and exploration. One of the things I love most about Key Steps is how much time they spend outdoors and I appreciate the effort the team puts into taking them on outings.
There staff are professional, caring and very kind. It's clear how dedicated they are and how much they genuinely care for the children.

An absolutely fantastic nursery.
Both our daughters have thrived since starting there both at 11 months.
The whole team make the whole experience so personal to each child , to ensure they are happy, healthy and excelling in all areas of development. All the staff feel more like friends and
family, and have so much love and passion for their roles, and it shines in their work.
One of the best decision we ever made was sending our girls to Key Steps. They absolutely love it and are so excited to walk through the door every morning

Both of my daughters attend Key steps nursery and i could not wish for a better place to send my girls every day.
Both of my children love going to nursery and every time I pick them up they are always so happy and have had a brilliant day.
My youngest daughter started in September 2025 and is
absolutely loving it and thriving massively.
One of my daughters had a slight speech delay so she isn't as advanced as some children in her class. The nursery picked up on this early on and I cannot tell you how supportive and caring they have been towards us as parents and to my daughter. The nursery called us in for a meeting and together we created a plan moving forward to help improve our daughter's speech.
Since having this meeting the progress in my daughters speech has improved twice fold and we owe it all to the fantastic staff at Key Steps.
I have recommended this nursery to so many people that have asked me what it's like and I can truly say I do not have a bad word to say at all!

My baby has been at key steps for 5 months now and I'm blown away by the experience. From the initial enquiry, settling in sessions, starting nursery and to the present I have nothing but positive feedback. Personable, attentive, informative and clear to see how much my little one Is thriving.

From what I've seen Key Steps so far it's a wonderful place, the staff are lovely and they keep me well informed of my daughter's activities through the app. I also love that they prepare all the food fresh.

What a fantastic nursery.
Everyone at Key Steps takes great care and pride in their work. They have been amazing with my son and have helped him develop and grow with enthusiasm. Nothing is ever too much and my son has the best time, he looks forward to going each morning.
You are always greeted
with a smile and a full run down of what they have been up to during the day on pick up.

Both our boys have been at key steps nursery, our oldest is now in school and despite him leaving over a year ago, he is still welcomed with open arms at drop off and pick up!
They both love going to nursery, they have real bonds with the staff, who you can see truely care about them and the
other children. Even when you see them out of work, they greet the boys with a smile and stop for a chat.
The variety of the activities, the messy play, the learning and the extra bits that make it special (librarian comes, the police, trips out and the zoo that comes in).
Even on days where drop off is a little trickier (where my little boy doesn't want to leave me) , they are reassuring to me as a parent, but do everything they can to help him go in, asking if he wants his favourite breakfast or toy etc, which really shows they know the children.
The updates and pictures we get are great and I love seeing what they are up to during the day.
I would highly recommend Keysteps to anyone!

Our daughter has been attending this nursery since September, and we couldn't be happier with the care and kindness she receives each day. The staff are genuinely passionate, supporting every child's development and helping them feel safe and confident.
She has grown so much socially and
emotionally, and the environment is warm, welcoming, and extremely well organised. You can feel the positive atmosphere as soon as you walk in.
The food is also fantastic. Meals are fresh, nutritious, and thoughtfully planned, and our daughter always enjoys them. It's reassuring to know she's eating so well during the day.
We also really appreciate the excellent communication with parents. We're kept updated with photos, highlights, and thoughtful notes about her progress, and the team are always happy to answer questions or talk through anything we need. It truly feels like a partnership and gives us complete peace of mind.
We can't recommend this nursery highly enough, thank you to the whole team

I am so glad we found key steps!! We searched high and low in Cirencester when I was pregnant, as soon as we walked in - we just knew it was the perfect place for our little lady!
We decided to put our little girl in at 10 months old, I am not going to lie, the first few drop offs were
horrendous, but wow the staff went above and beyond to make sure she eventually settled. The love, care and attention to detail is second to none, we are so grateful for all the staff, every single lady I have met knows her name, and is just so welcoming every time!!
She has come on leap and bounds within 3 months of joining! If you are considering Key Steps, don't wait around, they are just the best!

