Norfolk house is a lovely nursery - our son really enjoys his days here - with lots of activities and fun and caring staff! we love to see how he's learning new things, developing his confidence and enjoying good nutritious food!

Our two children have been through this nursery and everything about it is consistently excellent. The staff are all nurturing and caring, and there are lots of activities and even day trips for the children to enjoy. The management team are helpful and professional. We thoroughly recommend this

We couldn't be happier with our experience at NHN Oxford Road. From the first day of nursery, the team made what can often feel like a daunting transition into something smooth, reassuring, and genuinely positive, for both our baby and us as parents.
The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and
attentive. It's clear they truly invest in each child's development, taking the time to understand their individual needs, personalities and routines. We've seen such lovely progress in our baby since starting here, both socially and developmentally, which is a real testament to the nurturing environment they provide.
The nursery itself feels warm, welcoming and safe, exactly what you hope for when leaving your child in someone else's care. Communication has been excellent throughout, which has really helped put our minds at ease.
We're so grateful to have found a place where our baby is not only well cared for but genuinely happy. We wholeheartedly would recommend the nursery and thank you so much to all the staff.

Excellent environment in which my child is exceptionally happy and thriving. Sometimes use of the app could be improved and occasionally messaging from parents to all staff is not efficiently delivered on certain developmental issues.
Staff are caring and attentive with minimal agency staff
used.
Seems to offer a good mix of learning and fun and encourages friendships to develop between kids.

The sign of a good nursery? When your toddler talks about it all of the time and can't wait to get there in the morning. My son is now in the toddler room at Norfolk House and he loves it! The staff are so caring and fun, they do a wide range of activities and love to follow the children's
interests. He is developing really well and having fun every day.

Norfolk House Nursery has been amazing for my 19 month old. He has developed so much since he joined - he is happy, confident and is speaking well beyond the standard expected for his age. The staff are supportive and genuinely care for the children. The extra curricular activities are thoughtful
and enjoyable, offering the children a wide range of opportunities to balance their development.

My daughter goes to the nursery and has settled in so well, the staff go out of there way to know every child (Influding office staff) and parents. The rooms are clean and the children always have lots of fun activities, including forest school which is great to see them outside.
More recently she
has moved up a room and has struggled with this, but the staff took initiative and swapped staff in the room for a particular challenging day. It's things like this that provide so much re assurance as a parent. As a busy working mum, having the extra hours as a safety net are really appreciated,

Norfolk House Oxford Road is a really great nursery. The staff are kind, friendly and hardworking. They do the best they can for the children. The managers are professional, committed, helpful and supportive. Whenever I've had a small issue with anything at the nursery, the managers have responded
promptly and addressed any concerns effectively.
My eldest was in the preschool room here and enjoyed it, especially the extra-curricular activities like educational music classes, French and Forest School with Paige. My younger son is at the nursery now and has loved his time in Babies Two and Toddlers. I think the staff team in Babies Two is particularly exceptional but there are excellent staff in Toddlers too, and all the adults are kind and caring. There are lots of engaging activities for the children and staff really make the effort to get to know each child. Overall, I'm really happy with this nursery.

Norfolk House is a wonderful nursery and has provided both my daughter and son a nurturing environment to grow, learn and make long-lasting friendships. The nursery management team are extremely friendly, approachable and make a great effort to get to know each individual child and their families.
The activities are extremely varied, family engagement is high, and food is well balanced and nutritious. It will be a sad day when we leave for the last time!

I've been really impressed with the nursery. My son has a fantastic time every day he's there. The staff are friendly, caring and create a great atmosphere. My son enjoys the large variety of activities available. Overall I would thoroughly recommend the nursery.

I cannot recommend Norfolk House Nursery highly enough, I have sent two children here with only positive things to say. The activities and development opportunities on offer are very well rounded and offer a holistic learning experience for my children, they love it!

Our daughter loves coming to nursery. She has a great bond with the staff and loves all the activities, especially forest school. The staff are really warm and friendly and there are also lovely extra curriculum sessions that our daughter loves too

We cannot recommend NHN highly enough and have done so at every opportunity.
Going back to full-time work was so daunting, but made infinitely easier knowing our daughter is in such good care with the team.
There isn't a day she isn't excited to go to see the team or her friends, and is
absolutely thriving. The team are kind, dedicated and supportive - every day that we collect our daughter, we're confident we made the right choice with NHN Moseley.
We're also hugely appreciative of how considerate their hours are - it makes such a huge difference and is a big contributor to how supported we feel.

All of the staff are so lovely and can't do enough for you.
Our Son settled in really well due to the warm and caring nature of all the girls in his room and how they adapted his care with his needs in mind. His transition to Babies two was really smooth and as parents we were reassured at every
step of the process. He loves his days at nursery, they are always filled with fun and exciting activities with lots of variety and opportunities for experiencing new things.
I am always confident he will have the best day and the staff will always look after him with the highest care. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Norfolk House is such a warm and welcoming place - everyone is friendly and we are so pleased with the strong and positive bonds our little one has formed with the staff. It's a joy to drop her off and see her happily go in and start playing. Activities are varied and educational and well suited to

We have had an excellent experience with Norfolk House. The staff are incredibly attentive, kind, and professional, and I have complete trust that my son, Téo, is cared for to the highest standard. He is always so happy in their company and even chooses a toy from home each day to take in for a
member of staff, which speaks volumes about the bonds he's formed. The team are always open, honest, and approachable - they listen carefully to any concerns and communicate clearly about Téo's needs, from what he has eaten during the day to areas of learning we can support at home. Having spoken with many other parents about their nursery experiences, Norfolk House stands out as the best by far. They truly live up to their reputation.
