We've been really happy with this nursery and, most importantly, so is our son. The staff are absolutely amazing - kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I feel like we have a great relationship with the staff, and our son absolutely loves them.
The only small downside for us is that the food
isn't organic, which would have been our preference. That said, the meals are still well prepared and our son enjoys them.
Overall, it's a wonderful nursery with an incredible team, and we feel very confident leaving our child in their care.

I can't express into words how lovely this nursery is! It's a pleasure to drop my daughter off in the morning as everyone is so approachable, compassionate and they just feel like my daughter's extended family!

My daughter recently started going to N Family Club in The Reef, and we couldn't be happier. The team are so caring and attentive, and they genuinely look after my little one. She's settled in beautifully and always seems happy and comfortable there. Highly recommend!

Our son Arun has been a member of this nursery since 12 months of age, and he's now approaching his 4th birthday. The activities are playful and encourage group participation, aswell as independant play. It's a great balance, which offers variety and diversity.
He enjoys going, and on the odd
occasion where he's not keen, the nursery team are on hand to encourage and nurture him.
The layout of the nursery is pretty straight forward, the hand overs are detailed, whilst the app keeps us updated during the day. Feedback is sought after, and genuinely considered. Communications are smooth and I don't find myself chasing information or missing any events.
The team at codsall provide such a caring environment, we're currently in the cove, and the team work ethic we see from the ladies shows in the nature of the activities they plan.
Special mention to Lisa the manager, we appreciate everything you do front of house and behind the scenes, good humour and support to parents

Our eldest joined N in Feb 2023 and our youngest joined in Mar 2025 and it is by far the best decision we have ever made. Both boys have absolutely thrived and are succeeding in all areas of their nursery journeys. All the staff are so attentive and always help us and the boys with everything thats
needed.
Feeling quite emotional that our eldest is graduating in the new year as he just loves his days at nursery, but we are so grateful for all of the help towards school readiness.
Highly recommended nursery for anyone looking to start their nursery journeys.

My son had started NFamily in September and I was sceptical at first due to the fact he had never been left with anyone apart from one other family member. Rest assured I was reassured and knew he was in safe hands when meeting the staff in the baby room where my son is located. I am always kept
up to date with anything can see what he has been doing on a daily basis and if I need to get in touch with anyone the app is very efficient. I can't sing enough praises to NFamily. I love seeing my child flourish and evolve as he is getting older and Nfamily play a huge part in this.

My little boy started in May 2025 and was 9 months old, I was very nervous and the girls there were absolutely amazing with me mostly!! (My LO was calm as a cucumber going in!!) which I think shows how warming and welcoming the setting and staff are.
I wouldn't take him anywhere else and would
highly HIGHLY reccommend xxx

My little girl started with N Codsall when she was 6 months which I was incredibly nervous for, however that passed very quickly as the team were incredibly supportive and absolutely fantastic.
They've helped her grow and develop so much, I can see she really enjoys going to nursery and loves
the people she's with
As a parent I love the environment they're in and how much time they spend in the garden. The food always looks incredible and healthy. We always get lots of photos and a thorough handover

The biggest worry as a parent is leaving your child in the hands of someone else as you return to work. I can honestly say we couldn't have picked a better setting for our daughter. They show the highest level of care and take time and pride to know children inside and out. All staff from
management, educators, chefs get to know you and greet you with a smile every day. N family club really is a family.
The progress our child has made since being with n family club is huge and she's happy to go every morning. The activities the setting offer are well planned and build upon children's previous skills making use of their fantastic facilities. Educator's communication is second to none at handover.
I cannot thank them enough.

We love N family. Initially, we chose this nursery due to the fact that as a single storey building, all classrooms lead directly onto an outdoor play area and the children get to go outside frequently to play (unlike many of the nurseries in old Victorian buildings on multiple floors) as our son
loves being outdoors and they have lovely grounds and facilities. But we have also found that all of the staff are lovely, my child doesn't cry at drop off as he knows he will be doing fun activities and interacted with and has built wonderful relationships with all of the adults in his room. He comes home with clothes covered in paint or mud or wet but it shows me he's had a great time playing and exploring .The food always looks amazing and healthy too.