We're so grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery for our little boy. From the very beginning, during what was a turbulent time for our family. The office staff went above and beyond to support us. Their kindness, flexibility, and understanding truly made all the difference.
Now, just a short
time later, our little boy is so happy to go into nursery every morning. Seeing the big smile on his face at drop off, especially when he spots the familiar, caring members of staff. This reassures us that he's in the best possible hands while we are at work.
The team is not only caring and nurturing, but also helpful and informative, always taking the time to share updates, answer our (many) questions, and make us feel included in his early years journey.
We honestly couldn't ask for more. Thank you for creating such a safe, supportive, and loving environment! It genuinely means the world to us, and we rave about you to everyone.

It's been a lovely journey with Key Steps. They constantly strive to make things better for the children and the parents. I have seen my son grow under their care, from a shy toddler who was always by himself to a more confident individual. Would definitely recommend to anyone that's looking for a
nurturing place for their little ones.

Our daughter attended Key Steps from aged 1.5 to 4 years old. She loved her time at nursery forming wonderful friends and having fun. Importantly she was always keen to attend and now asks to go back!
We could not have asked for a more caring and supportive environment. The staff really knew and
looked after each child. They had our complete trust. Thank you for giving our daughter a fantastic start, helping her personality flourish and preparing her for the next chapter. We will remember her Key Step days as an extremely happy time.

My daughter has been attending Key Steps since she was 10 months old and we could not be happier with the care she receives. The staff working in the baby room, really are special and make me feel so at ease when leaving my daughter there. I feel like they truly care about her, and what they do day
to day, which is a positive difference from other day nurseries we've experienced. She's always so happy to go in, it's actually difficult getting her to leave at the end of the day! We're looking forward to seeing the rest of her journey as she moves up through the rooms!

It is a fantastic nursery, our son was so happy there and the care and attention he got from the staff was amazing. We always felt that he was in safe hands. Great facilities, great resources, delicious food and an incredible team of staff. We are very sad to say goodbye. I would highly recommend

Picking the right nursery for your little one is so important and we definitely made the right choice with Key Steps. The staff are so friendly, the meals are full of variety and freshly cooked. The office/management team are amazing too and are quick to respond to any questions you may have.

My son started Key Steps in September and since being there I have seen him thrive in the environment they have created. The staff are wonderful, caring, and attentive. The whole nursery goes above and beyond and we recently enjoyed a 'Stay and Play' where we were able to meet other parents and get
to know some of the other babies. He is fed so well from a fantastic menu and all the staff truly seem to know him and his ways. Transparency and communication is so important as a parent and it is certainly a strength at Key Steps.

There is nowhere else in the world we'd leave our little boy with, Key Steps is absolutely wonderful. All of the staff are just the most caring and loving people who look after our son day in, and day out! They do such a fantastic job, we are in total awe of what they do.
All the children are
involved in so many wonderful activities every single day, often season projects, age-appropriate learning, and brilliant messy play! We adore seeing everything they get up to via photos on the app, fun and exciting updates face-to-face at pickup, and of course, the little projects they proudly come home with - always getting pride of place on the fridge! Thank you to everyone who looks after our son, especially his incredible key workers, and fabulous office team who are always happy to help no matter what! The trust and love we have for all the staff is unmatchable and that is down to their amazing culture, professionalism, and kind hearts, they truly love looking after children. Thank you for everything you do!

Our 10-month-old daughter has been attending Key Steps for a couple of months now and absolutely loves it. The staff are so lovely and genuinely care about her and her well-being.
I was apprehensive about leaving her at a nursery as I started back to work after maternity leave, but the team at Key
Steps was so supportive and made it so much easier. She has gained so much confidence already, and they do learning activities with her that I never would have thought of.
The staff keeps the app updated and frequently sends me pictures of her having fun at nursery, which is always the highlight of my day at work.
We feel very lucky to have such a lovely nursery just down the road. Thank you Key Steps!