My daughter and I simply love this nursery and the wonderful staff that make it a 'family' experience; it is more than a nursery. N Family Codsall is a homely and safe environment that is warm and welcoming. My daughter started nursery at 10 months and, as any first-time parent knows, it was
difficult to be separated from her. However, N Family Club supported both my daughter and I through the process; I couldn't have returned to work without their unwavering support and kindness. 8 months on and my daughter is making rapid progress with her development through their rich curriculum offering, the staff know and care for each child (and parent) on an individual and personal platform, whilst retaining unyielding professionalism. The menu choices are impeccable and recipes are shared so parents can replicate their child's favourite meals at home. I am forever grateful to N Family Club Codsall for providing my daughter and I with the wholesome care during this phase of our life; thank you.

We love the nursery - the space, the staff, the experiences and the food. Our son has the best time every day he's in and always looks forward to going in. It is great to know that each day he is in, he is enjoying himself and doing some great activities. The staff in the Shore have done a great job
in his transition up to the room and the activities that they do are perfect for for - he seems to enjoy the challenge of some of the 'bigger' tasks and loves to learn new things, so we can't fault them for this. The staff throughout the nursery get to know the children, even if they are not in their room, and always engage with them which makes it feel like a warm, friendly environment to be in.

We moved our little boy to N family in middle of the toddler year and since starting and then transitioning into preschool he has thrived. The team not only supported him through multiple transitions but took time to see which staff members he naturally responded to and they nurtured him to come out
of his shell slowly but surely. The preschool room have been incredible and there commitment to ensuring the children are not only having fun, experiencing new things but also are fully prepared for the next step that is big school, never ceases to amaze. The kitchen staff always make fantastic meals and the reception team are always friendly and helpful i would always recommend N family, we definetly made the right choice moving our little boy!

My twins have been attending NFamly Codsall since September 2022 and they absolutely love it there. They have really grown with their skills and knowledge while being there and get excited every day they go in. We are always greeted with lovely smiles and lovely energy from the staff members and we

Our son has settled into the nursery so well, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support he's received. From day one, the staff have been welcoming, patient, and incredibly understanding, helping him feel comfortable and confident in his new environment.
They take the time to get to
know each child individually, and it really shows in how happy and excited our son is to go in each day. The communication is excellent, and we always feel reassured knowing he's in such a nurturing, encouraging setting.
We're so grateful for the team's kindness and professionalism. It truly feels like a home-from-home, and we couldn't recommend the nursery more highly!

My daughter literally runs through the doors every morning because she's that excited. The team make learning feel like magic - from creative activities to the little moments of care that make such a big difference. She's grown so much socially and intellectually and comes home chatting about
everything she's learned. The staff are absolute stars! Highly recommend

I absolutely love this nursery for my daughter, all of the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The nursery itself is decorated beautifully with a scandi vibe and large outside area. The in house kitchen means I know she has fresh hot meals each day. The app documents everything my daughter
is doing throughout the day, a breakdown of the meals she's had and the staff make a conscious effort to upload plenty of photos too which is a lovely touch. I only viewed one other nursery prior to N Family but this nursery was above and beyond in comparison.

Our son started at N Family Codsall in June 2025 and has flourished. I cannot speak highly enough of this nursery setting. He has been in baby and toddler rooms, both providing a stimulating and nurturing environment.
Everyone from the management to the chefs are wonderful. The staff are happy in
their work, kind, caring and professional.
The communication is second to non. The app is so simple to use and updated daily, but the staff are more than happy to update you in person on the activities of the day.
Best nursery in the area.

It took me a while to find the perfect nursery for my daughter, but after two years of searching, I discovered N Family Codsall. I'm so glad I didn't rush the process or settle for something closer to home. The cleanliness, outdoor space, and intentional care from the teachers truly stood out. I
